Are these firm? They actually look better for some areas, than a traditional foam roller. I don't know if you've seen the one I use at the gym, but I love that black rumble roller. If this thing is as stiff and firm as the black rumble roller, I might need to pick one of those up.
Rock hard. In my review I will be noting how these will NOT smoosh down over time like traditonal foam.. they're like inline roller blading wheels material. I'll let you try them out next time we cross paths... Life. Changing.

Meadows spoke about how much he loved teacrine how are people utilizing this in their training? Just as a standalone powder I realize it has caffeine like affects but maybe better and also may have a stronger focus / zone in aspect but less energy boost... it seems very cheap as a stand alone powder what am I missing?
I'm officially on the teacrine band wagon just for the record. I notice a big difference from not using it currently (it was in a stim I cycled off of)

The long lasting and streaming energy it delivers is potent if dosed correctly. Agree 100%

Did you not read 1Fast400 and the information he entailed on another forum?
Search "Theacrine - The best thing since sliced caffeine"

Does one build a tolerance to this, like caffeine?
Kbayne replied
"After 7 days of 300mg dosing, sensitization to theacrine actually increased. After 8 weeks at 300mg, no tolerance build up was noted."

He was a little unsure that Theacrine is structurally similar to Caffeine and activates similar pathways but I am not sure it would diminish the effects of caffeine.

Also some useful information from kbayne since he is always on top of his game
"Synephrine stimulator effect is quite small but Theacrine does increase the solubility of other stimulants by a large margin."

Perhaps he may have some more info. But it won't hurt to take it especailly since you are not a heavy stim user. This will just help smoothen out the energy and make it much longer lasting.
I've seen some of that information. But my question is if I use Theacrine for 6 weeks straight, with zero caffeine during that time, when I decide to use a caffeine product the following week, will the dose need to be increased? I.E. will 200 mg of caffeine post 6 weeks of theacrine feel like 200 mg of caffeine pre use of theacrine.

I have seem people who log quake and find it very beneficial booneman77 loved it and found long term energy and focus. While some don't thrive too much off of it, or get the long term energy/focus effects Driven2lift. If you decide to use with caffeine it will just smooth things out and make it longer lasting. You could do both ways (with and without) and assess. I personally think that with caffeine you will notice a greater reaction to it then going non-stim. I personally have used it both ways and still find it effective, just a little stronger with the conjunction of caffeine.

So the need for your to increase it again would just be how you respond and personal preference. Not cut and dry answer there. I personally can get great energy off 1 scoop of quake (100mg theanine) while some find 200mg their sweet spot. Even when I use my non-stim and 100mg theanine the focus aspect is strong for the duration of my workouts (60-90 minutes)

i would do 100mg theanine and non stim (2 weeks)
then 150-200mg caffeine with that amount (1-2 weeks)
then try 300mg caffeine (Since you cycle) and keep the theanine consistent, that way you understand how much is noticed and how the energy feels when you run different caffeine amounts.

This. I find it more useful when added to caffeine than when used a a replacement for caffeine. I did do a week or two of a "caffeine break" where I used probably 200-300mg/day theacrine instead of caffeine, and it made it much more tolerable than going without caffeine normally would be, and I seemed to get some benefits of a "break" when going back, in that I was able to get away with using a bit less caffeine without any diminished/reduced effects/performance/feelings, even if it didn't make it so that the same amount of caffeine felt much "stronger" after the little "break." In short, 200mg or so theacrine alone (without caffeine) can be an acceptable replacement for caffeine when you're taking a break from it, but you can certainly get away with less theacrine (50-100mg) when you're ADDING it to caffeine, and provides you with a little "extra" or something a bit "different" than just your normal caffeine feeling and duration. I hope that makes some sense.

This was the kind of post I was hoping for. Since I am fine without caffeine and just use it more or less for a placebo, although I know it has its benefits when weight training, I might give theacrine a shot. I probably wouldn't need a high dose of it without caffeine since I can function without caffeine.

