I tried to read through TG's post on MD and said fuck it. I like this forum because it was newbie tolerant and you could gather information from the threads. Over there is is like a sausage fest seeing who could insult the best and I am not sure most of them could speak from experience.

Cycle Day 5--war Report!!!!

Oh yeah! :hammer: I'll call this morning's workout a war report once again. It was pure battle. I drank a Millennuim Sport Technologies Ragnarok 45 minutes prior to the workout. It was the "warrior melon" flavor. Not bad really. Tasted like a watermelon Jollie Rancher candy. I accidently dropped an ephedrine tab into it while I was mixing it up! lol Oops! Then I proceeded to blast Back and Biceps into oblivion. Here's the numbers now that I'm back on all-out effort Blasting again. These are done in the DC fashion of rest-pause technique. Go all out to muscle failure then rest while taking 15 deep breaths. Go all out again. Take another breathing rest-pause. And go all out for a third and final time. Easy, right?? Yeah. Numbers##--BACK---LAT PULLDOWNS: 280 X 8-4-3, Back off sets are done with impeccable form. Slow strict reps with slower negatives. Sometimes doing partial reps at the end and a static hold on the final rep. Back off at 210 X 12. REVERSE-GRIP PULLDOWNS: 265 X 8-5-3. Back off at 210 X 12. CLOSE-GRIP PULLDOWNS: 245 X 12. SEATED CABLE ROWS: 300 X 8-5-3. BAck off at 225 X 12. STANDING ISO-ROWS: Very strict movement. 200 X 12. MACHINE SHRUGS: 315 X 8-5-3. Back off at 225 X 12. BICEPS----STANDING WIDE-GRIP CABLE CURLS: 165 X 9-4-3. Back off at 105 X 20!! I just kept pumpin' away. :fool2: My arms were swole up now! ONE-ARM CABLE PREACHER CURLS: 75 X 8 and then a short pause and 4 more reps for a total of 12 reps. Back off at 60 X 12. LYING OVERHEAD PULLEY CURLS: 155 X 12. Back off at 105 X 15. And this was the way to come back!! :woohoo: Strong and confident. Ready to defeat any challenge and any foe! The Thundergod is back mortals!! :aargh::box:

Orally. Bad stuff? I guess it would depend upon one's definition of bad. A little medicine might be good for you, but that same medicine in too large a dose is bad for you, or worse. I'm sure if one is running the proper supports and dosing it very low, that even Halotestin could be beneficial.

Cycle Day 6

UPDATE: This is the sixth day of dosing 30 mg. of Epithio (EST Methyl-E) and 25 mg. of Dianabol. I will give a few evaluations now. Sleep: Normal. No problems. Appetite: Increased. Energy: Normal. Recovery: Increased. I feel great this morning even after yesterday's brutal return to DC blasting. Strength: Slightly Increased. I was shocked at how I performed yesterday after the 2 week cruise period. Strength hadn't dropped off much at all!! I'm happy about that. Aggression: Slightly Increased. Just a little. Hoping for more. Endurance: Normal. Libido: Increased. This is probably the most noticable effect so far into the cycle. I'm like a dog in heat the last 2 days! D-Bol gets the credit for this one. Blood pressure reading from this morning: 118/71. So it's still fine. I'm pleased so far, yet it is still early. It just gets better from here on out!! :head:

(for sleep aid). These are taken in divided doses everyday.

Sometimes I take 1 melatonin tab (3 mg.) with the Benadryl. But not always. You need to cycle Melatonin.

I'm thinking you're taking the Niacin to bring up HDL but isn't Niacin hepatoxic; not a good idea on a methyl cycle. Then again, if I remember correctly, Niacin isn't hepatoxic at that low daily dose.

I've read that your body already produces so much melatonin. So when you supplement with it, your body produces less of it. So you need to cycle on and off to get the most benefits from it. Some brands say right on the bottle to cycle for 3 weeks on and 1 week off.

Only the flush-free version of niacin is hepatoxic. The regular niacin is not.

I'm by no means an expert on Niacin. However, I have done a bit of research on its uses and even the regular variety is widely considered hepatoxic at doses that are purported to have a beneficial effect on HDL levels (i.e. 3000mg/day).

How can you get anything done with that type of eye candy floating around? My eyes would be the strongest part of my body at that rate.
luckily my gym is straight sausage factory full of dudes banging out heavy steel. There's a World's in the next town where you can go for the eye sexy time. It's a fun field trip sometimes. but not to lift.
