^^^What he said! No one said NOT to pulse, just that your Compounds+Length = To Long! Hit up Dr.D for sure and see what he says!

If you take ppl the wrong way that are trying to give you advice, even if its comes across as "rude" or "insensitive" there still doing what they know and believe is best, then that is your problem!

If you are not worried about it, then dont post! But dont complain when others told you! But if you decide to, i wish you good health bro, and please pick up some PCT supps, for YOUR sake! :wiggle:

Hey Puff Daddy, chill out with some Crystal a minute. I don't know what kind of supplement experience you have my friend(said loosely) but, there is a wealth of knowledge available to you if willing to listen. People really do give a sh!t about others hurting themselves with improper use of these compounds. If your cycle goes great then we all stand a chance of benefiting from your experience. Yo obviously wanted an opinion on this or you would not have made the initial post. Learn my friend...
 
Hey timber, hows your shoulder? Wasn't your joints bothering you on your last cycle? has that gone away now?

Haven't had shoulder pain in quite some time... :knock on wood:

Pain was certainly aggrivated by lengthy use of ATD...

Learned to manage the situation through stretching, additional stability exercises, and repeated dosing of EFA (Fish / Sesamin)... Found that remembering to take the oils on a daily basis does wonders. I put them in my morning shotglass cocktail now so I can't forget. Used to be hard to remember because its the only supplement that I keep in the fridge.

Have been noticing on Flat hammers that my left shoulder seems to be a bit higher than my right one... need to correct that. Fortunately it hasn't caused any issues with strength or symmetry - but was probably caused by working around pain in lieu of taking breaks.
 
Good reps would be huge sack and bad would be a set of prunes...

Hate to say it, but running really aversely effects my leg numbers, particularly if I ran the day before... Like I said though, its important to me to keep my cardio strength at least stable - so the mission continues. I'm still very happy that I'm moving 14 plates, even if I fell back two reps. I'd LOVE to push 16 plates by the time this sh*t ends.

Squats
12*135, 8*225, 8*225, 12*185, 8*185
Went to failure on the Widowmaker... By boy helped me up, re-racked, then I pushed out the last 8 reps with about 10 seconds of rest. Had I not failed on the positive portion, I would have been able to rest at the top and finished, but I got a little to aggressive.

Leg Extensions
12*90, 10*110, 10*130
Real slow negatives on Extensions and Ham Curls - lower weight.

Prone Ham Curls
14*90, 12*110, 10*130

Explosive Calve Raises

Also: Dbl Cable Bi Curls, Tricep Rope, Tricep Pushdowns, EZ Curl Dropsets

If me and Tone keep working legs together, I might die. My sh*t is blown up, and I can tell I'm going to be busted up tomorrow... Twisted part is that I like it. :twisted:

Unfortunately the widows were a failure today... but the attempt was there. :dunno:
 
No failure with that w/o TL! Nicely done. I usually break my widows into segments...get 10 reps on first go, rest at top for a breath or two then 5 more, rest again at top and bang out the last five. Seperates the men from the boys!!

I've failed on widows the last 2 or 3 times I've done ATG squats, but that's one of the greatest things about lifting weights -- failure is a good thing!! Really, it's the only time in life that I'm proud of failing. Now, obviously, I'd rather be able to rep it out, but I know I'm kicking my ass if I fail -- and that's a good thing. :)
