Time to MonteGROW like a Finaflex Freak!

Well today is an off day. These last three workouts really took it out of me and I'm a bit sore all over. Heading to work where I don't plan to do too much, eat my chicken and rice and probably take a nap.

See IMO the 6'1 hurts me more then it helps. Now if I was 5'9 and 226...yeah that would be nice :)

I really couldn't imagine myself at that weight, get too immobile when I near 210-215ish, messes with my sporting ability

monte's got the frame for it, bone structure is right..just give him more time, he's a pup

Now I feel like a midget.......but one hell of freaky midget :)

Lol thanks man. The biceps grow pretty easily but the triceps have been a chore.

My triceps are pretty good and my biceps have decent peaks but are no where near as full as yours. I would love to have that big full bastard on my arm.

Oh it defenitley does work wonders on an empty stomach, but my stomach was angry with me and my eyes were bleeding so I had to eat and sleep asap :)
