"The One" and only Zombie is back

if i could i would run it with a high amount of carbs, but if you go back to page 1 you would see that i have had my fair share of carbs already lol and need to get rid of fat first. But ill work on the diet , since i also forgot to mention that most of the day i felt lethargic but i got better when i got to the gym.

You can eat fairly high carbohydrates and STILL LOSE FAT (and on The ONE you are going to lose fat regardless). But yes, DIET is the KEY to fat loss; get that dialled in and you're sweet. Don't do too low calories on The ONE though, because you DON'T need to.

That was my experience with it. Im sure he's got that diet nailed down.
 
Update:


yesterday i wasnt able to go to the gym, since i worked till late(10:30 pm). But i did sleep alot, i dont know why but im been sleeping from 8 to 10 hrs and i usually sleep like 5hrs. The carb and overall calorie consuption increase i made did make a diference on how i feel .

Also the lump on my right nipp its hurting again and sometimes it feels hard and others soft.

I had a fantastic breakfast :D i ate 2 homemade 3/4 lbs bison burgers :) with sweet potato wedges. a friend made them and invited me over.

Sleep: I have trouble sleepin even if i take it first thing in the morning but when i get some sleep i been sleepin from 8 to 10 hrs.
Mood: Its been ok lol
Overall feeling: It mades me feel like i have to be doing something(not in a stim kind of way) but im enjoying my time at the gym someting that i had lost.
My right nipple: some days it itches some other doesnt.

Im happy cause i got on the scale and i was 202 :) thats a 4.5lbs gain in 1 week. not bad for a week on a compound and taking in consideration that more than half of that week my carb intake was really low. Heres a blurry pic u cant tell much from it exept that the screen of my cellphone its cracked lol

4.5 in a week is outstanding. Pics look good, you are recomping on this right? youve got some good size now.
 
i been thinking on getting some glycobol for the last week of the cycle and pct.

My pct might include this:

Tamox
DS Activate Xtreme
Alri Pro-anabol
Glycobol(Last 3 weeks of pct)
DCP(Last 2 weeks of pct)


I want to see how i respond to glycobol :D
cause after pct i might add it to another stack i been planing if it works like they say it does.

me too. After the last lap witch i runned like hell. i almost die 3 times and almost puked my guts out.

Alot of tail to look at lol. i might start going more often so that they see me as a regular and then ask them out for lunch or dinner :bling:

I really need to work on my diet and look at the caloric intake of what im eating i need more calories. i was told yesterday by a friend that ocassionally workout with me that i look and feel harder (its not gay if theres no eye contact lol) i got on the scale and i was 200 lbs. down 2 pounds.

yeah, keep those cals up if your bringing it like that.(5 miles + workout) Your tryin to lose the weight right?

lol yeah. i might go to the Orlando area to visit some relatives around june or maybe for 4th of july and i have to have a beach body :)

Ahhh, the beach body. Im walkin around at 12% this year, not too bad, but i dont think im gonna cut this year, just continue bulking until next year i think. Im gonna try to keep BF under 13-14.

Nice work bro!! That day of eating looks good too. That is weird, my left shoiulder and elbow also hurt.
 
i turned my self in to an eating machine :) lol since today its going to be leg day i want to be ready.

breakfast was lean ground beef with some veggies and protein shake.

i was kind of hungry and i ate as a snack 1.5 pounds of general tso chicken (i know all the carbs of the glaze/sauce shame on me)

for lunch i went to a mexican/seafood place order a big seafood cocktail and 12 raw oysters

a few mins ago i ate 1 can of tuna and a whole avocado and crackers. im FULLLLLLLL

Looks good man! I personally dont leg press everytime i squat anyway. No lunges? Gotta love lunges!!

i hate lunges. i avoid them like the plage. i have very poor balance, either stationary or walking lunges im always fallin to the sides :(

I would recommend waiting until PCT.

well its been 2 weeks already im kind of busy today, i dont know if im going to be able to hit the gym.

i have noticed that my confidence has improved(with girls) its been a good run so far. im half way done with the cycle and lets see what this next 2 weeks have for me :)
