Lets see if this can take over Oh Yeah One's Birthday Cake bar as the best on the market. Darkhorse192 you are setting the bar high.

lol hell yeah man

No matter what I dont think you will be dissapointed, but now I feel like there is too much build up lol. I did go back and try a One bar the next day becasue I had to know, and the One bar was better than I remembered but Id still say they are very close, cannot say i think they one is definitvley better, definitley on the same level.

I have had all the my bar flavors but this one. Most people will find the major difference to probably be texture (don't quote me on this one yet, just a guess)
One Bar = Softer
MyBar = Crunchier outside with very soft center (like a fitcrunch, nitrotech crunch, Combat Bar)

The only MyBar that threw me off was the PB Crunch one as it was not really "Crunchy" per say.

Based off your comparison My Bar will be the next protein bars I try

I would get Iced Cinnamon Crunch.. Very good.. Not as good as the Cinnamon Twist from Fit Crunch (due to calories) but still an incredible bar.

Ice Cream Cookie Crunch is good too. Looks just like a NitroTech Crunch/Combat Bar, and has the same texture. If you like those kind of bars, you will truly enjoy the MyBar

I really enjoyed the Nitrotech bars so once you compared My Bar to those, I knew I'd be a fan

Not sure if this was already posted but Lobliner confirmed that MTS will be dropping "cookie cakes" in a couple months. His version of a protein bar.

Marc Lobliner has confirmed that his very first edible product is on the way, and with a name like Cookie Cakes it definitely sounds like it’s going to be delicious. The big differences with the protein-packed snack are that it is an actual cake and apparently being produced in a bakery, not the usual protein bar manufacturer.

20g of protein with around 30g of carbohydrates and 7g of fat. It’s also made of only natural ingredients, with its protein all coming from grass fed whey isolate.

I'm intrigued

Yea seems like more and more ppl are becoming fans of Promore

Personally I loved Orange Cream Pop & Frosted Cinnamon Bun. Have not tried Snickerdoodle yet.
Right now they have been having killer deals making it cost effective. Lets also factor is not a very caloric dense protein either.
CL IMO gets over looked, but they flavor well. Green Mag, Purple Wraath etc..

Very true. First time I had Green Msg (YEARS ago), I loved it.

And Fruit Punch Gamer Up is delicious, too.

Agreed, CL is often overlooked. But those in the know realize that it's a quality company that puts out quality supps

CL needs to discontinue their Venture Bar, and expand their Promore line

Totally agree. Venture bars were a tragedy but the PROmore I had was amazing. Best cinnamon bun flavor I've ever had.

Funny that; I also feed my whey grass.

Tragedy is an understatement. I have great respect for that company and appreciate the things they do. However, the chocolate chip cookie dough Venture bar is horrible. I bought two boxes on black Friday and still have one and a half left. Its one hell of a jaw workout trying to break that thing down into swallowable chunks though.

Very disappointed to say the least...
Again I am not bashing CL by any means, maybe/hopefully I just got a bad batch?

You did not... the bars (every flavor) were pretty much universally panned, and rightfully so. One of the worst bars I've ever had. I support companies, but am critical when due, and with them, its due; no one is above reproach.

I disagree... They weren't awful. The coconut almond was pretty tasty. The chocolate chip cookie dough is enjoyable of heated in the microwave for several seconds as is recommended on the package.

I tired all 3 flavors, they tasted super oily, and were very chewy. They were just off.. Fit Crunch, Oh Yeah One, MyBar, Nitrotech Crunch, Grenade are leaps and bounds better then the CL Bars.

Their protein though.. Fantastic..

Nope, I got two boxes, one free from ten to try and one I had bought at the same time... every bar was greasy, rubbery, and generally just bad tasting. I love just about every other product but like you, think these were just a huge swing and miss.

So much this...I love CL and cant recall a product of theirs that I have not enjoyed until the Venture bar entered my life. Sweet baby Jesus those things hurt my jaw to try and chew through them.

Now Promore is very enjoyable, I actually like their Snickerdoodle more then PES's and I really like PES's flavoring. Glad to hear they may be expanding the lineup. CL also has the only fruit punch flavoring that I can tolerate

I love CL. I don't want to call ProMore average, but I do not find it to be as great as everyone else. I did like the Orange the best, but I wish it had more of a vanilla for the cream part of it. The Snickerdoodle was the worst out of the three. When I say worst, I don't mean it is un-drinkable. I liked it, but think others may not. Think of a heavily spiced cookie with allspice, nutmeg, etc. One may not like it for the spiceness of it. The Cinnamon roll was good, but it was a less sweeter version of PES Snickerdoole. I wish it had some icing flavoring that came through.

Additionally, the flavors get lost in oatmeal or when baking, unless you do not use a lot of oatmeal/mix or use more protein powder. Overall, I would say it is above average, but not in my top 5 of protein powders.

his products seem pretty good.. don't know anyone who has used them... Side note new Clash profile looks good

Here it is

I think when they get old, they just turn into rocks. The first few boxes I had (all right around launch) were not bad at all. Chewy, but no more than an old school Powerbar...I actually thought they were pretty good and actually recommended them to people (not realizing what would happen when they got old). Then I bought another two boxes a few months later, and both boxes were rock hard. Cold, they weren't even edible...probably could have used them as a weapon though lol. Microwave sort of saved them, but even then, they were still super tough.

ProMore is a completely different story though...it's a good protein.

Wow damn 60mg

What is the difference between 1.3 dimethylamylamine and 1.4 dimethylamylamine? I know what 1.3 dimethylamylamine is. I tried googling 1.4 dimethylamylamine. Is it DMHA?

I agree with the Venture Bar talk, that is probably why they are discontinued. They were beyond chewy, just like taffy. My jaw would get a workout just eating one. The taste was alright. They got hard very quickly too. I had a box, that was in code, that turned to a bunch of bricks and they were moldy.

1,3 is the more "used" dmaa. It's strong and fast acting. It provides that quick rush. 1,4 dmaa is not dmha. Dmha is 2-aminoisoheptane. 1,4 dmaa is a different breed from 1,3. It is still strong but it is slower acting. Almost like time release. 1,3 will get you there. And 1,4 will carry you while you're up there. 1,4 also has some appetite suppression qualities which is why we use it in our fat burner.

How is 1,4 slower acting? Do you mean its less of a vasopressor so it effects aren't felt as hard as 1,3? (At the same dosage)

Any info on the half-life, studies on safety and/or efficacy, etc. for 1,4.

Do you guys have a stim&noot-free version?
Currently no. We have been discussing a non stim but right now it's just not in the cards.

That's a good way to put it. When you take something with 1,3 ,in my experience, you start to feel more energetic when you get moving. It's not like a rush of anything but you feel ready to go. And like all stims, after a while you start to come down. With 1,4 it would just take longer to come down. Think of it as a parabola or a bell curve. 1,3 has a quick incline, a decent peak and moderate decline. You don't crash from it but after a while the energy you had is gone. 1,4 has long stretched out incline, little peak, and a long decline (this is where the appetite suppression is noted.) when you mix the two you have a quick incline, a long peak, and a long decline.
VeinNutrition justhere4comm can probably help confirm.
Does that help?
