No sleep, and a busy shift last night, but managed to convince myself to bust the gym doors wide open when I got off this morning. Started off with a scoop of Radiate. Not going to post the actual workout, but it was biceps and triceps and it was a lot, with 50 pull-ups and 50 chin-ups to boot. I had to stop once I got going on triceps simply because the tris started cramping up BAD as soon as Id put a load on them. Lol. Came home got on the scale....206 lbs!!! BOOM!!! Skipped right over 207. Breakfast was plain oatmeal, tbsp of Jif, 3/4 scoop of PES Vanilla whey and 2/3 cup of Fairlife. It was good and Ive convinced myself that its going to help thrust the MassMax and AlphaMax through my system. Now....on to the AlphaMax. Well, got hit on by a Nurse last night...and she made some pretty....interesting comments. Apparently the AlphaMax is kicking in(@R1balla) cause those little comments along with what could be considered as an offer and I had to make some adjustments. Lol. Had to get on out of there!! I think Im gonna like this stuff!
