TG that really touches me man lol...For real bro I dedicated my wo to YOU the other day. Well it was totaly inspired by you my brother that is for sure!! I did back and it went like this:
Weighted pull-ups: with a 45lb plate 8,8,8
1ARM db rows: 80lbs for 2 sets of 10 reps then 100lb dbz for 2more sets of 8
Close hand pulldowns: 180lbs,12/ 190lbs,10/ 200lbs,8/210,8
Cable Rows "close grip": 165lbs,10/180lbs,8/200lbs,6
Barbell shrugs: 250lbs,15/300lbs,15/350lbs,12,12/385lbs,10 I extended the last set by doing a drop set going down to 250lbs and cranking out 35 FCUKING painful repps! I did some other sht to but that's the jist, and anyways I though to myself when I was getting ready to leave the gym "even TG would have been proud of me for that wo". Not bad for a 188 pounder in PCT hu?
