That’s about what I expected. Although the potential benefits claims seem a little steep. “Enhanced cellular protection & function” would have sufficed.

Second that, it's marketing is so open ended "may assist with.... everything". Morphogen has quality products but they could have targeted this one a bit better.

It’s also a tough sell to me at over $1.50/day...forever. 40 servings would have been a huge difference but I’m not sure who is going to spring for this as a new staple.

Bought two at a Tulsa QT this morning! Funny seeing this video, I was stoked when I found them at my store last week. Now I don't have to drive to Vitamin Shoppe on the other side of town for my Sour Patch Kids fix!

Well this haul finally arrived. The recommendation is 3 scoops, which is alot of powder, but they have packed alot of stuff into this product. I went with 2 scoops as a first try, cos I didnt want to use anymore than 500ml milk and also didnt want a strong as fuk flavoured drink.

Boy am I glad I only did 2. This stuff tastes fawkin strong. It's a pretty good cinnamon flavour, certainly sh1ts on the crap myprotein put out. In the future I'm going to experiment with maybe 1sc of this stuff and a scoop of a vanilla or choc pro powder. Yes, this will dilute the goodies in the product but palatability is my no1 concern.

just a headsup---found citrus twist flavor bang drinks at dollar tree today, that is the only flavor but for $1 each i bought a dozen.
 
The Ghost energy cans are fucking sick. The design and texture blow away any other energy drink out. I mean they taste great and great energy too, but badass job for their design team on setting themself apart in a competitive market.

Except it prevents them from getting ice cold! They will be barely cold after just getting them out of the refrigerator. Anyone else notice this?

I did not notice this, but I was also not looking for it so I cannot confirm or deny what you are describing.
 
I noticed it and it definitely keeps me from purchasing. They get warm way too fast and most stores coolers aren't keeping them cold enough to start with.

I still purchase them from time to time when I am at VS buying OutRight bars. The flavoring is one of the best out there. It just sucks when it’s almost warm by the time I am on the second half of the can.

For me there is clear difference in temperature of the first sip if I grab a Ghost energy drink or Bang energy drink. The Ghost will also get warmer faster.

Not a huge deal I was just pointing it out because it is noticeable for me at least.

Definitely noticed this as well, unfortunately.

The texture is neat, but I never had issues gripping a regular can from any other vendor, so that’s not a good tradeoff. Would gladly have a simpler label for a colder drink.

Glad to know it isn't just me! Ghost rtd's never seem to get really cold unless I put it in the freezer for half an hour before I drink it.

Completely agreed or if included in very small dosages for perhaps a slightly enhanced focus effect. A pre should hit like a pre. It's just been included in everything lately. Almost harder to find products without. I understand it in stress and sleep supps however.
 
25-50mg theanine woulda sufficed but that’s too much stim for this old man lol

I used to feel that way too but I have been alternating with some pre’s with and without theanine lately and I don’t notice it as much as I had led myself to believe from reading it on the internet. I used super human (not supreme) at 350mg of theanine and don’t notice it too much at all. No exoctic stims in that formula either.

Not saying it isn’t real but I had always read that and believed it until I started trying different ones rotating them to see how I felt.

It is instant the time I use Theanine with a pre and when it is not included in a pre. I have taken quite a few pre-workouts in my years to know the difference for myself. That may be different for "you", but that doesn't always correlate to "me". The same as how a handful of others above me feel the same way. We are all entitled to what works for us and our personal opinion. Again I like the formula, but the Theanine is a no-go for me.

Incase you missed that part. But agreed 100% we all have different experiences with ingredients and I do think theanine impacts some more than others.
