Yeah mate in 12oz of coffee .... it was not nice. Tried 1/4 scoop... still very sweet but 10x more palatable, will probably just add a dusting next time i have a coffee i don't mind ruining.

Beverly is dropping a new flavor of UMP beginning of April. New flavor is Graham Cracker. Their cookies and cream and chocolate might be the best tasting flavors out there.

A couple of reviews coming in hot…

ProSupps MyBar Iced Cinnamon Crunch – If you like cinnamon bun this is great bar, nice crunch, really nice taste, you get the cinnamon and icing taste both present, a little higher fat than some other bars

ProSupps MyBar Peanut Butter Crunch – Didn’t really care for this one at all, this one had a weird after taste, and nice crunch on the outside but the center was soft but not in an enjoyable way.

ProSupps MyBar Confetti Cake Crunch – This bar was awesome. Best birthday cake flavored bar ive ever had. Absolutely on the same level as the Oh Yeah One birthday cake bar. More crunch than the one bar but same level of taste quality. Didn’t compare both bars side by side but Id say it coin flip in terms of taste, take this one if you like more crunch texture.

OhYeah One bar Blueberry Cobbler – Didn’t care for this too much, I mean it tasted pretty good, blueberry flavor was pretty on point, texture seemed a bit off and slight after taste. Would have one again, but would choose birthday cake or glazed donut over this every time. I know a lot of folks have loved this, so don’t let my review deter you from trying.

OhYeah One bar Maple Glazed Donut – I actually loved this bar, found it to actually taste like maple syrup, but has a slight buttery waffle / donut aspect to it. May be my new favorite bar or at least tied with my all time favorite. (MetRX Protein Plus Peanut Butter Crisp)

Centurian Labz Peanut Butter Cookie – Maybe the best peanut butter flavored protein I have ever had. Tastes exactly like a bakery peanut butter cookie. This taste more like a pb cookie than just a strait peanut butter flavored protein. Id say the only pb flavor that might be on the same level is Protozymes PB Cookie. Unfortunately, I have not had the flavor in so long I was only going off of memory, so I was unable to do a side by side comparison, but that’s the first thing I thought off. Recency bias might be at play, but I would take this over Protozyme at least right now. This was definitively a little better than Myofeed Vanilla PB2, and though I do love quest PB flavor, that is more reminiscent of actual peanut butter without the cookie aspect. Blends thick as well. Would highly recommend to anyone that is a peanut butter cookie lover. The only downside you could call it is I don’t know if this comes in a 2lb.

BSN Syntha 6 Edge Sugar Cookie – Unbelievable protein. I absolutely loved this flavor. Taste exactly like a sugar cookie strait from a grocery store bakery. Its not just overly sweet either, it genuinely has full spectrum of sweetness and cookie taste. They nailed the flavor. Blends thick too. I am a big vanilla / birthday cake / cake / cookie protein flavor guy, this something I can definitely see having on hand always.

Centurian Labz god of rage (Rage) Shamrock mint. – God of War Red will remain my favorite pre because I love Amp-C personally, and that pre always delivers. A close tie for second best would god of rage (now being called just rage), and Kraken. I like this DMAA pre better than MESO and old DE. As far as taste I love it, but I can see it being a to each his own situation. It is actually hard to describe the flavor. The mint is definitely preset, but is subtle, and still a little sweet, but despite being subtle its still bold. I realize that doesn’t make much sense, but I guess what I mean is the mint flavor is not going to blow you away, but what you do get is a very nice mint taste. It is a very refreshing flavor. I normally mix my pre with some pump stuff (high volume, noxygen, E9) this is first pre I drank separately to try and will continue to do so because it taste that good to me. I realize many wont care for a mint flavored pre, but if you would ever be on the fence about it id say give it a try and you wouldn’t be disappointed. As far as effectiveness as a pre, same great god of rage DMAA pre. Love this stuff.

Buff Bake Birthday Cake Protein Cookie – Really like this cookie. Texture is a lot more fluffy, soft, and crumbly like an actual cookie compared to a lenny and larry which *can be very dense and sometimes chalky. This tasted way better than the L&L birthday cake cookie. I don’t eat these very much, but would choose this over L&L every time. Definitely wanting to try some of the other flavors.
 
Maple Glazed > Blueberry One Bar agree with you there. The graham bottom is unique but the blueberry flavor is off a bit (artifical??).
I have that new MyBar crunch coming in this week Ill have to get my review up too.
Bold claim on it matching ONE Birthday.

If that protein by CL can match Metabolic that is a STRONG Statement. That stuff is liquid gold.
Figured Syntha 6 would be good for the kcals it is.. Good to know sir.

hell yeah man,

the bday cake bar matches in flavor i think, but the textures are very different. I initially thought it was better, then I tried a one bar the next day and remembered how good it was as well. I wont say its better or worse, they are close, but different at the same time. I cant guarantee youll think its better, but would be surprised if you didnt like it.

dude protozyme is the first thing that came to mind when I first tasted this mostly because it brings more than just a pb flavor, but has the cookie aspect to it, but like I said I can say its on the level, but wont go as far as outright saying its better without doing a side by side. I dont have that flavor enough to have a strong memory of it in the forefront of my mind, but if you a pb guy its a great protein, and wouldnt be disappointed with it.

Gifted had that flavor in their ISO.
I picked up a few tubs and they smelled amazing.
Tastes was alright, I would do a scoop of that with a scoop of vanilla select or vanilla Modern and was 100x better
Edit: or maybe it was just oatmeal cookie? Either way it smell like a big Deborah cream pie :p
 
Just tried Maple, Caramel, Blueberry, and Cinnamon Roll for the first time (2 yesterday, 2 today). All are good and I would def add into a top of the list. Will try choc bday cake tomorrow.

I had that gifted Iso too.. it was pretty watered down and weak. Glad we share the same thoughts here... I thought the whole gifted line of protein was overrated. Then again it was made by who? Phil Heath I think... I am sure he put much work into that developing or flavoring of the products haha

When they have sales (which is all the time), its like 40% off usually which makes it totally comparable in price ($10/lb or so). I've never paid more than that for it and I have charms/cookie/oatmeal/apple jacks all

I love Nutter Butters - but they are waaaay different than say a regular PB cookie

Definitely. I think that a Nutter Butter protein has the potential to be very good, but a "normal" PB cookie flavor could be amazing if it's as good as Protizyme's, especially since Select is actually affordable, haha.

I'm of the belief that it will be at or near the top of the pb flavor protein category
 
It's $70 so they make more money

My own opinion and none other, buying that pre shows only your susceptibility to marketing tactics
