Quick arm day. Reduced rest by five seconds between sets today so 40 seconds total. Feeling out where my rest periods need to be for the next few weeks and I think 45 is about right.
Hammer Strength triceps pushdown four sets 8-12 reps working up to 360x8 for final set then two drop sets after.
Close grip bench four sets of 10-12 reps at 245 then one drop Set
Overhead Dumbbell extension five sets of 10-12 reps at 30
Reverse grip triceps extension five sets of 140 for 9-12 reps
Barbell concentration curl four sets of 12-15 reps at 70
Preacher curl four sets of 10-13 at 90
Seated Dumbbell curl four sets of 12-15 reps at 45
Leg press calf press 8 sets of 16-20 reps at 500
No logging off the workout lately. Just feeling things out
