I used to be one of the strongest military pressers and I only ever got 245 for 2 or 3 so I can just imagine how strong he is.
That is flat out retarded I have to say. I did 155 yesterday and I can only imagine the balls it takes to have that much weight overhead, let alone repping it for 3+.
155 is still better than 99% of all men in the world who have ever lived!!!!
- testosterone was out of control today after my workout, nearly punched out my neighbor for mouthing me off about parking the wrong way on the street. I think next time i'm going to walk across the street and punch her boyfriend out just to shut her the hell up. This has been building for a while! Their dog barks all night, their kids are out of control and all they do is collect welfare and make babies to collect a bigger cheque.....Sorry for the rant.

One of the guys I train with on occasion that does 315 for 5-7 reps. I always feel like a weakling next to him.

Notes:
- best damn back workout i've had in months in terms of how my back swelled up today!!!
- nice to be able to smash heavy weights with some metal cranked on the stereo instead of the mp3 player
- the rest/pause absolutely trashed my back
- didn't do any lowerback exercises due to my back still being tight from legs day
- will be training chest and biceps tomorrow, can't wait to see what we come up with to trash ourselves tomorrow
I feel damn amazing lately! Mood is great, aggression is through the roof while in the gym, and i can hump like a champ. As i said before i think i like this combo better than the swole stack. I think the next stack i'll be running is HGHPro / Glycobol / Maniac!. I may throw in some Hemodraulix possibly for good measure!
I cant wait to try an AI product. I bought some testopro and it looks like a bottle of perform would make sense.

- i'll be taking tomorrow off and heading back to the gym on monday. Gym's closed early on monday so we'll be heading in after everyone leaves so we can crank our tunes and crush some weight!!!
