WAR REPORT: We are racing on all cylinders now!! It's full speed ahead from here on out. The weights and reps are only going up for the rest of this cycle. I was so ready for this workout this morning! I went to my "special place"!! The place where I call upon the Berzerker Rage to carry me beyond my normal bounds. Let's dive into the numbers-##--
BACK --
REVERSE-GRIP LAT PULLDOWNS: 280 X 10-5-3=18 total reps!! Up 10 lbs. and 2 reps. I have some newfound inspiration driving these numbers this morning. I have a giant young viking (vkinginc) breathing down my neck! I'll do whatever it takes to hang with him. DC style sets again in effect. 15 deep breaths to rest-pause between the 3 mini-sets. All back off sets are done with impeccable form. Slow reps, slower negatives, partials, and as occasional static hold on the last rep. Back off at 210 X 12. Immediate drop to 180 X 9.
OVERHAND CLOSE-GRIP PULLDOWNS: 260 X 11. Up 5 lbs. and 2 reps here. Back off at 190 X 12.
REVERSE-GRIP BENTOVER ROWS: 275 X 9-5-3=17 total reps!! PR!! Up 50 lbs. from last week where I got 225 X 14. :thumbsup: I'm through playing around with this sh!t!! Back off at 225 X 15. The back off set was stronger than last week's work set. Hel yeah!!
ONE-ARM DB ROWS: 150 X 10. PR! Up 10 lbs. from last week. Immediate drop to 90 X 10.
MACHINE SHRUGS: 400 X 11-6-4=21 total reps!! :aargh: WTF??!!

I told you, I am finished playing here!! It's serious ass business from now on. Back off at 225 X 15. And my traps was throbbing and pumped. It was hard to even flex 'em. My whole back area was toast at this point.
BICEPS--
SEATED MACHINE PREACHER CURLS: 180 X 9-5-4=18 total reps! Up 10 lbs. and 3 reps. Ooooh Yeah!! Back off at 100 X 18!! I was shooting for 20 reps but I couldn't fight the burn any longer. I went straight through this set however. If I had rested a few seconds between those last ones, there's no telling how many I could continue to gut out! But I kept pumping from start to finish to gorge the muscles with blood.
STANDING CLOSE-GRIP CABLE BAR CURLS: 170 X 11. Up 10 lbs. and 1 rep. Back off at 100 X 22 reps!! Now my bi's just looked sick. :twisted: Hel, there were veins bulging in my traps, delts, and arms now!
ONE-
ARM OVERHEAD UPPER PULLEY CURLS: 80 X 11. Up 5 lbs. and 1 rep. Immediate drop to 45 X 15. This was
