Titan changing his looks with MassMax XT

Thank you. thorsdad31 I cant thank you enough...but Im not even top 10 on this forum...I can throw some serious monsters on here but because I KNOW id accidentally leave someone out..Ill just stick with thank you. Means a whole h3ll of a lot to me!

ryane87 thanks my man! I found the slingshot by accident one day and was skeptical but a friend bought one and let me try it. Basically what it does is keeps your shoulders in line and take the load off of them at heavier weights. Its recommended by most pro power lifters because of that. The other thing, is once the weight has touched your chest...it gives you just enough "spring" to get it off your chest, but you still have to complete the push. That little bit of assistance allows you to push a little more weight than without, which is why some people say its cheating...but no one is going to take that away from me. It does wonders for my shoulder and allows me to hold the weight that I normally couldn't. However...due to the little "spring", and because youre still pushing it....when you go back to lifting without it...you can push more weight, for more reps than you could previously. Make sense?

MrKleen73 thank you. I still owe you for smacking me around in the weight loss challenge...because of you I quit the "excuses" and started taking ownership of my fails just as I would my wins...and its been a game changer for me. As for the pause...you're exactly right and I will definitely start doing that. Thank you...again.

Whoever says it's cheating can fck off. It's not like a fcking bench shirt. The only people who would call that cheating are small minded, egotistical wannabe strong guys who really think "I could do that, too, with the slingshot" end rant....lol

Update!!!! Still holding strong at 208. My schedule has been brutal at work and the FEMA class the fire department enrolled me in. Thursday the rest of the class ate pizza and chic fil a for lunch and I went to the gym and smoked my shoulders but havent been lifting since. I have got some cardio in and Ive noticed that my abdomen seems to be a little leaner. Thanks to my boy R1balla I will be starting the 2nd bottle of MassMax tomorrow and extend this run for 4 more weeks....AND Im adding in AlphaMax test booster. Super stoked about that. Ive come to an agreement with the Arbys here in my town. I get a 50% discount since Im Emergency Services...and theyve agreed to give me 16oz bowls of roast beef for $6. Thats my supper!! Love it. Taking the day of tomorrow...and Monday Ill be back in the grind!!!
 
That's a great deal. Love Arby's ! The one by my house will fill one of the sandwich containers with beef for $5.00. Never weighed it but it's not close to a pound.

Titan, just wondering if you were still keeping carbs to a minimum and if so, how it is affecting training with MM?
Im coming off a keto diet, 25g of carbs. I'm bumping up to 50g now on MM. Not sure if i should go up to 75 instead?
Finally reached my goal to 10% bf and i like to keep close while i lean bulk.

Yes sir! Im still with 50 carbs or less a day and holding strong. I can honestly say Ive continued to see increases in strength, and apparently Im still leaning out. This morning my Captain said the veins in my arms were ridiculous when we were doing cable flyes. Youll enjoy this my man!

Todays update!! Sorry for my absence the past few days, been incredibly busy with work and tons of homework. Took yesterday off, other than a 3 mile hike I went on with the wife, but today was back in the mix! It was short, but I was really trying to focus on what MrKleen73 said, and hold my bench for 1 second pauses at the bottom. It made a big difference in my fatigue, but I enjoyed it thoroughly! I also knocked out 200 pullups today for the challenge! A little rest was apparently what I needed. 1st full day on he AlphaMax, so I cant really comment on that addition as of yet,but if my man R1balla says its legit...then I have no doubt in my Military mind.
Heres the lifts for the day!! Pretty stoked about it

Everybody reacts different but I usually see libido increase within 3-4 days of AlphaMax xt.
 
Not gonna lie gents..gonna be a short workout today. Been up running calls ALL night...and on the Ambulance tonight. So ill be beating down some biceps and pull-ups, but Ill work them hard...promise!!
 
Ended up with a pretty good session today..found a bit if extra motivation when I got there. Todays lifts were as follows... curls. Lots if them. Different angles and grips. And pull-ups...100 more of them. Easy enough. I did however notice something new...curling 60's came incredibly easy today. Maybe Ive been sandbagging...maybe the MassMax is taking over....Im going with the latter of them!! Little are pic , just cause I thought they were looking fairly good today

It's hard for me to keep up with this lately, but I check in and wanted to say something. I want to remind you that HIT4ME was THE guy who used to call you a fat f#ck. No one else on here was mean enough to tell you what a piece of blubber you were. NO ONE. But I was mean, and I did it and I called you names.

And you have responded by changing everything. You totally proved me wrong. No more fat f#ck. You proved that it doesn't matter what anyone thinks, you did what it took and now anyone can think or say what they want - but they would be just wrong to say your progress has been anything less than out of this world and inspiring.

But I miss fat f#ck. I will have a ho-ho in his memory.

My friend..youve been a HUGE factor in whatever success Ive had thus far..and its greatly appreciated, more than you know. I however do NOT miss fat f#ck me...yet I do miss the ho ho's, so enjoy it, add a little debbie oatmeal pie and swiss roll for me while youre at it. That way youll be in a sugar coma and I can pass you on the pullups
