I've taken pressing moves out lately. This was basically a trial and error to a) see how the shoulder responded and b) see how the FST7 worked on this lift. Had a great pump in the side and rear delts after it and very little pressure on the rotator cuff. Triceps were fried from yesterday also so I figured higher reps would be more beneficial and recruit tl the Tricep less and concentrate more on the delts then heavier presses.
 
He's referring to a post in my thread from April. It was turkey bacon and it's a little blackened, to say the least.

Lol it took me a couple times to perfect the art that is turkey bacon

lol, you Finaflex guys are some crazy ba$tards... gotta like it! And well the products aren't so bad either... ;)

We are a very "special" breed my friend. Can't teach this in any classroom or text book :p

Dragging this morning. Got a bit off coffee in to wake me up. I've been sittin here deciding how my push to 240 is going to play out. Today I weighed in at 233.5 but I'm a bit softer then I would like to be soooo here is the plan. Next month I will start 1-Alpha for 6 weeks and possibly 550 if I can get my hands on some. I hope to be the same weight if not a couple pounds heavier but MUCH leaner after this little endeavor. This should put me near november before my next run and I might just stack 1-Alpha and 1-Andro for the final push. I will keep going heavy the rest of the month to keep my ccurrent growth heading in the right direction. That will make about six or seven weeks going heavy then I will switch back to my tried and true high volume high intensity Freakazoid kick ur face off and slap yo momma workouts.
 
My arms pumped up nicely today. A lot of vascularity was lost in the pics though.

Thanks brother. My arms are ok when they are not pumped but they explode if trained directly. Pretty silly actually.

I find I can overpump my arms sometimes and it will take away some of my definition, Muscle saturation type routines are like that for me. Feels cool though when your shirt is a bit loose when you go in and then later it feels like you are going to bust out of it.

gotta love that. when i did biceps the other day the pump was so hardcore it hurt .... damn hemavol :\
 
Short and sweet leg day but my legs are fried now. Strength is going up very nicely especially on squats.
