i don't think meditation is ''looking for information'', I think meditation is about relaxing the mind as a way of reaching enlightenment or something

In that case, microdosing mushrooms has the same effect as meditation. Takes your mind away from thinking of the past and future, and sticks you in the present, into a flow state of "being". Exactly what meditation does.

Xanax in large enough doses makes me not think of fears, past, or future. Does that count?
 
Here's an article on how to modify gironda dips to make them less dangerous on joints etc. Because done the "correct" way is asking for a crap load of trouble. No point having an amazing lower chest if you suffer wrist and shoulder impingement for the rest of your life.

Arnold had an enormous upper chest. Really made the entire chest look bigger.
No dumbass, his upper chest is pretty much the same as the bodybuilders of today, but his lower chest mass was, easily, 2-3, maybe 4 times bigger and more massive than anyone else!
 
^The above picture is pretty interesting, for those who think Ronnie was much bigger than Arnold, they need to think again, Ronnie was much heavier mostly because of his 35'' legs, while Arnold's legs were only about 28''
 
As massive as Jay was, he never,ever, had the chest mass that Ronnie had (massive lower chest mass)
