Things that make you bigger and stronger that most people don't think of.

Ok try this one.... Sitting on your hands before your workout.... There numb... You don't even feel the weight... Don't ask me how I figured that out....

bahahaha, when i first read the sitting on your hands, i thought u were responding to the j/o comment lol

eating big at night, getting as much sleep/naps as possible, rest, water intake, multi, bagels are amaxing. like 58 g of carbs in one bagel.
 
O I forgot... Having a pitbull... You have to be big to walk one or else it just looks wrong hahahaha jk kinda.
 
deadlifts, hacksquats, powercleans. compound exercises on days when you dont have much time in the gym. Ibuprofen to block swelling. I usually get swollen wrists, feet, ankles, and have elbow and shoulder problems after heavy days. ibuprofen doesnt just numb pain it actually reduces swelling preventing any injury or damage.

cottage cheese with yogurt as a snack.

wrist straps (lol)

warming up- run, bench, if you stretch static before hold after.

I can't do normal deadlifts or squat anymore, see the X-ray to your left. But, I do like deadlift lockouts or a single deadlift lockout combined with a lift and hold. Holding 400lbs - 600lbs for 30s excites the neurons and bloodflow.

And carbohydrates are almost more important than protein after the gym, as your muscles are depleted in glycogen.
 
certain types of women's perfume have shown to raise testosterone when sniffed....or just steal a dirty t-shirt from a chick that's ovulating.. that's shown to increase test, too
 
List something. Can be a food, a diet, a supplement, an activity, what ever.




Pot seems to help this process.

Also loosening your wrists helps alot with Curls or Bench Press and pretty much everything else.

now i know why im so weak on my lifts.... lol. the most i have gone without rubbing one out is 2 days.

i read in a few muscle mags that having sex/ jerking it actually helps you get bigger and stronger. guess there are a few different takes on what actually works
 
To gain weight I take a shot of olive oil with each meal and in my protein shakes, really ups the calories easily
 
a good nights sleep and antioxidants. sounds like common sense here but idk why people seem surprised when i tell them this. (usually novice bodybuilders/athletes)
 
Don't be afraid of lifting heavy. Counting every calorie. Many people actually don't know how many calories they consume. Red meat, eggs, and carb cycling.
 
Gotta love that retard freak strength! New research is showing that it may not be so bad for long term memory. Might even be a neuroprotective. I know their are some people out their who would wake up and smoke everyday, get good grades, and they still don't seem like idiots. I think other drugs will damage your brain more than pot.

i burnt a couple grams of jack herer and took the gre - got a perfect score on the analytic section without preparation, at all...
the other sections were good, too, but a perfect score, without prep, and stoned to the bone - pot is good for you.

plus, it makes your **** bigger.
 
being happy with where you are at in your life and having a generally good overall sense of well-being will do wonders for you in the gym. everyone has a different view of themselves compared to what the world sees, especially most of us in our pursuit of perfection. If you can just focus on the progress that you have made and not how far you have to reach your goal you would be surprised how that effects you workouts.

correct- marijuana has 2x carcinogens of tobacco- if you must smoke vaporize it- but i dont use any rec drugs anymore

Waking up everyday knowing that I can't wait to eat steak and lift some heavy iron! I'm glad I was born with it I know most people hate working out and eating healthy.

That only works for your arm of preference. Also helps you with your grip. Of course I prefer working the hips.:hump:
