dont know,..... my friend at the time was a member on this forums,... and i hadnt been on here too long,... he did a bunch of research on it, and I believe the dosing was higher than usual ( for someone using it as a sleep aid) as the opiate effect it gave, w/o the dangerous side effects ofcourse, was the reason for getting it. At the time, I didnt know anything about it other than it felt great after the dosing,....and then the unfortunate pizza hut that ended up in the toilet the next morning, along with a weird hangover.

My advice would be to go straight up Phen. Anything that increases the volume is likely to increase nasal congestion and hinder absorption. I would lay out ≤.25g and blast half in each side. After you do the first you will be scared to do the second. Don't wait too long or you may chicken out. If you have a tolerance already (oral consumption of 1g or more) you really can't get by doing a bunch IN because it will congest you. But it is a good bump start to an oral dose.

Disclaimer - don't do this at home kids. These are legal supplements but the behavior is questionable :lol:

Not that I would promote this kind of thing, but when I used to "cut" things I used lactose. Its inert and harmless, and can be used to cut anything that I can think of.
 
Whhhhhhhyyyy would you do that?! :eek1: That sounds so remarkably painful. :yuck: I’ve always wanted to snort ephedrine but have been too chicken to try; any of you guys ever try that? I bought a bottle of Primaforce’s Phenibut a while back because I heard so many cool things about it, but truthfully, I didn’t notice anything while taking it. Maybe my pills were bunk, or maybe I wasn’t taking enough? Also, I was wondering how Piracetam compares if any of you guys have ever used it?
 
Ok, so I just tried it and DAM that sh*t burns like a b*tch lmao. My eyes got all watery and puffy :crazy: ahahahaha, I think I did too much though.

This feels like a game of truth or dare now :lol:

Yeah, I have to take at least a gram to notice even minimal anxiolytic effects. It seems to have a very narrow theraputic range for me. If I don't take enough, I feel nothing. If I take a bit too much, I get a hang over effect and feel out of it for a day. My sweet spot seems to be between 1 and 2 grams. Last night I took 2 grams, and felt kinda aweful today.

I did it Sat night to help fall asleep followed by straight sulbutiamine orally chased with orange juice... :crazy:
 
MMM phenibut. I still have a bottle of Neurobalance here hehe. 500mg and a couple glasses o' champagne and you are g2g. I never have a hangover at this dose. I occasionally will take 250-500 mg phenibut, 1-3 mg melatonin, and 50 mg of 5-htp for the ultimate sleep. 10 hrs of solid deep sleep.
 
I took 1.5 grams last night to help me relax and fall asleep, I love it for sleep. Sure enough I woke up at 3 am to pee and I was legit drunk. I couldn't even stand up I was so dizzy. Needless to say I had no problem falling back to sleep.

I've been taking piracetam and choline citrate for they memory boost for the past 3 weeks. This past sunday I bumped the dose to 10g for the hell of it, and i felt slightly euphoric all day long, though that may have been due in part to the 300mg of caffeine i had coursing through my veins... But yeah, piracetam is sorta fun. I've never dosed phenibut past 500mg so i don't really know how that particular effect compares though.
 
Treat phen with the same respect you treat hormonals/gear...it's SERIOUS stuff...i went through a 6 day nightmare of intense anxiety and insomnia after dosing a little less than 1g bulk 2-3 days a week for six weeks...totally rapes your GABAergic system...LOVED it until I stopped it...haven't touched it since...
if you've got an addictive personality (which i'm sure more than a few of us supp whores do)....be careful and HEADS UP with phen...it'll seduce you and eff you up...do your research..check the boards over at M&M too...

My experience is only with bulk...so cant comment on effects/sides when its capped with other stuff....and everyone reacts different....but use extreme CAUTION with phenibut...

(cracks me up that phen is legal and 4AD isnt....)

Yeah, I greatly miss the product too!

What happened to the rumor about Neurobalance (possibly under a different name I'd guess) reappearing in capsule form? Was the idea shelved???
 
Ok, approx 15 mins ago, 1g powder taken SL. This stuff tastes like a very very bitter lemon. I already feel it, quite interesting.
 
I have used the SNS stuff and the Ergopharm version - both work well. I couldn't work out the first time I took the Ergopharm version. I had straight perma-smile and actually felt a euphoric high, and I was laughing at people in the gym. I had to leave for my own safety. The Ergopharm version has some other synergistic ingredients.

I only dose it every once in a while to avoid tolerance. My ex-girlfriend used to be able to tell if I was on it, and sometimes if I was in a really good mood she would accuse me of taking it when I didn't.

I very rarely drink, so I usually take about 1 - 1.5 grams in social settings and it provides a good buzz.

Pros: Relaxation, anti-anxiety, great feeling of well being, good substitute for drinking alcohol

Cons: too much will make you sick, tolerance comes quick, couldn't get anything done the first time I took it because I didn't give a ****, tends to make me oversleep / feel groggy

EDIT: Phenibut also makes my eyes feel weird. Like a slight tickling sensation. I can actually look in the mirror and see my pupils going back and forth, bigger and smaller.

I wound up going to a party last night, had to be dd, so naturally, I took 2 grams of phenibut before leaving. Was a nice night, although I have yet to recreate the effects of phenibut that I felt the first few times using it.

Looks like 3 grams next time :)
 
I did 1 gram the first night and it was ok then woke up with a headache...I did 2 grams last night and it was awesome and no headache...I did wake up a little woozy though...Now I'm gonna wait until next weekend and try 2.5g...I need to find things to stack with it since I don't drink.

haha, nice. I love the day-after wooziness phenibut gives me.. Only shiddy thing is that I live at the top of a spiral staircase, haha.
 
Y'know it wasn't nearly as bad as I thought from reading threads here. I use to be a VERY heavy drinker and 2g phenibut doesn't compare to even a light hangover for me...

I don't know that I've ever experienced the pheni-hangover so many people talk about.
 
Snorting phenibut = bad. It burns like a mofo. I like Trip's idea of cutting it with something else. I wonder if you could mix it with something that will neutralize the acidity.

I've used it up to 2 days in a row, never more than that. I build up a tolerance within 48 hours. What works for me one day (2g) will not produce nearly as much of an effect the next day.
 
Careful with the SL method. I noticed that I have layers of skin coming off of in that area. I did 2mg for 2 days in a row. I think that I will have to find another method.

Did I mention that I love the stuff? ;)
 
Is this product dangerous or what? I've been reading and it sounds like something that will be outlawed pretty soon.
 
I used it for 3 months straight...ended up doing as much as 5 to 6 grams a dose. Ive had a hang over thats lasted pretty much the entire next day. All I can say is I love it. YOu shouldnt abuse like I did though. IT can have bad effects. I have some sleep issues and it helped more than anything I have tried. I liked Neuroblance as well but It wore off fast for me. I need the bulk Phen so I can crack out and keep feeling it. I ended up liking the hangover by the way. Good sleep, then a tripy day...no pun Trip :)
 
I would say a good 4-6 hours, try doing it without eating for about an hour prior or after. Chasing it with a beer helps too.

Agreed. It's always worked best for me when taking it on an empty-ish stomach. Haven't tried the beer thing though, lol!
 
I think this stuff is dangerous. It was great for a few months then I started getting bad withdrawl effects. Anxiety and insomnia. I built permanent tolerance to it too. I'm talking about dosages no greater then 3 grams and atleast 2 weeks breaks in between. I've never felt this same since I used phenibut. I really think it messed up my head. Much more anxiety in the long run. I'd be cautious with this. Others have reported the same.
 
I just tried my first dose of Pirectam & Choline...DISGUSTING. That was so bad, it tasted like some rotten, spoiled grapefruit juice and sweat. Blehhhhh! I cant imagine snorting anything like that. Hopefully I begin noticing some effects soon.

Yeah they taste awful, especially together. :headache: Cap it, if you can. I mix mine with orange juice, because the taste seems to blend a little, and the tang of the oj does a decent job covering up the ass of piracetam.
