Time to MonteGROW like a Finaflex Freak!

Quick arm day. Reduced rest by five seconds between sets today so 40 seconds total. Feeling out where my rest periods need to be for the next few weeks and I think 45 is about right.

Hammer Strength triceps pushdown four sets 8-12 reps working up to 360x8 for final set then two drop sets after.

Close grip bench four sets of 10-12 reps at 245 then one drop Set

Overhead Dumbbell extension five sets of 10-12 reps at 30

Reverse grip triceps extension five sets of 140 for 9-12 reps

Barbell concentration curl four sets of 12-15 reps at 70

Preacher curl four sets of 10-13 at 90

Seated Dumbbell curl four sets of 12-15 reps at 45

Leg press calf press 8 sets of 16-20 reps at 500

No logging off the workout lately. Just feeling things out

Lookin big man. That's why I quit taking pictures, I feel like a tool and I never look like I actually look once it goes through a mirror and a camera and then onto a computer.

I've got some very nice separation between the front and side delts. New veins running from Delt to chest. Rear Delts are getting very full. traps are veiny. Just so much the camera doesn't really show.
 
Thought I would give some insight into my normal day to day routine right now.

Wake up 8am

805 Px Black, Active Multi, BCAA+SAA

825 1st meal and ALC+CLA, make kids breakfast

925 IGNITE, MAX PUMP

945 Gym BCAA+SAA

1125 Second meal

1200 make kids lunch

1300 take kids to sitter

1430 start work, third meal ALC+CLA

1630 PX Black

1715 forth meal

2000 fith meal ALC+CLA

2245 Sixth meal

0200 off work.

0245 30 mins liss

0315 BCAA+SAA G8 shower and bed

That about sums up my life :)
 
Monte needs more sleep! Busy guy. But I'll be pulling 5 hour nights again here after next week.

Agreed on the sleep. The liss is three days a week right now not every night though. And the kids start school soon so u won't have to get il up add early on non training days.

240 not worth having, if is not done right and quality, lean muscular 240
it is just a number, that can be attained (albeit slower) with smart structured process and control..the dirty bulk/cut down cycle is not worthwhile

Welllll I'd say in the last year and a half I've added around 20lbs of muscle.

Is finally Friday for me. Between 50 hours at work the last four days plus training, cardio and kid stuff I've gotten about 20 hours of sleep in that time. Gonna try to not make any ot today so I can get some rest! Between the crazy schedule and being in a calorie defecit the last two weeks in beat lol.

Had a great time this weekend resting up. Got plenty of sleep Saturday and Sunday night with my carb meal Saturday night. Last night was no cardio just g8 before bed and I slept like a rock. About ten hours total.

Today I'm training later in the day then normal since I had to take my four year old to get her last shot before she starts school in the 26th. Needless to say she was not happy when the needle came out since I kept her in the dark until it was time to do the deal. She did good but I had to bribe her with Baskin Robins anyway lol. (I did not partake)

Back session on tap and it's going to be FREAKY!

I made my wife leave the room because I knew she wouldn't be able to handle it. She was thankful lol.
 
Those days are few and far between. The only times we get that now is when they are really sick, most the time we catch it too.
 
No doubt leaning up, how is the strength holding up? Always better after the carb meal no doubt!