100-200mg theacrine would be good (non-stim)
50-100mg with stims (help prolong injury) may be your sweet spot.
Again its so user dependent with these things. Just like with anything you take, always start lower and you can add Perfect for a guy like you who likes to keep stims low all the time (like myself) to still give you that focus for training.

Yes, if going cold turkey from caffeine but still utilizing Teacrine, when you introduce caffeine back in, your sensitivity will be sky high. And IMO, 6 weeks off caffeine isn't necessary to regain sensitivity. I can go 5-7 days off and re-introduce a cup of coffee back in and be called the tazmanian devil.

Like mentioned already, you more than likely won't notice a whole lot from Teacrine solo, but it should have some merit at 200-300mg.

elaborate? lol

Guessing it was RAW and guessing it hit ya hard?
Yeah RAW version and I have been using it for a while now, not every day, but a few times a week. I am in a "heavy load" resident masters program right now, and it really turns me into a mahcine. I love it, but everytime I use it, it punches me in the mouth.

I had only ever used it as a productivity focus energy aid, but slammed a serving as a "pre-workout" the other day and almost hit too hard like I almost couldnt train, I had to walk it off a little bit.

I do fine with Alpha Y in Ignite as it hits me a little slower and isn't quite as intense. But just about any drink with Alpha Y hits me too hard even when sipping over an hour or so. BSR is a definite half servings supp for me.

I have a 1 serving (4.11g) sample pack of RAW sitting here right now that I'm thinking of trying. Should I take the whole packet? I have never tried Bloodshred, but I do have experience with EJ/JR and Rauwolscine.

I've tried two sample packs at different times. Each time it hit me too hard doing the full pack. I'm very stim tolerant but AY is just too much for me. I'd do half the packet in 6-8 oz. water and if all feels great an hour or so later go ahead and finish it off or save it for the next day if 1/2 hits you just right. I could do a scoop and half of Meso or other DMAA supps and not feel anything like AY. That's just me though. It's weird. But once my tolerance adjusts I do great with it.

Thanks man. Just had 1/2 a packet (weighed out, just to be extra anal, haha) in 6oz water. It was the orange starkrush (sp?) flavor, and it was pretty good.

Soo we are going to bring back metabolic powder as well. Some sourcing issues are making recompadrol clone get delayed. It goes to show first hand how releases can get pushed back. It's incredibly frustrating because there's literally NOTHING a company can do when products are in the hands of manufacturers and at their mercy with sourcing. As a consumer turned company owner, I now see the "dark side" lol. That being said... we CAN put the metabolic powder clone into production. It is incredibly versatile if you all recall for fat attenuation, non stim fat burning/weight management support, hsl, cholesterol support, and also has a place in cheat meal supplement protocols! Sooo who is interested in picking some up?!

Maybe you forgot to read the label on your product when you tried it :)

When comparing both flavors. Watermelon seems to be the clear winner between the loggers/reviewers on the boards.
I know booneman77 just finished up a log with it and loved it. bloodnthunder is running a log now with both flavors. Eager to see which one he gives the nod to.

I know everyone is going to say they can make this themselves at home and you could, but it doesn't change the fact that this sht is awesome. Its probably not worth the price, but I housed a bag at the movies with the GF and it was badass.

If you just shake a bag of popcorn with powder it doesn't get the density the way these guys make it. This is heavy, like the stuff they have at the holidays

Thought they were two separate flavors. Was hoping watermelon was a new flavor... The bubblegum flavor really is awful to me personally. I much prefer Lemon Drop. That flavor is worthy of the Scivation name.... Bubblegum should have never left the testing room...

The Canadian Maple flavor is also awesome just did not have a pic. Im not a big chocolate guy, but a lot of folks have told me the chocolate flavors they have are their best. This bag was $6 but like I said its much more dense than if you just shook a bag of popcorn with protein powder. Texture is like cracker jacks?
