I'm doing this specific to see what desoxy t ace does. Whenever Its over and I go back to trt, I have thought about using injectable rad with my trt in order to lower the amount of test I need to use as another experiment.

I have used oral rad and the only thing I noticed is it made me feel really good, but no physical changes

Tomorrow I'm officially on cycle, well I guess today I am, will do a official weigh in tomorrow morning but it looks like I've been dropping weight on 2800 calories and I plan on adding more workouts and intensity. So I have 3200 calories planned out over 4 meals tomorrow and a full push workout at the regular gym. I'm going to stick to 3200 for the week and il adjust next week if needed

Fasted morning weight 191.0

Today's plan.

M1- sausage, eggs, cheese, onion bagel, whole milk and protein powder. 57gm pro/940calories

Gym

M2- whey, banana, milk. 73pro/615 calories

M3- jumbo wrap, roasted chicken, greek yogurt, veggies and a orange. 56pro/685 calories

M4-sirloin steaks and I don't know the side dishes yet.

Will figure out total macros tonight but it should be about 230 protein and 3200 calories

Played for about 4 hours, lost $65. I tend to play every weekend. Last week I walked out up $1150. That was the biggest win I had this year. Since the first week of January I'm up 970 so far this year if I total wins vs losses. So doing "ok" typically I try to get up 200-300 and walk out but sometimes it's hard, especially if I hit a big hand early in the day.

My only rule is I buy in with 200 and if I loose it I'm done. No chasing money

Question guys, I bought some isotretinoin, if acne gets bad I'm going to try it out as I've not really found anything that works once I get a real breakout, I'm sure some of you have seen the pics of my shoulders breaking out around this time last year. No bueno.

Has anyone tried this stuff. Ive heard there's some pretty bad sides at higher doses so I'm thinking 5mg a day to start if it's needed?

nice. I used to play tournaments and had a pretty good record. I wasn’t as good a cash game player though. I was alright but my tournament strategy/management was my real strength.

regretted not having the time to play more tbh. Marriage, work and kids meant I was limited to online (where I also lost my other strength......reading people) and I couldn’t make enough to make it worthwhile the time investment.

said to myself that when my kids are older and my work isn’t as important to support them I’m going to buy into a season of the bigger tournaments just to have a stab at seeing whether I can compete at that level (probably nowhere near good enough for that tbh but fun finding out)

I play a lot of tournaments in the past. Right now tho there's no tournaments unless I play one online

If I haven't mentioned I'm going higher reps to avoid injury. 10-25reps with rest pause sets. I want to focus on adding reps, sets and additional exercises over adding weight to the bar. But If I can hit 20+ reps nonstop for multiple sets Obviously it's too light

What are we trying to learn about desoxy t ace...

So far it's obviously too early to comment on what it's doing, I did get a better then normal pump today but it's most likely a coincidence.

Keeping in mind that I know how much I weigh and look on certain amounts of calories and total mg of gear from previous cycles and my notes...

Things I'm watching for on the positive side.
1. Body composition
2. Bodyweight
3. Relative strength increases.
4. Endurance
5. Pumps.
6. Appetite
7. Well being

Negative sides I'm watching for.
1. Acne, mainly on the back and shoulders
2. Sex drive decrease
3. Mental sides, mainly my temper and anxiety
4. Sleep "it's already crappy"


Anyone feel free to add to these lists

Today's plan.

Rushing around this morning, had a protein granola bar and a coffee.

M1- grilled chicken, pasta and peas, half a orange
M2-protein shake and a fiber 1 brownie
M3- burrito bowl with chicken, cheese, beans, corn, salsa and rice.
Gym-boxing, deadlift variation, chins, barbell curl and a few extras if there's time.
M4- 1/2lb sirloin burger with gorgonzola cheese

Need to pick up eaa's and creatine for my intra workout.

Anyone know a cheap carb powder to add to my intra on boxing days?

I prefer something like HBCD or palatinose intraWO for a carb source. Amazon right now has a deal for Livelong Nutrition palatinose, comes out to under $22 with the coupon they have. 10g per scoop, 100 servings so good value IMO.

4 days in, nothing to report good or bad, and probably won't be anything noticable on the positive side for a few weeks anyway.

