The Icaarin, MACA, and Bulgarian Terrestis should boost anabolism for sure. Most things that increase libido do via one of two ways. First by increasing androgenic activity, and two increase of blood flow to the sexual organs. ummm been there done that!!! One of the guys was having... issues... and believe it or not he asked... I explained, not a good as Kleen of course, the same and gave him the AI recommendation... he smiles much more these days
 
Been busy with life lately....Will throw up this weeks workout later on tonight. I've still been travelling back and forth to vancouver every weekend so that's been eating up alot of my time as well. I'll be firing up my new log as soon as possible as well.

- my strength has maintained quite well after my run
- workout week has been compacted into 4 days in a row due to travel but i'm still killing it as best as i can

- weight is still sitting at 243 right now which i find quite shocking!
