AND ONLY 15 one scoop SERVINGS!!!! :moon:

Man, one busy day and you fall behind on all the fun...lol

Laughed hard when I got to the label on Vice. Went back and re-read it, then looked up at the servings. Thought "well maybe there are just like 80 scoops and there's only like 50mg caffeine..." NOPE. So if you double dosed to get 300mg caffeine, you'd only have 2g of anything worthwhile and even then it's not great. Oh, and then you've only got 7.5 more servings left! lololol

C4 Zero looks very underwhelming. Thought maybe they were going non-stim as well, but I just don't see a desire to want that formula for anything. If you want to call it tingle free, either just remove the beta alanine or remove it and anything stim wise, too (as when I first used pre's years ago, those sensations kind of worked together). I keep hearing you guys say good things about Ultimate, so that's why this is so shocking to me. Very meh. But hey, at least it's not Vice ;) lol

FlexDosing bro!!

It's a terrible flexdosing strategy lol. You dose 5x the amount to get the dosing of Creatine, but then have 5g BA and 775mg caffeine LOL.

That's not flexdosing, thats lazy formulating

Yeah...c4 zero seems like a complete waste of a product launch. I didn't think Ultimate was anything special. It's great for a Cellucor launch, but there are still much better products on the market and at a better value.

Both will still sell though because of name recognition by the uninformed masses.

speaking of cellucor...has anyone tried c4 on the go bottles? krogers has 4 packs for around $7 this week, tempted to try them.

How does the fact that YOU didn't respond well to Ultimate place it in the category of being fit only for the "uninformed masses," as you put it? I agree that Zero looks underwhelming, but Ultimate looks pretty good to me. I guess that's just my uninformed opinion.

I think hes meaning it will sell a lot even though the profile is... Just ok... like the fact people say "its quite good for cellucor" sort of speaks volumes about their pre-workout capability, yet look at the volume they sell.

You can easily pluck a dozen pre-workouts that offer everything (beneficial) that Ultimate has on offer and a whole lot more, yet they won't do nearly as well as ultimate due to the name recognition (to the uninformed masses ;).

But hey if ultimate is good to you, then thats great, keep using it, you don't need anyones approval.

A friend of a friend launched his own supp company. G code nutrition and Vice is the first product.

Didn't think it was going to get ****ted on. I was just trying to get the word out.

Gotta start somewhere right

The formulation basically looks like they took a bunch of raws and dumped them into a bucket in equal amounts with zero respect towards efficacious dosing of each individual ingredient. Then to try and justify it with "flexdosing" is kind of an insult to anyone who has even a basic understanding of the ingredients. Hopefully they put a little more thought and money into the actual product for their next release.

Yeah, not personal attacks on your friend, but they should have shopped that around to focus groups (honestly should have just known to begin with, but whatever) before releasing it.

We rip on things that aren't novel, aren't what we like, etc., but that formula legitimately is bad. We see things where an item or two are underdosed, but I legitimately see no way of properly utilizing that product. If you take enough scoops to get workable amounts, the caffeine would be absurd (and only a few servings per tub).

I'm not too familiar with proper dosing of most ingredients in pre workouts. The ingredient are there just not properly dosed.

At the same time, he worked for a very reputable and respected supp company for years. He should of known better.

At first glance judging by the profile, the term "flex dosing," and price point, I figured there would be >100 scoops in the tub

But even then, just as you had mentioned, caffeine would quickly add up in order to get decent doses of any of the included ingredients

You're welcome to have him hit me up and I can give him some advice.

I def appreciate it. Even tho the intro product is weak, I believe in his company. He's a good dude and basically living his life long goal.

It's hard to come out the gate with a top tier product. Give it some time.

Hey, I respect that. Like I said, I would he happy to give him some advice.

I believe Midwest said it best (how's that for a rhyme). The ingredients are not scaled down correctly, and there aren't enough servings in a tub to justify flexible dosing. He states 1-3 servings per day, with 3 being a rarity, however that's only a weeks worth of a pre workout.

Actually, I saw this on the website: *For a limited time use promo code gcode25 to pre-order VICE for only $30 for 45 servings. - See more at: Invalid Link Removed

So is it 45 servings or 15?

Also, dosing things lower is not a technology, it's just dosing things lower to allow flexible dosing.
