nice, how did the poker game go?Tomorrow I'm officially on cycle, well I guess today I am, will do a official weigh in tomorrow morning but it looks like I've been dropping weight on 2800 calories and I plan on adding more workouts and intensity. So I have 3200 calories planned out over 4 meals tomorrow and a full push workout at the regular gym. I'm going to stick to 3200 for the week and il adjust next week if needed

regretted not having the time to play more tbh. Marriage, work and kids meant I was limited to online (where I also lost my other strength......reading people) and I couldn’t make enough to make it worthwhile the time investment.
said to myself that when my kids are older and my work isn’t as important to support them I’m going to buy into a season of the bigger tournaments just to have a stab at seeing whether I can compete at that level (probably nowhere near good enough for that tbh but fun finding out)

M1- grilled chicken, pasta and peas, half a orange
M2-protein shake and a fiber 1 brownie
M3- burrito bowl with chicken, cheese, beans, corn, salsa and rice.
Gym-boxing, deadlift variation, chins, barbell curl and a few extras if there's time.
M4- 1/2lb sirloin burger with gorgonzola cheese
Need to pick up eaa's and creatine for my intra workout.
Anyone know a cheap carb powder to add to my intra on boxing days?

Squeezed it into my water jug along with a lemon and a lime. I always forget to mention that I do stuff like that to flavor my water when I'm out of crystal light, I also forget to mention the 3-4 coffees I drink Most days. Funny you say that, I've done that before, and I like it, I've also just thought about bringing some hot chicken or beef broth in a thermos and pouring it over whatever meal I bring to heat it up when there's no microwave which there normally isint. Wasted cheat meals are the worst. Immediate regret.So dinner tonight was a total bust, I was doing crockpot ribs with a low sugar bbq sauce and planning on making a low fat mac n cheese recipe I found, came home from work, went to check the ribs, pulled off the lid and something smelled off..... I can't quite say the meat was no good but it threw me off and I couldn't pinpoint what I was smelling so I chucked it. Ordered takeout for the kids, and I ended up ordering a small thin crust spinach and tomatoes pizza and I thinly sliced up some left over steak to put on top of it. Honestly it wasn't even good and Im pissed I basically had a wasted cheat meal that sucked smh
