Thundergod's Mad Methyl Meltdown!!!

Today was day 40 of using USP Labs PRIME. And it was also the last day. This has been a real pleasurable experience for me. A special thanks to Mulletsoldier for giving me the chance to run it and give my opinion of it. My opinion is totally unbiased. This is my honest evaluation. I have been very surprised at the strength and effectiveness of this product. I try not to pre-judge products by negative feedback on it. I try to withold judgement until I have tried the product for myself. So I don't start doubting a product's abilities the minute I start taking it. I give it the benefit of a doubt until it starts to show some effects. After a full week of using PRIME, I could tell it was working. My mood was greatly improved. Some call it euphoria, while I termed it as a nice "body buzz". I simply felt good and very aware of my body. I was constantly flexing and watching my muscles pump up. My muscle hardness began to improve after 2 weeks. And then came the strength gains. Now everyone needs to realize that I just came off a cycle of Methyl Trienolone. An incredibly strong compound that caused my strength to increase dramatically during the short 3 week cycle of it. So I want to show everyone the strength I gained AFTER the Oral Tren during my 6 week PCT with PRIME. These are the numbers: INCLINE BENCH PRESSES: Before--305 X 9. After--320 X 7. So that's 15 lbs. more but 2 reps less. So I'll call it a 10 lb. gain. FLAT BENCH PRESSES: Before--325 X 8. After--345 X 8. That's a clean 20 lb. gain. MACHINE SQUATS: Before--335 X 20. After 365 X 20. A 30 lb. gain. STIFF-LEGGED DEADLIFTS: Before--335 X 9. After 365 X10. That's a 30 lb. gain with an extra rep as well. LAT PULLDOWNS: Before--300 X 9. After--310 X 9. A nice 10 lb. gain. These poundage increases were performed AFTER my AAS cycle. These increases I will attribute to PRIME as well as to the fact that I was still adjusting to DC type training. This was my second blast cycle and it went extremely well. USP Labs PRIME is a a solid product that does what it claims to do. That is rare these days. I highly recommend it for PCT's or for natty cycles. I saw and felt great results from using this product. PRIME is without a doubt the very best and most effective non-hormonal product that I have ever used.

If you rate it, then i rate it!! Thankyou for your views and thoughts, and for allowing us to see your gains and progress, a great leader and a great example.
Now i want to give it a try.

Music Of Mayhem!!

I'm getting psyched up to totally obliterate the weights this morning!! I'm going to hit arms only. Tri's and then Bi's. It's time to load up these big guns!! I'm gonna make 'em explode!! CLICK, CLICK, BOOM!!!! :numbered: Invalid Link Removed

Liking the Saliva big guy!! Talk about a fun workout..get-er-dun

I only hope that I can motivate others here at AM, the way that others here at AM motivate me. You and Timber provide me with much needed workout fuel as well. I remember what you guys were lifting only 5 or 6 months ago. You 2 have come a long way indeed. I have changed my routine somewhat in case you didn't notice it from the top of this page and the page before this one. Instead of 3 overly long brutal sessions, I have changed over to a 5 day split that will lower the overall volume of each workout, thereby allowing me to jack up the intensity even more!! I'm gettin' crazy up in here!! And LOL at the t-shirt idea of "WWTGD". I already told some of my buddies that also workout that I was going to get some of those plastic bracelets that everybody wears and have on them, "WWTGD". I told them that when they miss another workout, I was going to make them wear one!! You and Timber do all the damage possible over the next few days. And, by the way, what are you 2 doing about Thanksgiving? Where are you guys gonna have the feast? Don't forget to forcefeed Timber some Epi and have him watch "Pumping Iron"!! :head:

I didn't see this question before. As for the feast, I am going up to San Louis Obispo with my family to my aunt and uncle's house. I believe Timber is chilling with his family in Newport Beach. We are gonna knock out another workout or two while he is out here.

Newport Beach is the area with all the flash houses etc? where the OC was based or was that all bs?

