I already do that sometimes with our homemade ones. :)

ECA protein bars - a light meal that keeps you feeling full for hours.

I just tell the missus that she's making bars with my own blend of taurine, NAC, and maltodextrin.
 
The thought of putting NAC into any food makes me cringe.

You tell your wife that she's making bars with taurine, NAC, and maltodextrin and it's really ECA? I hope she doesn't decide to eat one or several after drinking some coffee thinking that it's just a bar with NAC and taurine.
 
berberine ice cream... looks like banana, taastes like the end of days, but no carb bloat/mess haha

She can't stand whey protein bars, and really doesn't like chocolate (coating). Plus, she's not a child and doesn't eat anything she doesn't know, which includes stuff like taurine and NAC.

But all this is besides the point anyway - I'd never let her unknowingly ingest any of the weird **** we take on this forum. :) I'm not a monster. Many measures in place to ensure that.

Edit: I also leave everything in its original packaging and/or honestly and clearly label stuff. Luckily for me, she's never been interested enough to Google things like "ostarine" and "havoc" :)

LOL, you are a better man than I...one night, a couple years ago when my wife and I were still dating, we were just sitting around watching tv and I spiked her drink (non-alcoholic, we weren't partying that night) with beta alanine. She works out but doesn't take any supplements. About 15 minutes later she was tingling and itching all over. Greatest quote was "what the hell did you put in my drink...my butthole is tingling!" Now that was hilarious

Hahaha. Can't say I'd never be tempted. But if I ever did something like that she'd a) kick the snot out of me, and b) start questioning what all those pills in the cupboard with the skull and crossbones on actually do.

Grenade Carb Killa Bar dropping a new flavor later this week !!!


We are going to take a guess at what the new Carb Killa is, based on Grenade’s teaser, however, we’re not 100% confident in it. Seeing as the brand has included what appear to be white chocolate chips in the background of its image, we’re guessing a white chocolate recipe is coming soon, maybe something like a White Chocolate Raspberry.

The main reason we doubt our guess is because Grenade has been quite creative with its Carb Killa flavors, so something we haven’t seen before is highly likely. It does also look like we’ll be finding out what the brand’s mystery protein bar is later this week, as Grenade plans on unveiling it in just two day’s time.
