The "Im HardCore" cycle

Wow i feel great!
Dont know if its the not being on m1t or trimax, or the stuff im taking or what! Had a great day at work, actually woke up after about 8 hours of sleep and couldent sleep any more, felt very positive all day, maybe its the fenugreek?

Diet was a little not as perfect today, my buddy made some tiramisu and i had to try a little bit. Also didnt eat enough in general.. i keep forgetting im not trying to diet right now.. have a couple days off work to get **** normalized now.

Day 3 PCT, Weight 201

Wow, weight is really low. Im really gonna have to work on getting those calories up.. I really dont want to lose my hard earned strength/size gains. As well i need to get my thyroid back to spec.

Said it before, ill say it again. I FEEL GREAT! Its not hard to get out of bed anymore !!
 
Damn, that sucks about your knee, will it be healed in time for your fight? Man, you are so lucky to be feeling good 3 days into PCT after a hard cycle like that! you think it's the 7-OH? Definitely keep those cals up, especially the carbs, for PCT. Good recomp from this cycle, saw the pics, looks like your shoulders and arms are larger, but you said they're the same - it may be that they're more cut. Did you happen to see that thing on Spike? Looked like the threw some UFC fights in between a long burger king commercial!
 
OMG dont get me started on the coq roq.. absurd amount of commercials. But for what its worth i was at the beach the other day talking about fighting with a freind, and a guy who was near us started chatting with us saying he saw the ufc fights the other night.

Too bad the main fight was boring as hell.. Really bad style matchup there, as i know they are both really good fighters.

I was stoked to see the leben/cote fight, as the guy who beat both of them (joe doerksen) is my former trainer, and joe said that leben wouldent get knocked out, and was pretty sure leben would win. Anyways i would say either the leben fight, or the bonnar fight was teh best of the night. The commercials really sucked the life out of the show though.
Make sure you watch UFC 54, joe is taking on matt lindland, which should be a war either way it turns out.

Yeah well all my measurements stayed the same while the waist and stomach dropped. I started seeing much more definition in my arms and shoulders. So i would assume i put on some lean mass while losing fat, makes sense seeing as M1T is a serious steroid, i was lifting heavy ass weights, there would be some muscle memory action being involved, as well i believe trimax increases protein synthesis.

Right now i have my Cals at around 3000, is that enough you think? it feels like im always eating :D

Not sure if its the fenugreek or 7OH, but man i feel awesome. I went and rolled last night, as my knee was starting to feel better, got a nice little mini shiner doing some standup hehe.
I was amazed at my cardio i must say, i was able to keep going for quite some time, and some of the guys who lived there and trained more than me were gassing before me. I assume its because of my lower weight.

Ate a whole pizza last night after rolling, then some cottage cheese before bed, woke up weighing the same as i weighed yesterday :s

Probably going to go roll tonight as well.
 
Day 5 PCT
forgot weight..

Had another awesome workout, my strength is STILL improving (probably cause im such a wuss)
Military press went up another 10lbs (huge for me) Uprights went up another 10lbs as well.

Libido in the tank, although morning wood is still fairly regular.

I have conditioned myself to eat small amounts of food when i was on trimax, cause i obviously wanted to lose weight, its hard to force myself to eat WAY more, i just dont have an appetite most of the time. Just keepn it Low GI and clean as a whistle.

In 2 days i will measure again to see if there is any fat rebound, there hasent been any visibly so far, and my muscle size increases are still there.
 
Day 7 PCT
Weight 202

up 1 lb from the other day, had another great workout.. up another 10lbs on flat bench and 5 on incline DBP.

Feeling a little emotional these days.. ugh.

Ordered novedex XT AGAIN, and will send ANOTHER money order, this time by trackable package. SHould have it by next week. I will probably run the whole bottle of novedex, to ensure my test is back to where it should be.

Another shot of 7OH tommorow. Everything seems to be going well, my arms still look the same size they were when i was on, and i look pretty much just as lean as i had gotten.. i dont think the fat rebound has hurt me too much. not really taking any fat burners to counteract it either.

Upped the fenugreek dose to 9 caps (500mg each) last night, will continue for a week at this, then up to 12 a night.

couldent get the rest of the measurements from last time here, because mybodycomp is down.

So things are pretty much the same, maybe a bit of fat rebound.. not really mirror noticable. Strength is on the up and up.. so i dont really think i lost too much muscle mass so far, although with my eating i wouldent be suprised :banghead:
 
Day 10 PCT
Weight 202

Weight seems to be holding steady, but i feel like my muscles are shrinking. The creatine stuff im taking is making me look soft.. and that pisses me off.
Im almost out of nolva, but my novedex should get here next week.. its gonna suck running out of nolva for a few days though.

Yesterday was a good workout, added a couple reps here and there. My strength has come in leaps and bounds since pre cycle. That makes me happy :D

Im going to be lifting steady the rest of this month and through half of sept, then turn it down to lifting twice a week mid sept, and start training MMA 4x a week again.

