Hey Timber did you notice much of a difference when you upped your protein intake a bit ago? I am starting my cycle in a week and I don't think I'll be able to get much more than 300g pro. I don't know how the 2g/lb'ers do it...
How is the PCT going?

Hey man...

PCT is officially over... I'm actually really starting to get accustomed to the increased protein, and lower carbs (wouldnt advise low carb for your cycle obviously).. Took a little getting used to. I'd guess I'm in the neighborhood of 275 to 325 grams of protein every day. I've actually managed to gain some weight while trimming down the BF%.

Regardless, for a cycle, you don't really need to get in 2g / lb... but its not a bad goal. Just keep your calories up, and a steady stream of protein goin in.

Good job putting on lbs and cutting bf. Awesome log too.
I'm aiming to get 300g a day and more carbs than I usually take in.
I'll do a log, maybe not a super detailed one but def. before/after pics and a review yada yada yada
