Looks like today will be cardio, abs and calves. Going to make a dr. apt for my shoulders this week. Something isn't right there.

Three scoops of cookies and cream matrix protein, two tblsp natty pb, half cup of milk. Blends for five minutes, cool for an hour, BAM protein pudding

When I want to make protein pudding I just put 2 scoops ON casein and 1.5 cups almond milk in the blender ball shaker and shake it. Stuff is SO thick. Yours sounds much tastier though with the PB addition lol

Sadly its gonna be a few days before I'm able to get in to see a Doctor. Ill be hitting legs today though, and this will be the one body part I'm going to keep going heavy on in thee coming weeks. Growth so far has been very noticeable and my knees are holding up so I'll be making hay for as long as possible.
