Overall great workout. Haven't had a solo arm day in a couple months, and my bicep pump was retarded... Like gorilla lookin can't bend my arms retarded. I like the feeling, but I also know that its completely unnecessary for me under normal circumstances... Arms just haven't been getting a lot of attention lately.

Also have a bit of a sore throat. I've noticed that the DS runs tend to put a b*tch slap on my immune system, so I've upped the vitamin C, and picked up some lozenges. Should do the trick... Also will take notice to drink a bit more water to help with the healing process.

Other than that, I'm still completely devoid of any side effects. Little more pimple action on my shoulders... Libido is still on point... Perhaps a little tightening of the ballsack, but that helps because sometimes it rubs against my calves and makes working out awkward. :lol:
 
Dude, anabolics kill my immune system. Especially right when I come off. I think I've been sick in at least 50% of my PCTs. I really have to fight through it when it happens. It's always a flu-like sickness. Muscle aches, fever, stiff neck...blech!

The only time I've gotten sick on cycle was due to test-flu.

Yeah, its weird... I don't have problems powering through flu sh*t... When I get to the gym I hardly notice it, but it makes life miserable for a week or so regardless.

Eat well TL and get the shut eye. Oh, I just wear long tube socks and tuck them in there.

I saw one UFC where a fighter in brazil was just in this empty soccer field training, and the 3 exercises they showed were him hitting a huge tractor tire with a sledgehammer, him picking up a barbell with 135 on it (clean and press) and then throwing the 135 as high and far as he could. He would walk up to it, and do it again... across the damn soccer field. The third exercise was him walking around with his two trainers on his back. Looked like a brutal workout. I really want to try the 135 throwing exercise, I think it would get out a lot of aggression, but also build up a lot of explosive strength.

Oh yea, and he beat the snot out of the other fighter.

My brother does this. He's a firefighter and works out on the clock. They actually have their station where the Ranger training camp is...He sets up a barbell with 135 and just launches it over and over.

In addition, "killed" and "murdered" are two different things. So, that chick is just stupid...I have a feeling she will soon be a statistic.
