My friend..youve been a HUGE factor in whatever success Ive had thus far..and its greatly appreciated, more than you know. I however do NOT miss fat f#ck me...yet I do miss the ho ho's, so enjoy it, add a little debbie oatmeal pie and swiss roll for me while youre at it. That way youll be in a sugar coma and I can pass you on the pullups
That is a pretty good explanation. To expand on it, it helps keep and teach you the proper position for bench which is with your elbows at about a 45 degree angle away from your torso. This allows you to keep the shoulders stable, and incorporate your lats into the movement. When your arms come down the triceps should be pressing into the lats, and the lats pressing up into your triceps. The slingshot puts you in position for that. It also helps you to work the overload principle on your triceps which is many peoples weak point in bench press. So it really helps with locking it out. I do recommend doing all of your warm up sets without the slingshot, and to be as explosive off the chest as possible on each rep of the warm up before putting the slingshot on. This will keep you explosive off of the chest as well, which can stagnate if ignored while training with the slingshot almost exclusively when benching heavier. For example, I never put the slingshot on before I hit 275lbs. I can safely rep 225-255 without any concern for my shoulder but once over that I break out the slingshot to stay safe but still be able to train heavier.ryane87 thanks my man! I found the slingshot by accident one day and was skeptical but a friend bought one and let me try it. Basically what it does is keeps your shoulders in line and take the load off of them at heavier weights. Its recommended by most pro power lifters because of that. The other thing, is once the weight has touched your chest...it gives you just enough "spring" to get it off your chest, but you still have to complete the push. That little bit of assistance allows you to push a little more weight than without, which is why some people say its cheating...but no one is going to take that away from me. It does wonders for my shoulder and allows me to hold the weight that I normally couldn't. However...due to the little "spring", and because youre still pushing it....when you go back to lifting without it...you can push more weight, for more reps than you could previously. Make sense?
You can cheat at a game or competition but you can't cheat in training. Even a bench shirt is not cheating... everyone else who competes in geared competition is wearing one. So not cheating at all. Just a different competition category. People who say that it is cheating are ridiculous. If you and I did a bench press contest and I didn't use one and you did then yeah that would be cheating. However if we both use the same level of slingshot then that would be even steven... That is like saying that a rack deadlift is cheating... no it is focusing on a specific point in the ROM by aiding in another area. The tool has specificity and some are just too simple minded to grasp those concepts.Whoever says it's cheating can fck off. It's not like a fcking bench shirt. The only people who would call that cheating are small minded, egotistical wannabe strong guys who really think "I could do that, too, with the slingshot" end rant....lol
Hell yeah that sounds like the way to go but I can't imagine the amount of fat in that. Probably a good 60-80 grams. The 1/2lb roast beef is 30grams of fat, and only 2-3 of that comes from the bun. Then again that isn't a deal breaker if you are eating keto or low carb. That's a great deal. Love Arby's ! The one by my house will fill one of the sandwich containers with beef for $5.00. Never weighed it but it's not close to a pound.
If you are coming off of a cut I would only reintroduce carbs peri workout and keep them trace carbs only the rest of the day to start off. Get in about 100-125g of fast acting carbs intra and post workout. You should notice you being more full and performing a little better. After a couple weeks of that add some carbs to another meal. The carbs are far from the enemy here and the best time to introduce them and acclimate your physique to them is right after a cut while insulin sensitivity should be pretty high. Trust me I went from not being able to eat carbs much to having about 225grams on my Burn days and up to as many as 400g on my Build days while staying lean. It takes a little time and well planned gradual reintroduction but carbs can become an excellent tool in your physique management. They are just as effective when used correctly, but it is not as simple as simply avoiding them.Just took my first 2 caps this morning!
Titan, just wondering if you were still keeping carbs to a minimum and if so, how it is affecting training with MM?
Im coming off a keto diet, 25g of carbs. I'm bumping up to 50g now on MM. Not sure if i should go up to 75 instead?
Finally reached my goal to 10% bf and i like to keep close while i lean bulk.
Thanks
Yeah 2-4 days on any good test booster that relies heavily on boosting Free Test.Everybody reacts different but I usually see libido increase within 3-4 days of AlphaMax xt.

I 110% agree with this statement, and can say. Even on my down days and I don't feel like going. I just come check up on you and I'm ready to rock and roll.Best I can tell you my friend is to keep grinding on. I know a lot of people on this board are bolstered by your fat to beast transformation and in the end, the healthier version of you should make her happy.
Is that the source of some of your troubles?
