I'm not against using a serm, i just think that MMV2 solo is rather mild for such a harsh chemical being put into the body. I don't think you honestly need it for LH recovery or for gyno protection with a MMV2 solo run. Have one on hand in case, sure. But if you don't need it, serms have some interesting side effects that I would rather avoid if it's possible. Just my opinion.
 
MMv solo isn't so harsh, I'd probably run M1D also.

10/10/10 for 3 weeks isn't too bad on your liver values for a non methyl. You'll bounce back to normal within 24 days after your last dose.

If you do use a SERM, I would use Torem.

I've ran M1D and MMV2 stacked... it was suuuuweeeeeet!
 
Took 1 Gbol 90 minutes prior to workout with Packet of Oats, Cinnamon and a Whey shake.

Intense workout:

Biceps Preacher Curls-135*11+8+6. STarted leaning towards the last rest pause, massive pump. Starting to get used to these now :D

Hammer Curl-These gave me an intense pump!! I swear the Gbol was really being felt after these. I've never experienced a pump like this....crazy. Biceps and forearms.

Seated Calf Raises- 125*10 minutes. Caught some bad crampage towards the end. Had to pause more then usual.

Leg Curls-210*8+5+3. Cake

Box Squat- 225*10 (warmup) 315*12, 315*11, 325*10. I actually had a serious leg pump, legs were shaking and some massive sweating going on. Felt strong, had NAS pump me through this. Sick.

My legs were hurting (good way). Felt like I could have gotten some more weight but my form on these has really gotten down to a tee.

The Gbol is really showing it's effects in the gym on the first day. It was incredible. Also noticed more veins than usual. Imagine if I dose 2!
 
They will greatly improve your regular squats.
 
I may have to give these box squats a try.

What did you gain from the M1D/MMv2 stack? My buddy is running MMv3 solo right now, but I think he is about to order some M1D to go along with it for the last couple weeks. What dose of the M1D would you recommend?

I didn't know a steroid from my elbow when I ran that cycle unfortunately.

I ran it 4 caps MMV2 a day, and 6 caps M1D. I dosed twice a day, evenly split. I actually gained like 12 lbs over 6 weeks and was probably eating like sh*t judging the timeframe of when I was running it. I really wish I had waited and used those huge first time gains more to my advantage, but I am glad that I got my feet wet with such mild PH's.

He already ran a 5-6 wee cycle of H-Drol with good success last year. He was wanting recomp initially (already around 10% bf) so I figured MMV3 would be perfect. Then as always we get lured into size and wanna get hyuuuge. I mean DTH huge if you know what I mean. He wants to stay on the safe side so I figure a bottle of M1D will serve him well and give him the best of both worlds.

Im such a supplement newb:worried:. I have only run like two compounds and very little else ouside of protein. I have never even heard of half the stuff pwople talk about in here!!:dunno:
 
Workout was done in the pool. Pool sprints, running, ab work (underwater crunches and such). Body feels nice and "full" from the Gbol.

The ab work underwater was tough. Some of my spec op guys were off so I wanted some good options for the pool.

SUnday is an off day.
 
Tried to get a late night arm workout in and my side of base had a power outage...:sad2:

I wouldn't have minded working out in the dark
 
The shots after the kid was on the floor was unnecessary tho
 
Difficult to say, but i vote he should not be charged. Its time that we stop innocent people from going to prison. When i was a c\o, i had an inmate who had come home from work, and found his neighbor assaulting his child. He chased the guy out of his house, over into the neighbors house, where he stabbed and killed him. Keep in mind, he just witnessed this guy raping his son. They gave him 34 years. But on the other hand, i knew another inmate with 117, thats right 117, counts of child molestation. He got 17 years. Justice served on both counts? I dont f!ck!n think so.

I see your point but he could have just kept a gun to him and threatened to do more damaged if he moved, while he waited for the police to arrive. I'm 50/50 on this one. :dunno:
 
I don't think that most people, after nearly being robbed, and being in a shootout are thinking clearly enough to be charged with 1st degree murder. Should he have fired the extra shots... no, but after being in fear for his life and fighting for it, I think the human is not so human anymore and is more animal if you will. I would chalk that up to nature right there. When you attempt to kill something, it's natural to finish the job... watch some nat-geo and see for yourself.

No doubt there G....he was in a Primal state and running on pure hormones!! Very few people can be logical in those situations...usually sociopaths.
 
Going to have to respectfully disagree...

There are some definite sociopath tendencies for a guy to pump 5 or 6 shots into an unconscious child's chest. I don't give a f*ck what kind of *hormones* (Epinephrine in this case) that's just not right. His reasoning was twisted too (I wasn't trying to kill him, just wanted to get them away from me). Uhh, right dude.

We have a criminal justice system for a reason. This kid could have been rehabilitated, he deserved the chance. Again - not a first degree murder in my view, but certainly a manslaughter charge - with a sentence of probation or community service.

I'm going to go ahead and say this too... because I'm right. If that little kid laying on the floor wasn't black - he wouldn't have shot him in the chest.

Im gonna have to agree. Manslaughter sounds appropriate, no jail time.
 
I agree with what you said. Shoulda chased the others down after removing the gun from the kid and calling the cops
 
Agreed...over the top for sure but, murder 1 won't happen.