I'm kinda bored and I'm already itching to increase training volume but I'm gonna hold off till I feel like it's necessary.

In the meantime, to give me some motivation to post, I'm going to get a little more creative with my meals and take some pictures.

Tonight I made a asian style noodle dish and a filet mignon, also had a big mixed greens salad with tomato, olives and a stuffed cherry pepper

There's also a very strong possibility that after 6 weeks of desoxy, if everything is feeling good and I've not run into any really bad side effects, I'm going to extend the cycle for another 4-6 weeks with some test and anadrol or superdrol. If desoxy treats me good il most likely pick up some more to continue with as well

Squeezed it into my water jug along with a lemon and a lime. I always forget to mention that I do stuff like that to flavor my water when I'm out of crystal light, I also forget to mention the 3-4 coffees I drink Most days. I'm actually about 250 calories a day higher because of water additives and half and half in my coffee

lol, its a weird thing but I always wonder when people say half of something like that whether they had a reason for just having half 😂
The reason I usually throw half a orange in my meal is because my lunch tupperware has a extra compartment that fits about half a orange, or a handful of berries, half a banana ect

Today

Coffee and a breakfast sandwich from dunkin, ya I know I'm slippin.

Mixed green salad, 8 oz filet, 1 cup rice.

Got a shake and a protein granola bar for after work.

Boxing, not sure if I'm going to lift after as I didn't sleep well last night and I'm a little sluggish today.

Dinner is a burrito bowl, il figure out the ingredients and snap a picture later.


Ive been eating a little over 3000 calories the past few days and I'm seeming to get hungrier and hungrier. I'm not going to weigh myself till Saturday but I have a feeling I need more calories or this my unintentionally turn into a cut. I don't want to loose any weight so at bare minimum I need to figure out my new maintenance cals because 2800 isint cutting it any more and I don't think 3000-3200 is either.

Between boxing, lifting, and my work I appear to be burning through everything

Anyone wanna lay down some simple on the go meal ideas go right ahead. I've been doing my protein oat bowl for breakfast and wraps for lunch for like 2 months straight now and it's getting old. No access to a microwave for meal 2 so keep that in mind
Do the Stan Efferding Monster Mash, ive been eating that 3 times a day for a couple of years now, never gets old.

Ground Beef
Peppers (or other low Fodmap vegetables)
Rice
Bone broth
Iodized salt

Cook it, mash it up, put it in a steel thermos. Warm for hours, digests easily and always enjoyable.

Funny you say that, I've done that before, and I like it, I've also just thought about bringing some hot chicken or beef broth in a thermos and pouring it over whatever meal I bring to heat it up when there's no microwave which there normally isint. I actually have a thermos that plugs in to a car lighter and a wall to stay extra hot

I'm the first to tell people there being impatient do I know I'm probably being impatient. But being a acetate ester I expected to notice something in the first couple days, not muscle growth or anything but I thought something would show rather quickly. I'm wondering how long everyone thinks I should wait before bumping the dose to 350. I basically just feel like I'm still on trt. I'm thinking after 10-14 days if I've noticed nothing at all I should up the dose.

On a unrelated side note I've been having less pain in my shoulders on a day to day basis, I've completely avoid all things that aggravate them for a few weeks now so maybe they were just beat up.

So dinner tonight was a total bust, I was doing crockpot ribs with a low sugar bbq sauce and planning on making a low fat mac n cheese recipe I found, came home from work, went to check the ribs, pulled off the lid and something smelled off..... I can't quite say the meat was no good but it threw me off and I couldn't pinpoint what I was smelling so I chucked it. Ordered takeout for the kids, and I ended up ordering a small thin crust spinach and tomatoes pizza and I thinly sliced up some left over steak to put on top of it. Honestly it wasn't even good and Im pissed I basically had a wasted cheat meal that sucked smh

I might have spoke too soon, seeing a few tiny pimples showing up and a little nipple sensitivity, not 100% sure on the sensitivity cus it randomly happens from time to time but worth making a note of

Starting tomorrow I'm going to get more detailed with food and training, I'm getting in the habit of training by feel and I don't like it because I can't really track progress that way.