You are right, it's pretty much where the OC is "supposed to be". That whole newport/laguna area is pretty posh, especially after so many tv shows have been based out of there lately. I still prefer SD... more down to earth, better waves. :D

3 Week Formestane Bridge Cycle--day 2

LOADING THE GUNS!! I can tell right now, this 5 day split is just what the doctor ordered. I'm fallin' in love with this routine already! REDUCED WEIGHTS/REDUCED INTENSITY CRUISE PERIOD: TRICEPS--SEATED OVERHEAD CABLE EXTENSIONS: 170 X 10. Reduced--150 X 12. I used that triceps blaster bar with the parallel grips. Palms facing each other. I enjoyed this better than the straight-rotating bar that I have been using. And even better than a V-Grip Handle. STANDING ONE-ARM PUSHDOWNS: 80 X 10. Reduced--60 X 12. STANDING ONE-ARM BEHIND HEAD UPPER PULLEY EXTENSIONS: 80 x 10. Reduced--60 X 12. Then I thought I would toss in something different. CLOSE-GRIP BENCH PRESSES SUPERSET WITH DB KICKBACKS: Close-grip Presses: 185 X 15. Why just 185 lbs. Thunda??!! I haven't done these in about 3 years. So I didn't know what to use really. ha ha Also this is at the end of my triceps routine. They were already pumped and fatigued. I will definitely go up on the weight next week. Way up!! DB Kickbacks: 40's X 15. Awesome pump! BICEPS--MACHINE PREACHER CURLS: 150 x 10. Reduced--120 X 12. STANDING CLOSE-GRIP CABLE BAR CURLS: 150 X 10. Reduced--120 X 12. STANDING ONE-ARM UPPER PULLEY CURLS: (Hercules Curls) 60 X 12. And another set of 60 X 12. SEATED DB CONCENTRATION CURLS: 50 X 15. And then I finished this up with MIT CARDIO: 25 minutes. MIT stands for Medium Intensity Training!! LOL This is getting fun!! :woohoo:

killer workout bro!! what are Hercules Curls??

killer workout bro!! what are Hercules Curls??
Most people do them inside a cable crossover station using both arms at once. You grab the handles from the upper pulleys and curl them in towards your ears like doing a double biceps pose. I hope that clears it up. I just use 1 hand at a time. Hercules Curls is the name given to them from the old school days.

I like doing these as well. If this makes sense, I stand at the opposite side of the crossover station, holding the station with the arm I am not curling to create a greater ROM and higher tension for the curl, as opposed to standing in the middle.

That's a good idea, I never really liked the ROM on this exercise. This should improve it.

I don't have a dual pulley station in my garage (only 1 pulley I'm afraid), so I accomplish roughly the same movement utilizing incline dbells, but starting with arms outstretched to side and coming in toward the ears as you mention. I think there's a name for these, but I dunno, I been doing 'em like this for a couple of yrs. on & off as part of my arm routine, killer angle.

Did I miss the results of your liver panel, or haven't you run them yet?
Not yet. I am going to have them done right after New Year.

I must say, I haven't followed along on a cycle like this before and been kept this interested. I Completely enjoyed this and hope that all comes out alright with your tests. I love big strong guys (no homo)( I think).

Someone is admiring your hammer TG!!

Wait, wait, wait... you think you're no homo? Or you think you love big strong guys?

So that's how you got those Lee Priest looking arms!! I've seen him do those angled incline curls like that.

Not ready for that Dark Side TG??

While talking about biceps..I need to bring up the outside portion to give me more thickness there. Any ideas big man??

This is going to sound hilarious considering what we've been laughing about. Hammer Curls!! :hammer::toofunny:

Yeah I know!! I was waiting for the jokes..
I do hammers and pinwheels too, but there just isn't anything happening with the brachialis. It just might be genetics..

I have used a technique called (I think) X reps to help build the brachialis. Bassically do seated hammer curls and rep once, then rep halfway, then rep all the way, then half way, repeat, etc... this half rep every other rep seemed to work well on my arms in the way you were speaking of.

Motivation Time!!!

Here' a great video to charge my workout this morning. No frills, no fancy workout clothing, not even some hip-hop music in the background. LOL Just big strong mo-fo Dennis James training back. It's time to get fired-up!! :aargh: [nomedia]http://http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P72GFZj2esM[/nomedia]

3 Week Formestane Bridge Cycle--day 3

SEMI-SLACK BACK ATTACK: I wish I wasn't on this cruise period this morning. I so wanted to throw some heavy shit around!! But I had to hold back. Once I put a plan in motion, I stick to it. The German Philosopher Nietchze once said, "A man without a plan, is not a man." He's the same man who wrote, "That which does not kill us, only makes us stronger." Here's how this morning's session went down. REDUCED WEIGHTS/REDUCED INTENSITY CRUISE PERIOD: BACK--OVERHAND LAT PULLDOWNS: 240 X 12. Reduced--220 X 12. Using great form. I'm kinda shocked at how light these felt since I've been DC blasting for the last 10 weeks straight using up to 310 lbs. UNDERHAND CLOSE-GRIP PULLDOWNS: 220 X 12. Reduced--200 X 12. Nice. REVERSE-GRIP BENTOVER ROWS: 245 X 10. Reduced--205 X 12. Squeezin' those muscles! ONE-ARM ROWS: 110 X 10. Reduced--100 X 12. Slow and steady baby!! TRAPS---MACHINE SHRUGS: 370 x 12. Reduced--300 X 15. I was planning on using just 300 or so this morning, but I had to feel something at least a little heavy. LOL These felt so good. ONE-ARM UNILATERAL DB SHRUGS: 100 lb. DB X 15 reps. You may be asking, "WTF are those Thunda?" I'm glad you asked. ha ha Using only 1 hand at a time and stabilizing yourself with your free hand by grabbing onto a machine upright or something. Then lower the DB much farther than you normally would if you were using both hands at once. It felt so wonderful. I lowered that DB very low and then pulled it way up high like I was trying to stuff my traps into my ears!! My little ol' traps were swole after this! ABS--3 TRI-SETS OF KNEELING CABLE CRUNCHES/LYIING LEG RAISES/REVERSE CRUNCHES: 3 Tri-sets of 25 reps each. No rest between the 3 exercises, and only 30 seconds rest between each tri-set!! This cruise is already elevating my reuperative powers and my ability to recover between each session. 1 more week of cruising to go. Then it's back to da blast baby!!! :head: Keep the fires burning my fellow warriors!!

Impressive.. not only does TG shower us with insane motivational material, but he quotes Nietchze as well! What versatility!

Way to stick with your plan bro, that's the ticket.

LOL.. thanks Aussie.

No worries TG. I had to go around spreading some love this morning myself so I could get back to you.

Thanks G...will give that a try!

My heart sings with euphoria unbound and with joy unfettered when love abounds in the Temple of the Thundergod!! :box:

Snag, are your stats old? You look pretty yoked for a 200 lb'er

Yoked huh? Man that made me chuckle, ain't heard that term for a minute.. Appreciate the props dude, but that's pretty accurate, still hovering @ 198. Got up to 207 briefly but I'm backing it back down, gotta stay somewhat ripped this off-season for public appearance purposes.

Yep. Old for sure. Been window-shopping for canes & walkers this Christmas..
The only cane I'm ready for is maybe a pimp cane. Gold layered. And a cape and wide-brimmed hat. With a big ostrich feather in it. Maybe some platform shoes too. I'll be pimpin' out my yule log!! LMFAO

TG, stop by my log when you can, if you'd like. I spoke in the language of Thundergod for a second too...

"Smash thy Thor hammer upon the brothel of my brethren, for thy time has cometh to fiest upon the ambrosia!" haha, jk.

That is some thick mature muscle Snag!!
Passing out the eggnog this year TG??

Age ain't nuttin but a mindset. I still think I'm 21!

But I do love the mature muscle that comes along with those years of experience!
