Woke this morning at 230lbs. Weight is down a total of 8 pounds since I started cutting back cals and pre-bed cardio. Took an aggressive approach to start and so far its working wonderfully! The nutritional advice I've been getting is awesome and very very appreciated.
That being said this morning what I saw in the mirror blew yesterday's pics away. Abs are out without even flexing.
Weight loss has been rapid but should be showing down any minute to a slightly less rapid pace. Going to caliper soon to check body fat a and see where I'm at.
Yay for progress! I'm doing pre-bed cardio tonight. You have inspired me!
I prefer "in-bed" cardio.

Been out of the gym the last two days. Between work and getting everything ready for the kids to go back to school I've been spread pretty thin. Sitting down to my last meal of the day now. It's a carb day so this meal is pretty biggonna stuff my face and relax!

Sweetness! I have come to the conclusion I need more friends on here or something. I mean DAMN 127 pages my log is only at 31 and has been around a while too.
Took the family out of town this weekend for one last hurrah before the kids start school. Enjoyed Friday Saturday and most of Sunday in San Antonio.
We went to Natural Bridge Caverns on Saturday and took two tours that were both about an hour and a half long. Holy crap talk about a workout lol. The caves were very muggy and hot! Also each one was 180 feet deep so we walked down and up an equivalent of 72 flights of stairs total. The first cave was all sloped walkways but the second was straight up and down stairs lol. Was soaked with sweat by the end of each tour.
After we left there we went to the River Walk and walked around for about two hours in the 104 degree heat, had a caricature done of us and just window shopped some.
Woke up this morning SORE. Those stairs wreaked havoc on my hams and glutes. Went swimming at the hotel pool for a bit then headed home.
Had an awesome trip but the car ride there and back was miserable with two eight year olds in the back seat aggravating the crap out of my wife and I lol. Meals were all over the place timing wise but everything was as planned macro and calorie wise. Weighed in today at 234 mid day but that's about the right number comoared to rising weight.
When I got home earlier it was back to work! Chest time. Four heavy sets on Hamner close grip bench, hammer incline bench, Dumbbell incline benchand hex press with two drop sets for each exercise. Finished with fst7 cable flys. Huge pump. Am definitely leaning out more. Have some shoulder veins I haven't seen since I weighed around 195 with far less mass even if I am a little higher bf right now.
-12 so far on the cut, yeah? It's getting crazy up in here. Carb meal tonight? Enjoy them oats sucka!
