Ha I was all hopped up on my pre workout so my.mind was wandering and my fingers were keeping up with my thoughts . oh well, thank god I'm not an English major.

Bb behind neck press
Db shoulder press
Laterial raises
Rear fly's
Front raises ( finally seeing separation in my front delt to aide felt)
Close grip bench press
Db skull crushers (****ing love these !)

Was a good lift. I went down to the 6 rep range on the first to compound lifts and stayed within 6-12 for the entire lift. Loving this new split!

Was going to do chest/biceps tomorrow but that's a dumb idea so back/traps it is. Then chest/biceps the next day.

I like it. Db skull crushers are nice to throw in from time to time. I tend to smack my head doing those though lol.
 
I can see where the issue comes in with over 20lbs. I grabbed 20s and did slow contractions. I'm not a fan of ez bar skull crushers I can't go over a certain weight. Lol and they feel awkward.
 
On point. Gradually still increasing calories.

I myself did shoulders tonight. Great workout though and i agree on the skullcrushers. I have to warm up really well before i hit those or my elbows get destroyed, love the stretch though.

Exactly why on only do extensions now, really helps save my elbows.
 
That is one of the major drawbacks of the bald head. Bump your head on something you have a mark or a scab... Stuff you never notice or see with hair...
 
So many bald peoples o_O. I picked up gluten free oatmeal and holy hell my stomach feels so good. ****ing gluten allergy. anyway back traps today! Time to rip some fibers apapppappapapaaaarttt

yeah man, I think me & doug are the only ones with hair, all these other guys got bald or shaved down to scalp domes

gluten allergies suck, but honestly very common, and as a lifestyle I can easily advise many to choose the gf way of living

I didn't even realize it was so common. I just thought my stomach was just bad but as soon as it escalated I knew something was up.

Lol anabolics + hair may not mix xD you'd save alot of money on hair cuts though.
 
So I crushed back today and PRd 405x1 on dead lift! I was excited. I yelled so loud that everyone heard me but atleast I got it up Lol. Man it felt so good pushing that weight. Now I know how you powerlifters feel.

I know how the weekly haircuts go! I hate waiting in line so i hust buzz it myself.

So I crushed back today and PRd 405x1 on dead lift! I was excited. I yelled so loud that everyone heard me but atleast I got it up Lol. Man it felt so good pushing that weight. Now I know how you powerlifters feel.

So what's the verdict on the stack so far?

pretty damn good. i feel hungrier, recover quicker, sleep better (thanks for the night time pct rev suggestion) , and feel like it is helping me with my lean bulk. Ill toss up pictures. I havent really gained much water/fat from this bulk which is weird because im eating like an animal.

Hungrier, faster recovery and better sleep?....just the way we like it. Awesome stack, that I'm also currently enjoying myself.

Murdered chest today . wasn't feeling it at the start but ended up getting a HUGE chest pump and now I can't feel my chest at all Lol. Should've taken a pic. Before and after DUH PUMP!
 
Woke up feeling peachy at around 6 am then fell back asleep and woke up at 11 -___- I gotta stop doing that. Anyway strength is thru the roof. I'm squatting 315 consistently every week. Murdered legs today. I couldn't contract my hammys at the end of my workout until I stretched them... It scurrrrrred me a little! But god damn I'm still working towards some quad veins ! The calves are also growing and the veins are popping in those :]
