Hell, I can't post some pictures, none 50 posts yet, so need to write more to be able to post some.
Well, I had too much job and double split routine, 6 days a week, so was hard to have some free time, to come back here, now I'm trying to manage better. For the diet, I'm on cyclic one now - 3 days low carbs, 100 grams, and one day - high carbs, 300 grs, all about 2600 calories intake a day. Weight is about 234 pounds now, let see what I can bring on stage. For picture, you can look on official PP forum, in discussion-> primordial-health/2321-competition-progress-pics-10, I'll post some today as I said, also a video from training.

For what its worth just from using 1 and three fourths of a bottle and my gyno lump has shrunk as well as the pain is gone.

If you think you have it running three to four bottles are really worth it to try and fix and lean out at the same time.
