Where did the deads come from in that w/o? Nice shoulder work though.

They came from Timber's ADD and the joy of over-training.

How was dragging that bar over that knee bubba??

Nothing worse than hanging aroung an *******!!

Holy smokes...my post was sensored automatically.

LOL IC, you must have Southpark on 24/7 at your house.... just like I do at mine. WE HAVE ANGERED THE ECONOMY!!!!

How many people you think they got out Californy-way? Million, more? How much internet you think they gots out there?...even when they do have internet it runs real slow like. I know 'cause I's seen it.

The Grapes of Wrath scene ^^^ is my favorite part in that episode. I feel sorry for people that don't pick up on things like that.

Amen dude... that was a great episode. My brother in law just showed me the Warcraft episode from 2006 - it was on his On Demand system when I visited with them last weekend. Best episode I have ever seen.

But we can't trust the sword of a thousand truths to a NEWB!

Randy Marsh was the best character in that episode.

Day 15 - Improv Additional Chest Day

As discussed, I'm saving the leg destruction tomorrow when my homie will be at the gym... Decided to run it back with a chest workout that is a little different than my usual. I know the numbers suck, but keep in mind I have been off dumbbells for about 4 months... and I've never touched one over 80 pounds.

DB Bench
10*60, 10*60, 8*75, 2*90,

BB Bench
10*135, 5*185, 4*185, 12*155, 10*135

Pec Deck
10*130, 9*145, 6*160, 7*130

Incline Flies and Decline Flies

Bench Crunches

Funny story on the BB Bench. My max is something like 4*225 (already had some fatigue from DB)... anyway, the weights I was doing there I can do a ton of different compound movements with - i.e. my max bench is pretty much what I can military press, and I can outsquat and deadlift that by 100 or 200 pounds... Point being, if I drop it on my neck - its not a big deal - I just roll it on to my stomach - stand up, and throw it back up on the rack. So even if I have no spotter, I go to failure. But never fails that someone at the gym dives over and plays like they just saved my life.

Anyway, that happened today.
