It's all crazy up in here! You know that! My training has taken a sadistic turn now. I'm incorporating more drop sets, descending sets, and rest-pause reps at the end of my heaviest work sets now. I've seen the way you're training crader, so I've decided to up my training a notch! I love the insanity......oh, the humanity! :fool2: THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:

This is Day 12 with only 9 days to go now. This is where it really gets good. I'm looking for some big increases this week. Up 3 pounds so far. Totally lean also. I'm actually leaner than when I began the cycle, much thanks to Epi!! Veins are swellin'!! Weights are goin' up easy!! Libido is kickin'!! That was borderline cruel to us Mo-Fo's on a diet. My low-carb phase won't allow that sh*t!! lol Actually, I went out for an extremely rare cheat meal last night. My wife and I went to Los Margarita's and I had the Steak Acapulco which was delicious! Some Mexican rice and refried beans! YUMM!!:food: This might not be considered a cheat to some people, but it was to me. Time to get back in the saddle now!! It's just that I was eating so much chicken and tuna lately, I thought I might turn into a freakin' flyin' fish or something! lol THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:

DAY 13---NEWS FROM THE WARFRONT---I woke up in a very fowl mood this morning. I don't know if I was dreaming about something that really pissed me off or what. But I used it!!:aargh: I straight up tore the weights da fukc up! It was LEGS and SHOULDERS: Machine Squats: 290 X 12 then 3 more rest-pause reps for a total of 15 reps! And this machine is sadistically hard.:twisted: Straight up and down with no mercy! I'd rather have done 405 for 15 on regular squats. Leg Extensions: 125 X 10. Immediate drop to 100 X 9. Stiff-Legged Deadlifts: 290 X 10. Immediate drop to 250 X 8. One-Legged Hamstring Cable Curls: 85 X 10! PR Immediate drop to 50 X 10. Machine Shoulder Presses: 195 X 10!! PR Immediate drop to 150 X 10. One-Arm Cable Front Laterals: 80 X 9 ! PR but hard! Immediate drop to 50 X 10. One-Arm Cable Side Laterals: 70 X 10. Immediate drop to 45 X 10. One-Arm Bent-Over Cable Rear Laterals: 70 X 10. Immediate drop to 50 X 10. This was truly an amazing workout. 70lb laterals and 80 lb fronts is pretty friggin' sick, dude!! You most definitely did tear it up.

TG ive never heard of anyone lifting that much on side lats and front lateral raises, i know it was cable, but that is incredible, i thought i was strong doing 60lb dumbells, but its so hard to do.. You have inspired me too new heights, i shall go forth and conquer where no russian has been before, there was a great austrian, the great oak, there shall be a new tree in town, a mighty redwood, lifting 80lb on front and side laterals, smashing timber, moving rock, majesticaly moving massive weight, in order to reach perfection, in order to reach up and see the mighty thor, in order to reach out and catch hold of TG, and stop him lifting so much so i can catch up!!!!!!!!!!!!!:afro::hammer:

DAY 14---I'm enjoying this cycle immensely. I'm glad I thought of it!! I've got more original mixes coming soon. There's an incredibly anabolic summer cutting cycle to follow this one. After proper PCT of course! But as for this cycle....No bad sides to report at this point. No back pumps, no cramps, no bloat, no itchy, lumpy, puffy, painful, leaky nips. I've never had trouble with my nips! No BP increases and no headaches. Everything is still very positive at this juncture. I've gained 3 quality pounds so far with 8 more days to go. Libido is awesome, energy is elevated, recovery is quicker than ever, vascularity is steadily increasing, and strength is taking off! I'll have to be careful and maintain good form, so as to not get injured on this cycle. I think with the D-Bol you have to be careful of your muscles getting stronger at a quicker rate than your tendons and ligaments at first. You have to slowly work into the heavier weights. I'll try smaller weight increases with better form over the next few weeks. But everything is just as I expected.....AWESOME!!:head: THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:

