The Testosterone Is Getting A Little Out Of Hand Right Now!! TestoPro/Perform Log

Wow, can someone get the liscence plate of the bus that just ran my over!!! The DOMS in my legs right now are brutal, which means it's only going to get worse as the day goes on.

If I could ever come close to that type of leg workout I would have limped out of the gym.:)

Punthra are the 315 on Smith machines a true 315 or is it 3 plates per side? Most smiths are counderbalanced so the bar weighs from 0-10 lbs instead of they typical 45 which may explain whyit would feel light.

P.S. Love the 285 leg extension not as a workset but a pre-exhaust. I only feel a little like a beeeyotch now. LOL

The smith machine we have is not counter balanced. When you push it, it feels like 45lbs.. I think it felt light because my core didn't have to work that hard compared to how hard the core works with free bar squats.

Stabilization support would explain that...

Glad you did not kill the shoulder. Looking forward to the Hercules workout. I feel so weak after seeing your workouts LOL.:)

Here is my new training program starting wednesday. It's a three day split with the whole body getting worked each day. Obviously rest / pause and dropsets will be added to make things more interesting here and there. I feel this program will be a nice change as my volume will decrease and i'll have a few weeks to allow my CNS to get back to normal after all this intense training. This program will be ran for four weeks.

Workout 1

Dumbbell Bench Presses 3x10
Barbell Military Presses 2x10
Chinups 3x10 (Different grip each set)
Leg Presses 3x10
One Leg Curls 3x15

Workout 2

Flat Bench Dumbbell Flyes 3x10
Bent-over Rows 3x10
Front Squats 3x10
Leg Extensions 3x12
Cambered Bar Curls 2x15
Dips 1x15-20 (Weight will be added here to increase challenge)

Workout 3

Incline Dumbbell Presses 3x10
V-Bar Cable Rows 3x10
Stiff Leg Deadlifts 4x8
Dumbbell Lunges 2x15
Standing Calf Raises 3x20-25

*can't really take credit for this workout, i pulled it from the April issue of Ironman Magazine

Well it looks pretty innocent but a caveat on some of those muscle mag workouts. A lot of them are not designed for naturals and we just can't handle the volume. This one looks ok though.

I like it a full body with cyclical focus on body parts. Not too shabby... You should enjoy that I bet you grow some from the change as well.

That's what i'm hoping for.

Nice looking workout plan.

Workout 1

Leg Presses 600x10 / 700x10 / 800x10 (Definitely can go heavier on these!)

One Leg Standing Ham Curls 50x15 / 60x15 / 70x14 (Fell just short on these)

Flat Dumbbell Presses 100x10 / 105x10 / 110x10 w/ dropset 55x10 (Definitely can go heavier but i need to get my stabilizers used to using dumbbells again)

Barbell Military Presses 155x10 / 175x10

Chinups (Varied Grips) Wide Grip for 10 / Regular Grip for 10 / Close Grip for 8 w/ 2 assisted

30sec. hold in the top position of regular grip chinup to finish off my back today

Notes:
- absolutely loving the full body pump i have right now!!!
- kind of feel like this week is a feel out my weights week and then kill it next week
- mood continues to be absolutely amazing on this stack, feel calm and confident most of the time
- i've only been taking 1min. rests between each set to try increase the fat burning effects of this workout
- will be doing 30min. cardio tomorrow... Low intensity just to help with active recovery.

I really like the full body routines, and this one looks pretty solid. I think I may have to give something similar a try for a while!

great lift punthra!!! you killed those leg presses bro. Looking forward to seeing you rep 125 DB for 10 on chest by next week!!!

Will see what i can do Army, but i make no promises! It really depends on how fast my stabilizers come back. Naberious, i'm definitely liking this workout as it beats you up but it doesn't absolutely destroy you!

Nice workout and wow factor weights. Yeah I do that at times the first exercises get a feel for them than as the training phase moves on try to smash then numbers either by upping the weights or doing more reps.

Crushing it as usual Big P!

Won't be updating for a bit, my wife is back in the hospital and who knows when she'll get out due to our backwards ass hospital who doesn't know how to treat her.

Let us know how things are going with your wife.

I echo their sentiments, and hope things get better quickly.

Thanks everyone for the well wishes! She has been shipped to vancouver to be treated and i'll be traveling there every weekend to be with her. Our city just didn't have the team to deal with my wife's disease or the right equipment. I'll try to be on here a little more often except for weekends as i will be on the road. If your wondering what she has it's wegeners vasculitis, it's a auto-immune disease.

My Testopro / Perform Stack Review:

Strength: It definitely increased my strength during this months time. I was especially impressed with this as my training routine was little messed up and i definitely have a lot of stress right now.

Recovery: Every day i felt like i could get up and smash some weights as my recovery was mazing!!! I'm guessing it's due to the elevated testoserone.

Libido: This is where this stack was the most impressive!!!! Libido was through the roof!!! I felt like i was 17 again at times on this stack.

Mood: My overall mood was amazing on this stack, I felt confident and in total control! Now the only downfall i found on this stack was when you get mad when your stressed out with out you are definitely harder to calm down, LOL!!! Now when it came to my mood in the gym, it was definitely as aggressive as possible! I wanted to attack the weights and i was confident that i could do it as well.

Overall:
I absolutely loved this stack, plain and simple! I think i actually enjoyed it a little bit more than the swole stack. This stack kept me confident, aggressive and strong as hell when i was in the gym!!!!:shocked: During this run i actually even noticed a bit of a composition change in my physique! I'm very disappointed that i haven't been able to put up my improvements but lifes been a bit bumpy lately! In the end i recommend this stack to anyone who wants to feel 17 again (Sporting random wood), feel confident, and be an absolute beast in the gym!

I hope the doctors get your wife well soon. Remind me never to piss you off those numbers are sick.

Those workouts where bitter sweet man...sweet cause u were putting up some crazy weight, but the reason u were putting up that weight is nothing to rejoice about.

My prayers are with you and ur wife.

I hope she gets back to 100% ASAP so you can really enjoy the effectiveness of the testopro/perform stack with ur woman by ur side. Keep it up, dont quit.

Agree with Don and GH. Our prayers are with you Jason and your wife...
now... YOU ARE A BEAST!!! 130lb DBs AFTER 345 on incline!!!! WOW

Another very successful log, especially considering the circumstances. What would we do if we did not have the iron to vent our frustrations. Life sometimes sucks , it's good to have an outlet.

Makes the things I worry about seem pretty small when looking at the big picture. I am all focussed in my prep and it takes a dose of reality to help me put things in perspective. My best wishes for you wife's speedy recovery...

AMEN, and I echo everyone's sentiments both for your wife and the quality of your review and log.

very nice review Jason. and incredible strength.

Testopro in and of itself is an awesome testosterone booster. Perform even though it is marketed as a libido booster do you think/feel that it has any kind of muscle building(anabolic) effect during this time?

Based almost entirely on this thread, I will be doing the same stack.

Thanks and best wishes with your wife.
