The really funny thing is, is Timber is doing a double bicep pose. To have abs in that pose you have to have like sub 6% bodyfat...

Yea, that's just insane...

Not really when you have been on his Frankenstein cocktail he has been on for the past 10 years.

3 grams of test every week and god knows how much tren ace and HGH/SLIN will definitely do something for your physique.

Somewhere, someone posted before and after pics of people using HGH. Cutler's and Tito Ortiz's jaw protrusion from the HGH were the two most prominent.

And that doesn't show the growth of his internal organs!!

LOL

Still though bro it takes dedication to turn those synthetics into muscle...gotta admit that bro.

Dedication, and some insanity I imagine. Steroids are one thing... prolonged use of HGH and Slin are a whole 'nother ballgame. It would really be shitty to make yourself a diabetic.

Most bodybuilders look their best when they first win their pro cards in my opinion. Their physiques are still jacked, but not freakish enough to lose aesthetic appeal. Early Coleman and early Cutler (as in early 2000's), looked the best in my opinion. That was before Cutler's body took the shape of Sponge Bob Square Pants.

Jay cutler cant wipe his own but anymore though....poor guy. I wonder if he scoots across the floor like a dog?

Actually, all the competitors in the quasi-new, under 200 class look pretty damn good in my opinion. (I think its technically 210 or 212? class, some odd number)

Couldn't agree more. I am glad though that the whole "mass monster" group is starting to fade off. It just seemed like a game of "who can stand doing the most drugs while lifting" rather than a real contest of physique. I personally think that most BBers look kinda rediculous once they pass the size of Arnold in his prime. Arnold's legs were kind of lacking compared to today's competitors, but he actually looked like a yoked human... not some crazy russian genetic experiment.

Yea I feel you on that. Some say you can't make it to the stage without juice-while you may need something "else"- I don't think they need to go the route they go.

Have you ever seen him in person? F*cking huge.

Arnold was something else....hands down the best physique ever. Imagine having this talk at a bar or something....or not having seen each other in a while...."Dude, your back is huge". "No way, your quads are veiny and cut as f*ck"

Word. Appreciate that homie. My abs are actually pretty damn good right now... especially after gaining... oh... 40 pounds this year.

F*ckin haters...

Yea, most take bodybuilding as homoeroticism. When I pick up 400+ lbs most people stfu though.

I went to the L.A. Fitness Expo last year or two years ago? Where the Iron Man Pro was also being held. I ran into someone wearing regular grown man jeans that fit like emo tight jeans, and it was Lee Priest (and I shook his hand). I also saw, not met, Chris Cormier, Flex Wheeler (doing his interviews for MD.), Ferrigno was walking around acting boozey, James Flew Lewis, as an amateur with tumors for calves and by far, the most impressive physique I saw all day was Brandon Curry, who is in limbo right now.

I also saw that young 21-22 year old, Troy the House or something who weighs 315lbs.

It was like being in a field of roaming buffalo. I felt like a little bitch.

Trey brewer is one of those genetic experiments I was talking about.

and I met Couture and Jardine. Some of the fans who were juiced, looked as big as the pro's, just without the freaky conditioning. Again, I felt like a midget bitch.

I met Flex Wheeler way back around '93...'94. I was blown away with how much muscle he had on that short frame. He was quest posing at a local BB show. Then I met Jay Cutler at an opening of a local supplement store. I friggin could not believe he was there. My son was with me and I don't think his mouth closed the whole time we were there...jaw dropping size on that guy. They are short dudes but just thick as all hell.

I'd never want to be that big. Sometimes I feel like I've lost so much mobility already...and I'm not that big.

If I could stay above 190 and be 8%bf I'd be a happy man...I think that's my ideal physique

That thick look is just sick!! The muscle looks like slabs of beef...

Speaking of genetic freaks. How does the land of little people keep producing these genetic blips.

I'm with you on that. If I could be between 190-200 and sub 10% I would probably be satisfied. I say that now though... I would probably be unsatisfied once I got there, and want 215 or something. Lord knows I look different swinging a golf club or throwing a ball these days.

Genetic experimentation or murphys law.

Lol, Heavies would have had some fun with this kid.

Oh, that would be ugly. Probably be bans because of that one.

I'd love to be 220lbs @ 6% bf. To me, that would be ideal. I'm 5'8", so I'd be pretty stout, but not grossly...Unfortunately I don't think that's even possible for me, let alone maintainable.

I agree with you on that one Irish, sounds like a good size! Unfortuneately I would have to lose about 10lbs and gain 10lbs of muscle for that! I'm at the end of week one of my 4 week tren + epi stack, so maybe that 10lbs muscle is obtainable at this point :/

What part of the gulf coast are you from? I will be moving to BIloxi, MS around February-March of next year

Women should be treated with respect... All you dudes came outta one.

Treated with respect until deemed unworthy... And the woman you don't respect, you shouldn't waste your time getting naked with anyway

That is called self-respect and it is equally important as having respect for other people :)

All deem respect whether worthy of it or not, but that doesn't mean they shouldn't take blame for their actions.

There are a few topics out there, and this is one of them, that people get so easily offended from and don't want to take blame for their own actions. They think that because they didn't deserve it or didn't ask for it means that they had nothing to do with it, and that just simply isn't the case.

Sometimes the truth hurts.

Suncloud, I know where you're coming from. I've said lots of things in recent classes that have riled up all people, but especially women; however, I usually make such a strong case for my arguments that it leaves most of those women with red faces and their heads down. :D - But I also have some that back me up.

I can almost guarantee if Dragonfly chimes in on this she will be on my side...She's even a little harsher than myself! She's great.

My viewpoint on the other thing is unique because I had a good friend that had that happen to. Yes, she was drunk... No, she wasn't being a "whore" or "whorish"... and I assure you that the f*cking NYPD is very leanient towards the sh*thole dudes that do skeevy things like that. The SVU treated her like a "whore" while she was crying her eyes out in the hospital at 3:00 AM with me sitting there stewing in my rage next to her... So lets just leave it there.

Here is my say, harsh or not:

Generally, $hit doesn't just happen. Generally it happens if you ask for it. However, I think you will both agree that no woman gets drunk with the intention of getting raped. That having said, those that do get drunk should know that they are making themselves more vulnerable to all sorts of ill-happenings, not just rape. Unfortunately that is the world we live in. When it comes to rape, ba$tards are everywhere and all they do is wait for opportunities. So why put yourself at risk in the first place ?

$hit happened to my cousin. He died at 26 in a car accident. He wasn't drunk. But the driver of the car that hit him was. She didn't die. I'm sure that while she was in "the process of getting drunk", she wasn't doing it with the intention to kill someone. BUT, she did.

Yes Irish, most people today do not want to take responsibility for their actions because that is the easy life and because the society trains us that we can in fact get away with that kind of behavior (as TL pointed out, the NYPD and the SVU did a $hit job in the justice department)

People just shouldn't get drunk. PERIOD. Yes, I know, that is harsh !

SON!!!

Don't hate the player... hate the game!

How does one hate a player, that which has no game?

I'm just kidding, taking a bite out of a south park joke. Make Love Not Warcraft, episode.

My 2 cents...If you need the drink to have game....bubba's has no game!!

Funny.....when I try to have game I suck, when I could care less and am not trying...I seem to have all the game in the world...WTF.......= fail lol

The only time I have game is when I'm talking to a girl I'm honestly not interested in, so that sort of defeats the purpose :dunno:

On May 1, 2009 the FDA sent out a warning to consumers to stop using Hydroxycut Products; dietary supplements used for weight loss as fat burners, as energy-enhancers, as low carb diet aids, and for water loss under the Lovate and MuscleTech brand names. Thus far Hydroxycut has been linked to at least one death and twenty three reports of serious health problems; consumers who use the products are at risk of serious liver injury. Some of the health problems associated with the Hydroxycut products include jaundice, elevated liver enzymes (an indicator of potential liver problems), seizures, cardiovascular disorders, rhabdomyolysis (a type of muscle damage that can lead to other serious health problems such as kidney failure) and liver damage requiring liver transplant.

Hmmm..... this whole e-mail looks a bit shady, I don't know... Lawsuits against one supplement company usually leads to consequences to all of them, ie. Ephedrine HCL
