My chest feels smashed and trashed today. Todays a day off so i'll be relaxing and chowing down all day long. Absolutely loved the fights last night as i can't stand frank mir and his fat mouth! Plus it kicked ass to watch a GSP dominate once again!

And Mir wanted to break Brock Lesnar neck and hoped he was the first fighter to die of ring related injury. He should be happy that Carwin whipped his ass because Brock would have ate him alive. Why would you want to give a man that is as amped up as Brock more stuff to make him want to maul you???. Brock when he left WWE to try out and made the final cut for the Minnesota Vikings. It was said it was his knee that cost him making the team. According to some Vikings and other players in that camp it was because he would get so jacked up he would start jacking people up LOL. Maybe a good thing for a cage fighter but hammer fisting QB's probably would not go over well in the NFL.
 
Throwing Perform in would be absolutely crazy! I've felt absolutely amazing lately, I can crush any weight in sight, sport wood anytime, and my overall sense of well being is through the damn roof.

I used to be one of the strongest military pressers and I only ever got 245 for 2 or 3 so I can just imagine how strong he is.

That is flat out retarded I have to say. I did 155 yesterday and I can only imagine the balls it takes to have that much weight overhead, let alone repping it for 3+.

I was a monster at that lift, at my peak... now 155 might be a challenge. The should injury has pretty much put most of my big lifts on the shelf, maybe for good. I can still squat and curl pretty good though.

Deadlifts 135x5 / 225x5 / 315x5 / 405x5 ( Don't ask me why i threw these in but they felt damn good)

Front Squats 135x10 / 205x10 / 275x8 ( These felt way better than the back squats and i can activate my quads way easier)

Leg Extensions sup/ Lying Leg Curls (Set 1) 285x10 & 80x10 (Set 2) 255x10 & 100x10
(Set 3) 225x10 & 120x8 (Absolutely amazing front to back pump)

Notes:
- weird workout today but it felt damn good
- testosterone was out of control today after my workout, nearly punched out my neighbor for mouthing me off about parking the wrong way on the street. I think next time i'm going to walk across the street and punch her boyfriend out just to shut her the hell up. This has been building for a while! Their dog barks all night, their kids are out of control and all they do is collect welfare and make babies to collect a bigger cheque.....Sorry for the rant.

I feel you on back squats six years ago I used to do 405. I can bet after you moved 405 you are at least an inch shorter due to spine depressing.

When you do get angry put it into your training or into what passion you are passionate about at the time. Jason,trust me on this.
 
Just finished reading this thread. Man.. you're a beast! Actually all you guys are f'n amazing with the weight you can manage.
I'm in the minor leagues by comparison. Hope you don't mind me hanging around. Great reads and some really great tips.

I'm not looking to get too big. I'm more about cuts.
Test boosters get me ultra-irritable. I doubt I could hold back on the neighbor as you did.
I'm a plain old a'hole when I'm on that stuff. One of the other reasons I stay as far away from Yohimbe as possible.

I did 225 behind the neck for 3 once standing. That was my best...
 
One of the guys I train with on occasion that does 315 for 5-7 reps. I always feel like a weakling next to him.
 
Yeah I bet! My buddy repped 5 reps on bench with 525 not wrist wraps, no shirt just a tshirt, shorts and shoes... When he put the bar back on the bench and the collar broke. FUGGING BEAST!!!!
 
Damn, those are some insane stories of strength.....Sounds like motivation for the gym this afternoon! Gym closes at 5 today, so once everyone leaves it's crank the stereo to our tunes and crush the weights. Should be frickin insanity!!!!!!!!!!

Nice workout Jason. see how positive bodybuilding is. You can take that anger and channel it into something positive which you did very well.

- forgot to mention that i think Maniac! is one of the most underated products out there...The pumps are great, stamina is increased, and strength is great!
- i'll be taking tomorrow off and heading back to the gym on monday. Gym's closed early on monday so we'll be heading in after everyone leaves so we can crank our tunes and crush some weight!!!
 
Pun, your workouts are obviously stellar. How's the mood/energy when not working out? I found myself loving how I felt in and out of the gym on the Trifecta but feel like garbage on this 19nor even though my workouts are still good.

What's your verdict!?
 
I feel damn amazing lately! Mood is great, aggression is through the roof while in the gym, and i can hump like a champ. As i said before i think i like this combo better than the swole stack. I think the next stack i'll be running is HGHPro / Glycobol / Maniac!. I may throw in some Hemodraulix possibly for good measure!

I cant wait to try an AI product. I bought some testopro and it looks like a bottle of perform would make sense.

On your HS lifts, do you count the total amount lifted or just the amount per side?
