I've taken pressing moves out lately. This was basically a trial and error to a) see how the shoulder responded and b) see how the FST7 worked on this lift. Had a great pump in the side and rear delts after it and very little pressure on the rotator cuff. Triceps were fried from yesterday also so I figured higher reps would be more beneficial and recruit tl the Tricep less and concentrate more on the delts then heavier presses.

I find I can overpump my arms sometimes and it will take away some of my definition, Muscle saturation type routines are like that for me. Feels cool though when your shirt is a bit loose when you go in and then later it feels like you are going to bust out of it.
