I wouldn’t call radiate a pre. It’s a fat burner moreso. For me, it was actually a terrible pre as it was all stim and too much for a heavy workout.

I only use it Pre-Cardio, and it works GREAT for that !!
 
kinda surprised to see performax coming out with a 'HIGH' stim product....curious to see what's in it!!!

Any one know the difference between citrulline and micronized citrulline? If both where consumed at 7 grams would it give you the same effect? I saw the micronized one in this new product I got a sample .

Typically micronized just means “finer” usually to help with mixing into fluid.

This. Only time it Matters is if you see L citrulline VS citrulline malate, you need to double the desired amount if using malate. If you want 4g l citrulline you need 8g cit malate for example. Ok enough math for me for one day.

Unless it’s 2:1, then you only need 6g. We can do math all day. ;)

Micronized means at least 200 mesh

Flour is more like 200 mesh

Salt is like 80 mesh.
 
Really not a fan of their spread. Sometimes I wonder whether my taste buds are not suited for most "protein" supplements. Everything is soo sweet

The problem is a lot of the protein bars, spreads, and protein infused items are:
- artificial
- lacking depth of flavor
- overly sweet (takes away from the real flavor)
- dry/bland

Some companies totally miss the mark, and some of them strike gold. That is why you see companies with a huge variety of protein bars (quest/Oh yeah One) yet only a few are worth grabbing. Some flavors are awesome and worthy of a repeat buy. Then there are some that are a one and done situation.

All there stuff is made by hi tech

Pretty much all the brands who hi tech produced for took down all dmaa and andros etc when hi tech got raided...

Does this mine dmaa/andros are now making a come back?

Ive only had chocolate chip cookie dough, and it was pretty damn good, pretty close to if you bought a roll of Pillsbury and dug in, the best part is the texture is pretty on point, unlike most at home "protein doughs" people always try to make.

That’s what I figured . Easier to mix but not necessarily better absorbed .
I noticed that when I was mixing it today few circles with the spoon and it was pretty even . I didn’t care for the taste as they had monk fruit to sweeten it but no flavor and I was advised to use a bai drink to flavor it that way I was not limited .
Good and bad. Good because you have a huge selection of flavors to pick from . The bad is it’s another expense our paying for but totally worth it to me.
I think I got to big of a pump with this new product I’m testing out. They sent me a weeks worth man does it hit hard.

Maybe this is why he is thinking about retirement. He can live off the kickback he'll get from these :p
