Time to MonteGROW like a Finaflex Freak!

No problems hi jacking here :) thread took a turn to stranger things a long time ago :p
 
Just an update. This will be an off week. Only plan on doing cardio a few days this week and no weights. Body wool be good and rested up come next week when I get back into higher volume.
 
Looks like today will be cardio, abs and calves. Going to make a dr. apt for my shoulders this week. Something isn't right there.
 
Today's workout looked like

4 sets 20+ reps leg press calf raise
4 sets 20+ reps standing barbell calf raise
4 sets 20+ reps Cybex seated calf press
4 sets 20+ reps donkey calf raise

5 sets cable crunches
5 sets cable side crunches

28mins incline walk 250 cals burned

Calves are coming along nicely. Next session I will snap some pics
 
That's some leg volume dude. Hope the shoulders ok.
 
Three scoops of cookies and cream matrix protein, two tblsp natty pb, half cup of milk. Blends for five minutes, cool for an hour, BAM protein pudding
 
When I want to make protein pudding I just put 2 scoops ON casein and 1.5 cups almond milk in the blender ball shaker and shake it. Stuff is SO thick. Yours sounds much tastier though with the PB addition lol

I try make protein fluff....it no fluffy...i add pb, pb make better!
 
Sadly its gonna be a few days before I'm able to get in to see a Doctor. Ill be hitting legs today though, and this will be the one body part I'm going to keep going heavy on in thee coming weeks. Growth so far has been very noticeable and my knees are holding up so I'll be making hay for as long as possible.

SMOKED legs today. Threw in some drop sets and upped the weight a tad.

Barbell Squat
Set 1 : 315.0x8
Set 2 : 315.0x7
Set 3 : 355.0x6
Set 4 : 185.0x20 ( 45seconds rest. Burn baby burn!)

Leg Press
Set 1 : 680.0x10
Set 2 : 680.0x10
Set 3 : 770.0x7 Drop
Set 4 : 590.0x10 Drop
Set 5 : 410.0x12

Barbell Lunges
Set 1 : 135.0x12
Set 2 : 135.0x10
Set 3 : 135.0x7
 
They are still weak but I'm working on em dang it

Lol. They just feel small compared to my upper body. Gotta make em huge!

focus on balance, thruout the physique..
if you got a weakness, attack it and attack it hard till you make it a strength!

He's got legs! He knows how to use them!
 
Yeah legs didn't get much attention because of the surgeries I've had so they are always on and off with training depending on how my knees hold up. Lately I've made good progress and the knees are mostly pain free so hopefully they keep getting bigger.