The cardio gets turned up, im gonna start a cycle of Ectotropin6 to help keep muscle while cutting for my fight oct 15.

This fight is going to be better than the last one.. ill be fighting 20lbs lighter, with about 20lbs less fat :D Im WAY stronger than i was last time, and ill be more experienced.

Going to roll and spar tonight, eating has been hard for me lately, its just i feel im not eating enough... the last 3 days i have added 100-200 more cals a day to see if i gain weight, and every morning the same reading. So im going to keep adding cals till i see a change.
Maybe i need more red meat.
Today and tommorow are my days off of work, i will be doing some cardio tonight and tommorow night in the form of wrestling, but this weekend im going to eat above maintanence. Dirty it up a little bit if i have to.
 
Day 12PCT
Morning weight off

Went out to dinner last night and ate a bunch of salt, so i was kinda bloated today.. i pissed like 8 times today..

Didnt sleep all that well last night, and had a pretty lackluster workout today, Just felt flat in the gym.

Ran out of nolva last night.. bad news, good news my novedex should be here by the weekend (hope to god)
WIll continue with fenugreek and 7Oh i guess..

Tommorow will be my first day off in a while, i may do some yoga.

Day 13 PCT
Weight 202


Weight jumped up a couple pounds for a couple days becuase of the crappy salty food i ate the other night, but now its back to where it was.

I have pretty much been adding cals everyday to my diet, I started adding milk to my protein shakes, added another shake at night, more pasta with my dinner meal..
Basically imgoing to keep adding calories until i start gaiing weight, then stop.

Weird, it havent ever been able to eat this much food and not gain weight before, probably because im eating super clean.

I just wanted to post some observations about this PCT.

Ok, seriously, M1T is sick ****.. it blew me up, and doubled my strength basiclly, but it made me feel like crap, and istarted feeling even worse during the first week of PCT, my nuts actually started shrinking MORE during PCT, my libido hit the toilet (i actually had good libido on m1t) i starrted needing more sleep to feel rested. My liver was actually sore the first week and a bit after the m1t cycle.. i was doing sparring and took a light liver shot that dropped me.

I have serious doubts about ever doing m1t again, and i have a full bottle of it..
If i ever use it again, it will be a 2 week kickstart if anything, with lots of 4AD, and it will have a nice little bit of a cycle afterwards.

Strength in the gym good, i had a decent workout this morning, didnt have enough time.. but gained some reps on curls, and i felt strong everywhere else.
I think my cAMPED came in the mail today, so i will check that out for my next workout.. supposed to be good focus supp. Also my novedex should be here by the end of the week.. which is good. cause we all know fenugreek by itself aint gonna get my nuts back.

I upped my dose of fish oil to 8g a day, still on cissus, 4.5g of fenugreek at night, just started taking an extra 10kiu of beta caroten for night time antioxidant protection.. really just because i had it and may as well use it.
 
Ugh the fucking novedex hasnet even shipped yet. im frickin pissed off.
Bought some zinc for at night (test levels) and some digestive enzymes.. i already notice the enzymes working.. Taking in dairy again after not eating dairy for a long time really kicked my gas..

I did my calorie totals.. ive been around 3100 on non workout days, and 4300 on workout days. AWESOME! haha im not used to eating this much clean food and lot gaining fat. Although it does look like im a bit smoother than when i was on, its not a big deal to me. If my weight stays the same it will be a breeze cutting 10 more lbs of fat, then only needing to cut 10lbs for my fight..
Im positive i can cut 10lbs of fat in 3 weeks.. with the amount of cardio i do.

Not much else to report, i got my order of USP's new thing called cAMPED, its a focus/muscle preservation stack, it works great for focus thats definately assured.. i think i got a raise today i worked so hard

so.. im eating lots, lifting hard, just wish i had a PCT product... this fucking blows
 
Damn, that sucks no anti-e at all for the time being? You'll be fine until the novedex gets there, sounds like you're getting enough cals, and the cissus and 7-oh will keep cortisol under control. I remember my M1T cycles seeming to go into the first week of PCT. Still got pumps, strength gains, etc. I think it builds up and stays with you for a few days after you come off. Is your fight in 3 weeks?

Weighing in a couple pounds up the last couple days.. that may be cause i ran out of chicken breast so instead of that for dinner i had striploin steaks :D

hey intv, i got this stuff called camped from usp labs, its supposed to be for focus during grappling type activites.. i got a log going on the synergy muscle forum, anyways this stuff is frickin awesome for focus.. i cant wait to try it during grappling.

Had a great workout today, but although my strength was going up shortly after the cycle.. its plateued for now i think.

Oh ok - you got plenty of time, 3 weeks away would be quite a rush! I need to check out camped, I love preworkout stims, but like the cleaner, more focused stuff like amp, sulbutiamine, l-tyro. Ephedrine or yohimbine is just too distracting - I feel too tweaked out to train. Good for lifting maybe, but not 2 hours of standup and rolling!

