This is an original Russian Tula 1942 PE sniper (it was worth the price.) It easily shoots sub-moa at 100 yards. It's amazing that a rifle that's 70 years old is so freakin' accurate!
I have a German Mauser 1944 and a British Enfield 1943 No4 Mk1 to add to the ww2 collection. The Nagant still out-shoots them every time. It's always impressive to load those 8mm German rounds though.
You need to get down here at some point so we can go shooting!

I'll make it down to Fl. someday. The Mrs. and have some friends Tampa we want to visit. Just not sure when it will be.
Was in my armory today, checking buffer springs on our M240's. For Zombie survival it's legit cause I have access to a stacked armory of Bereta's, M-4's, M-16A2's, M240's, 50 cals, and Mk19's. Plus an array of foreign weapons, as seen in my avatar pic. I am a foreign weapons instructor also.

I upgraded my AR-15 buffer recently; and the AK-47 is up and running nicely. My true pride and joy though is my national match M1A. It's a tack driver!

Max Brooks, best-selling author of The Zombie Survival Guide and World War Z, drops by Red Jacket Firearms and asks the team to build the ultimate zombie gun (of course!). Max wants to use a .22, but Will wants to use an M16. RJF divides into two teams: Team Max and Team Will. Team Max builds with the civilian in mind – small and lightweight, with plentiful ammo. Team Will builds with the military in mind – big bangs and full auto mass destruction. Both guns are put to the test when the teams meet up in the woods for a nighttime zombie apocalypse shootout. And while Will and team are knee-deep in their zombie gun builds, a Lewis Gun – a World War I–era machine gun – comes into the shop for repair. Will tasks Steph with the project. She knows this is a test to see if she can fix it – and she’s up for the challenge.

My wife is throwing me a bday party on May 5th. Just a few friends over, nothing really big. It's zombie themed, with appropriately named Mexican food for cinco de mayo. Refried brainz anyone? lol I'm gonna have some flicks on the tube for folks to watch or just for background noise - Shaun of the Dead for sure. Should be fun!!

It's a zombie infested 5k obstacle course. I'm doing in this December.
You've got health ribbons kinda like flag football flags, and there are health packs to restore you if they get lost.
No weapons allowed tho. Aw.

I see the green tip 5.56mm penetrator rounds in there. Nice little stash my man.
I have a few thousand of 5.56mm, 7.62x54R, and 7.62x39 each stored. I need to get some more .308 and 30-06. Ammo prices are only going to insane again as election time draws near.

GSG makes this, right? That's a bad ass little gun. I've seen some good deals on them on gunbroker.
I bought an M&P 15-22 for my little .22 toy. It's literally an exact clone of my AR M&P 15; the last shot even holds the bolt carrier back with a fully functional bolt catch. This thing is a freakin' machine. I hightly recommend for anyone that wants a practice weapon for the AR-15 platform.
I love FDE on my AR-15's.

We've been watching all this pretty closely at my Fire Station, it sounds like Florida isn't just having problems with bath salts... I've read a few reports of HazMat teams being dispatched and spotted. Also mysterious unexplained illnesses...??? You're in Florida, John? My girl had a PT out here in PHX with a bath salt overdose. Fuxing crazy kids cant just do blow and smoke weed they have to do drugs that make them eat people... Or at least that is what's being reported to the media by the gov...
Another occurence has happened Louisiana just had reports of a man biting a chunk out of another mans face. In Maryland a college student confessed to eating his friends brain and heart. Another report says that a woman tried to behead her 71 year old mother. They just keep pooring in... The CDC has an actual plan and powerpoint for the Zombie Apocalypse of what we are supposed to do. Weird shiz going on around this mofo

This generation seems to like some crazy azz street drugs. I remember years ago when GHB just hit the scene. Every patient in the ER after 12am was intubated as a result. It got old real quick. Some of these stories are pretty freaky, but the media in this country is known to overplay their selective journalism to paint the picture they want to their target audience.
I've seen some crazy sh*t over the years in the ER, but I've never had a patient try to eat me yet, haha; but they've tried to bite on occasion! I've already told my boss the day the first zombie walks into our ER I'm not coming back.

Yea I wouldn't go back either... I once had an 86 year old woman try to bite me during one of my transports, it was like the exorcist. She was telling me all kinds of crazy stuff, she was harmless tho. This new stuff that is going on is apparently like amphetamines on crack mixed with PCP and LSD. They did an interview with one guy that they restrained and he said it was the most evil thing he had ever felt and he was having hollucinations of being in a mental institute ran by Jason Vorehees from Friday the 13th. They call it "satan's party drug". Now here is what I can't believe and I was pretty wild in High School but if someone offered me a drug with anything involving satan in there I would probably decline. Crazy, crazy... Keep me updated if you hear anything out there...

And it does go back to the old issue, if the different drugs weren't illegal at least there would be actual companies selling it who could be held liable for impurities. the drug theoretically in the bath salts they usually talk about - MPVD - although hallucinogenic to some extent should not cause these effects without having some serious other impurities

These people are also probably already unbalanced to begin with. It is kind of like what I've been saying for years... If you are smart and have a good level of intelligence you can afford to do drugs because if you kill a few brain cells you still have a bunch left over. However, if you are the dumb as a rock person to begin with then damn it you don't have any brain cells to spare and should stay the hell away from drugs.

Exactly. Who knows the amount of impurity present in the stuff.
In comparison, there were so many LSD myths/propaganda with its hallucinogenic properties over the years. Most of them were complete bullsh*t to scare potential users away from use. I've watched enough friends go through a "bad trip" and not try to eat people or mutilate their bodies.
This "bath salt" stuff looks like another Ecstacy-like bathtub concoction of russian roulette.
I remember when GHB was big in the bodybuilding scene many years ago. The amount of kids I saw almost killed by the stuff was unreal back then. It came to a point that we had 1-2 kids a night come in due to apnea secondary to overdose.

Those with an already present underlying (often undiagnosed) psychiatric condition can/will have a massive exacerbation of symptoms as a result.

The problem with "bath salts" is the fact that it has amphetamine properties along with the pcp LSD hallucinations. We're not just talking about a normal bad trip gentleman, we're talking about a bad trip on amplified amphetamines. Think about someone having evil sick twisted hallucinations plus the fact that they are on amphetamines on crack.
Anyone here ever had a bad trip? Not saying I have one way or another but that would be an extremely dangerous time to have super human strength. Healthy or unhealthy everyone can have a bad trip.

It's bad stuff for sure. At least having a "bad trip" from LSD is typically easily managed by changing environmental factors; and good friends to help redirect thoughts.
Adding amphetamines to it most certainly puts a whole new spin on "drug-induced psychosis."
It all sounds like an Ecstasy-like concoction taken to a whole new level of amphetamine/hallucinogenic additives. I guess right now that's about as close to the "zombie virus" that we have.
