Looking forward to your review. I tried both flavors and was not that impressed with them, not sure if I want to fork over the Instagram Hype Tax to try the new flavor.

Possibly the first negative review I heard of the ghost protein, and I know a lot of people personally whom have tried it.

I actually haven't seen a single review around here (except the one just a few posts back but that was just "it's awesome")

I wrote this description of it elsewhere, kind of hard to describe the flavor, it is def cap n crunch, but no bs taste the milk after cap n crunch not just the cereals organic flavor.

"Before trying this flavor, I saw a lot of people say "it tastes, well, like cereal milk" and I would get pissed off because I was like what does that mean, however, after using almost 2 tubs, thats exaclty what id say it is lol. Many have said it taste like captain crunch, which it certainly does, but it literally taste like the milk after a bowl of captain crunch. It has a strong CC flavor, but also has a milk / vanilla / sweetness taste to that is just as strong. I wouldnt say oh it taste like CC like some of these other "cereal" flavors do where they taste like fruity pebbles or something. This is a literal combination of the CC flavor and the sweet vanilla milky taste of the milk after being done with a bowl would. I dont think I made any ground describing the flavor after rambling for a damn paragraph, but hopefully that helps lol."

The problem is its decently expensive and like no one carries it except the "3 letter" but only even on their website. If you search the web, its pretty easy to find a 20%er for that particular site and with free shipping, its about as low as Ive been able to find it.

A lot of my friends when Dan left cellucor followed him to Ghost and his products. Just shooting them a few messages/emails they rate it very highly . Again all speculation as flavoring from person to person can vastly differ. I have high expectations with how well Dan does flavor his products, and how he did it at cellucor too. Time will tell.

According to Performax Labs, it is going to be keeping a lot of the current PowerMax XT formula, as well as adding in a bit extra to make it more fitting for intra-workout nutrition. The new version is still going to be called PowerMax XT, its subtitle, however, will be changed from “Maximum Performance Powder” to “Intra-Workout Creatine Formula”.

I went to a lot in Plano because that is where I worked and lifted.

Shredded Supplements is great. The owner is a great guy.
Nutrishop Metroplex - they'll have foods and stuff and a variety of brands.
I used to go to Ultimate Sports Nutrition a lot

One question: if it's intended to be used as an intra-workout, shouldn't the creatine be left out of the formula as it will quickly degrade into creatinine if left in liquid (i.e. water) for any length of time instead of ingested right away?

Kind of off subject here. I asked on another more fitting thread but havent gotten an answer.

I've been looking to jump back into some fat burners again. Its been a while. Im definitely not stim sensative. I like a bit more than the required amounts per serving.

Ive been looking at Hi-Tech's fat burners as they have TONS of different products for that and ive been wondering whats HOT with them and whats not.

And i also wanted to look into which would best suit my gf as she'd like a bottle for herself aswell. Actually my MAIN question is, which to get for HER when it comes to Hi-Tech.

I know that lipodrene is like #1 and i dont mind trying that at first. Just hoping that'd be ok for her aswell. She's no chicken when it comes to stims aswell. Maybe the both of us can use Lipodrene together.

Just wondering whats ok for females. Or if all of Hi-Tech fat burners are ok for females aswell.

I believe lipodrene would be a great first choice for you and her because they are tablets instead of capsules so she can break one in half or into fourths and start out with a smaller dose.
 
Oh yeah we both are diehard believers of intermittent fasting/eat, stop, eat protocol. Counting macros meal timing etc. We both wanted to kick it up a knotch with some PROVEN science ingredient products..

She's more into just intermittent fasting meal timing like me but light weight toning and mostly cardio.

Im into the same eating macro protocol but i lift for muscle tone. More of the lean gains protocol.

That's a negative ghostrider....didn't pick up any cinnamon taste at all after 2 tubs. Captain crunch all day but like I said has a sweet milk flavor too kind of separating it from some of the other flavors out there that target pure cereal flavors. I love it. Mixes pretty thick in a blender too which I love. Not saying they are tooo similar but if you liked BSN sugar cookie you'll like this a lot too

I enjoy it and it has no cinnamon flavor like dark horse said. Just mix it with unsweetened vanilla almond milk and it's pretty bomb. Price per serving it's not good at all but flavoring is definitely on point. Worth trying at least once imo.

In addition to what The Solution said, you can also add Ephedrine and Caffeine (which can be as simple as a cup of strong Instant Coffee = more health goodies). Do not use both Ephedrine and Yohimbine together unless you are prepared to experiment with tiny, ramping doses, using a blood pressure monitor - use one or the other... maybe rotate EOD. Your local Pharmacy carries Ephedrine HCL in the form of Primatene Tablets (Bronkaid as an alternate, Sulfate form). Start with 1/2 a tab (6.25mg) once, and work up to (depending on tolerance) 25mg, 3x/day.

Interested to see how the MAN Iso BBM is compared to Protean and Isotean BBM. Before iFN came out with it, it was a flavor I wanted to be offered on a larger scale. I believe only Dymatize had it for a while with their Elite protein? Now we have Quest bars, a couple protein flavors and actual protein muffins, so I am happy.

hmmmmmmmm intrigued. MAN is good at flavoring but really hope this is heavier on the muffin side than blueberry. I know for a fact I am on an island here, and no offense to anyone but IFN BBM surprisingly fell short for me. Smelled amazing, but always seemed like it was way to o much bluebrry and not enough muffin. Just checkin the specs on the rotary...girder....im retarded

I actually enjoyed iFN BBM quite a bit and still have 2 tubs on hand. Definitely want to see how this compares. Agreed tho that it would be nice if MAN's version had more of a muffin taste to it
