i bow my head in shame to my bad simple math skills...lolhypo said:actually, $.91 CDN x3.8L= $3.45 CDN/gallon, which is like $2 something USD right?
Bean said::thumbsup: killer turbo... How do you control it in a front wheeldrive car? I drove a 300whp GST and it had torque-steer out the whazoo... I cant imagine it getting worse...
I used to own a 92 Talon TSI AWD... fun car![]()
50joe said:Hey Pfunk47, nice to see a DSM'er around! Especially another FWD'er!! What kind of FMIC are you running? I can't see one in the pic...just wondering the dimensions
I have a ol' 91 TSI, just rebuilt the motor actually, waiting to rebuild the Holset HX-35 turbo and throw that in again!
Re: traction, I have one of those LSD inserts i got from SBR, and a dual setting boost controller, to help combat it being a FWD. But its nice not having all the trans issues of the AWD no? haha
natedogg said:Or how about a 99 Navigator? Only has 40000 miles and is in mint condition. 15 miles to the gallon. Anyone? LOL! Gas prices need to drop, like soon.
I want my Civic back.![]()

kwyckemynd00 said:Damn...and to think I "used" to think gas was expensive in Canada....
The difference in IReland is that fuel efficiency is so much better in standard vehicles. The prices are crazy, but once you factor in fuel consumption they are probably pretty close.nodgodbod said:I live in Ireland and after doing the conversions we pay approx. 4.68 US dollars per gallon for petrol (gas as ye call it) so I say quit complaining. The government takes half of what we pay for motor fuel

BTW, what part of Ireland are you from?
Bobo said:True but I didn't buy it new. I'm not paying 60k for a new one.
I hear you bro. My mom is from Galway and my dad is from Donegal. I love Ireland, but I'm a narrowback myself (though my back is no longer narrow).nodgodbod said:the south - don't want to specify any more - small country

AND a college of engineering window-cling in the back window. Beat that. My best friend, a high school biology teacher, makes half of what I make and drives an '04 Nissan.
I'm not complaining about the gas prices, I get a discount.Costs me about a buck-90 for 87 octane at a local station.
Heh...you said mommy...dsl said:what no (domestic)i'll have to get my mommy to email me some pics.
See, Bow. You should have gone for the '84 convertible Chrysler Le Baron, with the simulated wood paneling on the sides.bow said:Yea. But I did. Wanted to be the first one on the block with an H2. Ordered it in July of 02, got it in September of 02 (the first release of the 2003 version), rolled it in December of 02, got it back in May of 03. By then, everyone had an H2 and the novelty was gone.
Can I win for being the biggest moron?
Picture of license plate after I rolled it.
Jdsl said:what no (domestic) muscle cars? I have a 1969 camaro w/ a 400 smallblock bored 40 over (which makes it about a 413?).

Back in the day I was banned I said I owned a Viper and Yellow Jacket said I was full of **** I posted a pic and told him to **** himself.
Then he told Chemo the real reason I was banned was because I asked for a source BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA
Chemo was smart enough to see he was just being a dick and unbanned me
Sometimes Karma works REALLY nice for ya. :hammer:
