exactly. it comes into play when you can do more reps with that near max weight but you get cut short because the bar is slipping. I had APT prowriststraps and they were thick as sh1t, could prob handle 1000+ pounds. Ill look into Versa's thanks Volcom.
im also a big fan of the versa grips. i like them a lot better than regular straps. tho i havent used em a lot lately due to focus on grip and forearm developement. only using them for my 10-12 rep heavy lifts like shrugs or deads.

Cycle Day 26--Day 12 Of Oral Trenbolone

WAR REPORT: We are racing on all cylinders now!! It's full speed ahead from here on out. The weights and reps are only going up for the rest of this cycle. I was so ready for this workout this morning! I went to my "special place"!! The place where I call upon the Berzerker Rage to carry me beyond my normal bounds. Let's dive into the numbers-##--BACK --REVERSE-GRIP LAT PULLDOWNS: 280 X 10-5-3=18 total reps!! Up 10 lbs. and 2 reps. I have some newfound inspiration driving these numbers this morning. I have a giant young viking (vkinginc) breathing down my neck! I'll do whatever it takes to hang with him. DC style sets again in effect. 15 deep breaths to rest-pause between the 3 mini-sets. All back off sets are done with impeccable form. Slow reps, slower negatives, partials, and as occasional static hold on the last rep. Back off at 210 X 12. Immediate drop to 180 X 9. OVERHAND CLOSE-GRIP PULLDOWNS: 260 X 11. Up 5 lbs. and 2 reps here. Back off at 190 X 12. REVERSE-GRIP BENTOVER ROWS: 275 X 9-5-3=17 total reps!! PR!! Up 50 lbs. from last week where I got 225 X 14. :thumbsup: I'm through playing around with this sh!t!! Back off at 225 X 15. The back off set was stronger than last week's work set. Hel yeah!! ONE-ARM DB ROWS: 150 X 10. PR! Up 10 lbs. from last week. Immediate drop to 90 X 10. MACHINE SHRUGS: 400 X 11-6-4=21 total reps!! :aargh: WTF??!! :eek: I told you, I am finished playing here!! BICEPS--SEATED MACHINE PREACHER CURLS: 180 X 9-5-4=18 total reps! Up 10 lbs. and 3 reps. Ooooh Yeah!! Back off at 100 X 18!! I was shooting for 20 reps but I couldn't fight the burn any longer. I went straight through this set however. If I had rested a few seconds between those last ones, there's no telling how many I could continue to gut out! But I kept pumping from start to finish to gorge the muscles with blood. STANDING CLOSE-GRIP CABLE BAR CURLS: 170 X 11. Up 10 lbs. and 1 rep. Back off at 100 X 22 reps!! Now my bi's just looked sick. :twisted: Hel, there were veins bulging in my traps, delts, and arms now! ONE-ARM OVERHEAD UPPER PULLEY CURLS: 80 X 11. Up 5 lbs. and 1 rep. Immediate drop to 45 X 15. Urgent News Flash!!!

Wednesday is supposed to be my last day of this planned cycle. That will be 14 days of the Oral Tren. But I am seriously considering adding just 1 more week. Most guys run it for 3 weeks and usually at 1 mg. as a kick-start to an injectable Test cycle. So 3 weeks at 500 mcg. shouldn't hurt me. I won't be running anything else for the rest of the year. I am not having any problems right now. No signs of jaundice or any indications of liver complications or stress. I feel absolutely great. Urine is not dark nor rank. I drink like 3 gallons of water everyday anyway. Always do. I've been taking 800 mg. of Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA), 4 grams of Milk Thistle (80%), and 200 mg. of Vitamin B6 for a month now. Actually been taking the Milk Thistle for 2 months at that dose. So all is well and it's full speed ahead for 1 more week!! I'm getting so strong in this last week. And it's only day 12 for me. Shame to stop the progress just as it's starting to take off. Let's do it!!"

ECA (which I already have) plus 1,3-dimethylamylamine, and some Yohimbine HCL. I'll use all of this pre-workout for my natty run after this cycle is over. It sounds like fun to me!! :woohoo::dance:
 
Oral Tren has no affect on the liver of the Gods. Very excited to hear what another week gets you as I am sure it will be serious gains. I know there are risks with the Tren, but you obviously prepared and have the correct supplements to protect yourself.

My final thought, i think werdum is the most gifted heavyweight in the ufc, tall, athletic, clever, good striker and an awesome ground game, apparently he can bench over 400lb, wich is pretty mean considering hes not so muscular.

Awesome bro, that sounds like another TG nutrition special, can i reccomend something here bro that is awesome, GM or glycerol monosearate, its cheap but i absaloutley love the stuff, i am currently working on my own pre workout mix, with an anti-cortisol thrown in, Maybe L-dopa, either or andrenosterone combined. Got to stop catabolism in the roots!!

Hey my friend. I hope you get to feeling better real soon. Until then you'll just have to rest and watch the rest of us training and going crazy!! I won't reveal the secret PCT supp until it's time to start. PCT begins next Thursday, so I will announce all of my PCT supplementation Wednesday in my log. Everything is moving along nicely right now. I'm feeling great. I'm up 6 lbs. total and even leaner than when I started this run. My muscles have a much harder and dense appearance to them. Vascularity is more prominent than it has ever been for me. Veins are sticking out all over. My aggression and focus is more intense than ever before. The alpha-male mentality has taken over my training. I don't even feel "human" anymore.:twisted: The deity in me is shining through. The divine power that All-Father has placed within me will not be denied!! :box: My strength has sky-rocketed over the last week. I'm going to pour everything into this last week of the cycle. No holds barred. No retreat....no surrender!! :duel:

What it be my brutha??!! :afro: Were you away for business or pleasure? I was wondering where you have been. I knew you were M.I.A. And yeah, I am extending this cycle for 1 extra week. That will make this cycle a little over 5 weeks in total. I think I like these slightly longer cycles better than my short ones. Shutdown will be more pronounced and it will take longer in PCT to get everything back to homeostasis. But the gains have been much better. I think next year I will run less cycles but longer ones. 6 weekers for orals. But I'm kicking off the new year with an 8 week Test-Prop front-loaded with either D-Bol or this Oral Tren. If blood work comes back okay from this cycle, I will go with the Oral Tren. It really kicks some D-bol right square in da ballz!! Tren>:nutkick:<D-Bol:D
