Did A LOT of work here. Probably 4 sets on Incline and Decline... Hard contraction at the top of each.

Elevated Push Ups

Definitely can feel some extra strength coming on. Extra reps on some old PR weights, can't feel bad about that. Stupid chest pumps as well especially on the Flat Hammer and Flies.
 
man, requiem for a dream really scared the heck out of me. it shows how powerful addiction is regardless of the form it takes. when i hear that music, it makes me cringe.

Um... yes and no. Memento, Irreversible, and Requiem were just the three "film school" movies that every imbecile at my school talked about like they were gifts from the film gods. We studied the living hell out of them, and every d-bag in the school quoted them like it was going out of fashion. It was just "fashionable" to bring them up in film debates/convo's. Kinda like how a certain someone is always talking about steroids even though he has never touched the stuff. Just verbal masturbation.

Irreversible and Requiem are both really, really ****ed up. Memento was just an interesting way to tell a story, it wasn't nearly as messed up as the other two.
 
I love how they have to keep resetting how much a rep point is worth because they get so out of hand so quickly. I thought I had said something that had made someone neg me into oblivion.

I dunno, because if it had never been reset since i joined, you would have like 208million reps by now. I can't even imagine what iron lungz reps would be. It would just make the number pointless. I can remember when I got 18 reps for a rep, earlier today I was getting like 300,000 and such. :lol:

1:1 ratio. - 1 rep pt for each positive rep. 1 deduction for each negative rep.

I had a buddy that took a close-up shot of his ball sack and put it as his Facebook profile picture. It was JUST close enough to where you couldn't tell, and just far enough away where it made you wonder...

Obviously no deadlifts today. Also took a nap that ended up lasting until 8:15 - and was groggy. Felt great when I got there, and the gym was nice and empty... just threw me off a bit. I really good use a good stim - thinking about maybe hookin up some RPM - love that junk. I seem to get really tired when I get home from work - I usually watch a DVR show, and have a sandwhich... but lately the sandwhich has involved passing out and drooling on myself... (which isn't ALL bad).

Also, IC - when do you typically notice the reduction in gyno when you run your epithio cycles? Just curious, because I'm debating when to start to raise my calories and carbos - and figured the reduction in gyno would also go hand-in-hand with the "active period" of the compound.