Anyway food was very different today.
Friend gave me 3 different jugs of protein powder he had kickin' around and wasn't using.

1 whey iso, 1 was a coffee flavored vegan protein and the other was a cheap whey blend.

In a blender I put 1 scoop of each, 2 bananas, 4 tbsp peanut butter, 16 oz lactose free milk and a quarter tsp of cinnamon. It's was actually delicious. My cousin also made some home made pastas and tortellinis and have me some to try.

M1- half that shake.

M2- 1/2 lb cheese tortellinis, 4 oz cajun chicken, some low fat cream sauce I found.

M-3 the other half of the shake, and a high protein granola bar

Week one update

Be 191lbs, need more food.

Sides are all negative so far, nothing major but they exist.

Slight increase in acne.
Slight increase in nipple sensitivity
Slight decrease in sex drive.
Slight decrease in overall energy but this one may be skewed as I'm working 6 days a week right now and working on the house as well so that's that.

After work il get a pull + legs workout in and I'm going to rework my meal plan and health supplements

Skipped the workout and did some heavy bag work instead, used the extra time to do some more shopping and rework my diet and training schedule to be more convenient for myself and my goals.

Sunday push.
Monday boxing and pull.
Tuesday legs.
Wednesday boxing and push.
Thursday pull.
Friday rest
Saturday push and so on

Reworked the diet to 5 meals...

2 shakes with fruit and peanut butter and 3 whole food meals. The only meal that will change day to day is dinner.

The 4 regular meals total 200gm protein and 2580 calories so that leaves me with dinner where I will aim for another 800 calories. Add in my 2 coffees and my intra workout and I'm looking at a average of 250gm protein and 3500 calories. This should be more then enough to get the scale moving forward " I hope " but I will reassess next weekend. Hopefully the sides I listed don't get too much worse.

If they do get worse as the dose increases I am going to add in a really really low dose of accutane, 30mg ralox and maybe 12.5mg of exemestane if necessary. The only way I'm pulling the plug on this stuff early is if it gives me ed. Nothing really does that to me before so fingers crossed. That's one side effect I'm not willing to tolerate

Only listing my hardest/last sets here but.

Bench press 225x16, 15 sec rest pause and cranked out 4 more. So 16+4
Machine fly 200x12+5+5

Side db raise 22.5x20
I didn't track the rest but a couple sets of

Cable pressdown.

And pushups to failure.

Another note.

Zero soreness today after a good workout yesterday, may be some enhanced recovery from the desoxy, maybe it's coincidence...

I'm gonna really try to beat the **** out myself the next couple workouts and see if there's a trend

Behind on meals today cus I went to the gym early to meet someone so il have to double up on my last meal or have a shake with dinner or something, il figure it out.

Did 5 circuits of calisthenics at 2min per circuit. These are not something I normally do and it was actually pretty hard, Immediately followed that with my 45min boxing class. Took a 15min break slugged some eaa's and glutamine and did a quick pull workout.

Rack deads up to 365lbs
Deads from the floor I worked up to 365 for a double, it wasn't hard at all but something didn't feel right so I stopped.

Bent row 225x10
And a crap load of barbell curls and reverse curls.

These stupid short workouts are way harder then you would think after a hour of boxing and calisthenics.

Tomorrow is legs.
I don't have a plan but il probably do some adductor and abductor machines, leg presses, walking lunges and leg extensions. All in the 15-20+ rep range.

A CLA+Carbine And beetroot product from bpi at double the dose sipped through the day and finished pre-workout. "It was on sale and taste like a flicking snowcone so that's why I grabbed that" you get a gm of Carnitine, 10,000iu of d3 and 500mg beetroot at about 40cents a serving and it's delicious

Down the road I might give injectable l Carnitine a try and use this product with it

Multi-v and fish oil and boron with 1st meal
Berberine, ubiquinol, and b complex with 2nd meal
D3, cla and Carnitine are mixed in my water jug
Berberine and ubiquinol with my 4th meal.
Fish oil boron and a baby aspirin at last meal and I just added nac and tudca to that last meal.

I know it seems a little excessive but I have moderately high bp my whole life and I use to smoke and drink heavily so I like to know I got some extra insurance in my heart and organs
