The New Product Release Thread

This is exactly the logic I hypothetically put forth in another thread - that "they'd" use. To me, it's BS. "Trends" die when people choose not to participate.

It's normally the all in one preworkouts doing this. It probably costs them more in raws cause of the doses.

which do you guys view as a better value:

Product A: Comprehensive pre-workout with full doses of MANY of the most popular ingredients, in an open label format with 20-21srv/tub

Product B: Pre-wo with doses of popular ingredients that are obviously underdosed (ie 1.6g Creatine, or 1.5g BA, etc) but with enough stims to make 1 scoop be all someone "needs", with 30-45srv?

I personally would opt for product a all day long.

Not sure how new it is but halo top birthday cake is new to my local Kroger and its hands down my favorite out of every low fat/calorie dessert product.

Looks like they have grouped the ingredients, and got the descending order right within those groups/blends/matrices, but havent then clearly seperated them ie "performance matrix", "bcaa blend", etc.

Vaughn corrected me :)

Pump n grind looks great except I can't really trust a company that can't follow basic dietary supplement labeling guidelines.

Edit: might be wrong on this one, you might only have to list ingredients in order if it's not undisclosed amounts

Edit #2: nope I was right

Must I list the ingredients in a specified order?

Yes. You must list the ingredients in descending order of predominance by weight. This means that the ingredient that weighs the most is first and the ingredient that weighs the least is last.

21 CFR 101.4(a)

You're currently quoting food labeling, not dietary supplement labeling.

In dietary supplements, they must be listed heaviest to lightest only when placed in a proprietary blend.

I came in to say this. Most products that are 30+ servings do not have well dosed ingredients and more than a single scoop is needed to get said doses. A lof of these newer products, not all though, that are 15-20 servings are adequately dosed.

I'd rather have 20-25 servings of a well dosed product. Most people, not all, will bash a 25 serving product, but double dose a 30 lmao.

While on the topic of 25 doses of quality ingredients...

From Stack3d:

The next new supplement from Performax Labs has been unveiled, introducing the pre-workout formula VasoMax. While we have yet to get a look at its label, everything else about the product has been revealed. VasoMax is indeed going to be a pre-workout however unlike the brand’s other entry in the category HyperMax XT, this one is going to be stimulant free.

The main effects of Performax’s upcoming VasoMax are pump just as its title suggests, and focus. The supplement is also going to be flavored, although still presumably stackable with the brand’s stimulant pre-workout HyperMax. Each tub of VasoMax is said to have 25 servings, which means they’ll likely be packed servings taking away the need to double scoop.
To round out the VasoMax unveiling we can also tell you that the product is due to be released in four to five weeks time. Based on that the supplement should be available somewhere between the last week of next month and early May.

yup.

It ends up being cheaper to run a properly dosed product that offers 20-21srv than an improperly dosed product that offers 30srv.

what should be the major deciding factor here is TOTAL amounts of each ingredient in a given product.

For example:

Product A:

Creatine @ 5g x 20srv

Product B:

Creatine @ 2g x 40srv

Product A nets you 100g of Creatine, while product B only nets you 80g

Ah interesting, I thought that was the case but saw this last night.

Thanks VT for looking out.

Same here....Option A. One stop shop for all the necessities!

Very well said. Many preworkouts are out now a days with 45-50 servings, however you need 2-3 scoops to get a full effect (so you only have 15-20 servs). However a fully dosed transparent product is being transparent when they are saying 20 servings you are really getting 20 servings.

If you look at that profile its fully stacked; no reason whatsoever to go with more then one serving.

Couldn't be more spot-on. Well said.

I love Mesomorph and that's 25 servings. I don't even need a full one, so I end up getting a ton of use out of it. Heck, a 20 serving of it would last over a month for me.

I rather get what I pay for than be short changed agree on A

this is a real shame!!!

Hahaha we all know the XT versions have been nice upgrades! Still I guess the OG Vasomax needs to pay its dues before it gets the XT treatment.

Lmao. That was good.

Sounds like a joke I would have made.

We thought about VasoMax XT, but it was so good we could have only made it 15 servings!

I second, third, or forth the statement of not using supps with people's faces on them. When that is the case, they are selling their brand, not what is actually in the tub.

You should change your name to The_CHEAP_Guy with how much you post about saving money. Hahaha I'm just kidding though, I appreciate your thrifty mindset, and you aren't wrong. I think 25 should be the minimum a product should go, and a staple should never go lower than 30.

if everyone were so thrifty I bet prices would be much cheaper.....

Shame on you.

this. Trusting Lobliner is just insane. Dude is the lowest of the low.

I don't think he was saying he trusted the guy. Rather that he was pointing out that the product is a good product, and happens to have a picture of that person.

Now I'm not agreeing or disagreeing with his statements, as I have never tried that product, but rather trying to show that he MIGHT not be trusting that guy.

A lot about business is selling the brand, in fact brand is a huge commodity and if a person is themselves a brand, you need to capatilize on it. Just business

yes i agree but how you market the brand should be more important then selling the brand. market it correctly it will sell itself.

totally agree with you

Wrong thread ha... We have an ice cream thread where we discussed this ;)

I work at Supplement store in Missouri. We're releasing our own product line. Give our IG page a follow @teammuscleforce
Our first product which is being released within the next week or so is called Defiant. Has Orchilean & ArcoFuel at max doses. Plus all the regular preworkout goodies. I can't give the specifics on ingredients until it is released. Just know that it is better than any pwo I have ever taken. Beats Dust. Beats Savage Roar. Beats EWP. Beats anything and everything. Don't wanna promote cause that's annoying. Just letting you guys know we have a kick-ass pre coming out that is formulated in the same warehouse as Run Everything, Blackstone, Dynamik, etc. MuscleForce Defiant. Give MuscleForce a follow on IG ?