No. 3 weeks on...max! I'm experimenting with my version of burst-cycling. 3 weeks in duration. Most people will tell you that their gains were best during the first 3 weeks of a cycle. Week 4 is where gains slow, and sides increase. These short burst cycles allow for max gains, and also encourage quicker bounce-back and recovery during PCT. I am a fanatic about sticking to a plan once it has been laid out. But believe me BlackSheep, the thought of either extending the cycle another week, or increasing the dosages for week 3 have entered my mind. But I refuse to alter this well-devised plan just to satisfy my morbid curiosity. I have different cycles lined up for the future. But right now Russianstar and I are experimenting with these short burst-cycles to judge their effectiveness. And I must say, they are working extremely well. Short time on=Short PCT's and quicker recovery! It's a win-win situation!!:woohoo: THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:

Maybe I'll have to consider this for my upcoming cycle? I think your "short cycle" method will prove beneficial with the stronger/faster acting ph's/ds's. Obviously this probably wouldn't yield the best gains with things like halo or phera but who knows?

Hey, I did an 8 weeker of Phera one time. It was a mistake, but I tried it. I'm still alive. I like to experiment. I've done 6 week bridge cycles, plenty of 4 weekers too. I must say from personal experience, that I prefer these 3 week blasts to my system, using slightly larger doses than normal cycles. They are yeilding me the best gains ever! And I mean EVER!! I've still got lots of experimenting to do. It's loads of fun!! :woohoo: THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:
 
DAY 15----BACK AND BICEPS---Things are goin' full freakin' blast now! I love this cycle. I know it may sound insane, but I recommend it to people with several PS cycles under their belt. And they should probably weigh over 200 lbs. for these dosages also. Here's a few numbers from the battle-zone!! Wide-Grip Lat Pulldowns: 272 and1/2 X 10!! That's right. I told you I was breaking out those little 1 and 1/4 and 2 and 1/2 pound plates and dumbells just so I can record an increase. I'll do whatever it takes to keep progressing on this cycle. After the 272 and 1/2 for 10 reps, I immedately dropped it to 230 X 9. Wide Reverse-Grip Pulldowns: 262 and 1/2 X 10. Immediate drop to 220 X 8. Narrow-Grip Pulldowns: 240 X 10. Immediate drop to 200 X 8. Seated Pulley Rows: 275 X 10. Immmediate drop to 200 X 10. Standing Biceps Cable Curls: 175 X 9!! Hard!! Immediate drop to 115 X 15!! What a burn!! One-Arm Cable Preacher Curls: 70 X 9!! Really heavy, looked like "power-curls" ha ha. Immediate drop to 40 X 10. Lying Cable Curls from the Overhead Pulley: 150 X 10. Immediate drop to 100 X 9. Great workout. Training so hard now. Giving it all I've got to test the true effectiveness of my cycle plan. So far, it's the very best cycle I've done! EVER!! Weighted pull-ups: with a 45lb plate 8,8,8
1ARM db rows: 80lbs for 2 sets of 10 reps then 100lb dbz for 2more sets of 8
Close hand pulldowns: 180lbs,12/ 190lbs,10/ 200lbs,8/210,8
Cable Rows "close grip": 165lbs,10/180lbs,8/200lbs,6
Barbell shrugs: 250lbs,15/300lbs,15/350lbs,12,12/385lbs,10 I extended the last set by doing a drop set going down to 250lbs and cranking out 35 FCUKING painful repps! I did some other sht to but that's the jist, and anyways I though to myself when I was getting ready to leave the gym "even TG would have been proud of me for that wo". Not bad for a 188 pounder in PCT hu?

It's easy to make friends when you're so dedicated to your log. You got a good group of experienced people following, which makes it good learning for a newbie like me.

You're also setting a good example with the consistent BP checks. Just wanted to point out what a good habit this is on cycle.