Yeah i can only do E when if im doing just cardio or lifting.. For rolling it makes me gas out faster.. USP was saying that the new campibholic will be better than camped for focus, its called C2, and it comes out at the end of the month, if i hadnet already bought 2 bottles of camped, id be snappin it up.

Well tonight, i have to go out and do a bit of drinking.. a female has been very persistant at wanting to get me loaded and take advantage of me.. who am i to refuse?

Went camping for a few days with family, ate some bad food here and there, dont know why, or what it was i ate.. maybe it was from drinking the other night, but i was bloated and gassy the entire time.

It was like christmas when i got home.. i walk in the door and there are 2 packages waiting for me !!! THE NOVEDEX IS HERE BWAHHAAHA
so finally i can get my nuts back.
oh and a new pair of sprawl shorts.. woot

dosed my first dose of NXT last night, had morning wood this morning.. good stuff!

Even after eating crap all weekend, i weighed in this morning at about the same as when i left.. maybe a lb up.

Had a great workout today, thank god novedex is here.. my libido is coming back strong, im feeling stronger in the gym. Feeling better overall. Ran out of fenugreek last night, and will wait 2 more weeks until i cycle it again.
Running low on my creatine mix, maybe a week left on that. And i only have 1 more pin left for 7OH.

All in all, despite the lack of a anti estrogen through the whole PCT, and although i gained a little bit of fat back during PCT, this was a very succesfull cycle. I dropped some pounds that i needed to drop for martial arts, i added some muscle which is very obvious, and i gained an assload of strength.
Im more agile, athletic, explosive.. I went and rolled last night and was very suprised at how much of a difference there was. I havent been doing ANY cardio, but i could keep going and going.

I will take measurments again tommorow morning if i remember.
 
Cool, good results from that cycle. ATD at 4 caps does seem to kick the nuts back up to size. That's great that you rolled and didn't get tired - and rolling is so much better than cardio anyway.

I get to see 3 guys from my gym fight this weekend! I'm excited, but oddly, I'm nervous for them too, lol.

Rolling.. basically grappling, generally called rolling because you are rolling around on the ground while wrestling.

waist is pretty much the same.. but according to mybodycomps calculations, i have lost 3.5lbs of fat, and gained 4.5lbs of muscle!
sounds about right anyways, puts me at around 17-18%

Good journal there Kristopher. I almost bought some m1t before the ban but then decided against it.
I'll definately keep an eye out for your logs when you start training for your fight.
 
I have doubts about weather i will ever take M1T again, it is a vile substance.
Dont feel too bad about missing out :D Id rather take SD or Emax or whatever, too bad i have a ton of m1t and not a ton of the other stuff haha

The fight prep starts sept 15 :D the log will be up, i think it will be with ectotropin-6 to help keep mass, and maybe the new camp product from USP called C2.
 
Final Thoughts

Ok, so im still taking 3 caps of novedex XT, but the boys are back
and libido is up, acne present blah blah.

I wanted to post final thoughts and impressions.

Cycle was great in terms of body recomp and strength, now that PCT is
pretty much over, i still have the strength, and im leaner in the upper body
as well my waist and belly are down a little bit. I really should have done more cardio
on this cycle, but i really didnt have the time or the energy. I feel that with more
cardio the fat would have melted off, i was on super low calories, i was hoping that diet alone
could do it.
PCT wise, running out of anti-e at the begnning of PCT sucks ass, i feel this hurt my recovery quite a bit
on the plus side, im a huge believer in ATD now, im was amazed at how much better i started to feel as soon
as i started dosing this. Nuts, libido, acne, good feelings, all started to happen right away. Also notice a bit
of a strength boost in the gym. LX was nice to have as well, made me feel more relaxed/ less stressed out about
life.

Im not as ripped or swole as i was on cycle.. obviously, but im kind of dissapointed
that i didnt stay as lean afterwards, dosent really matter though.

i think that diet post cycle was geared more towards muscle preservation as opposed
to staying lean, so i cant complain too much about gaiing some fat back.

Impressions from m1t, holy crap.
This stuff is no joke, i seriously feel sorry for people who popped their cherry with this ****
or took no PCT after, my nuts are finally back after almost a month of pct, but i was shutdown
damn hard after the cycle. This stuff also gave me liver pain at the end.. scary ****.
If i ever take this again, it will be after frontloading a ton of liver/lipid protection for a couple months
at least. I cant believe how dirty this stuff made me feel, especially after a couple weeks. never again
going over 2 weeks of use! I remember reading about how bad this stuff is, but i can really relate to everyone
elses comments now..

As of now i want to stay clean for a while, i have a cycle of 1test/4ad that i will stack with m1t
but i think ill save that for next year. That will be a recomp, but ill actually do cardio to help with fat loss

i start a fight prep today diet wise, but think ill be starting a ectotropin6 cycle in a couple weeks, maybe with the
new C2. Ill start a new log to see how that stuff works for me.

So overall, m1t and trimax can be a good combo if you do lots of cardio as well as have alow cal diet, and lots of liver
and lipid protection, i think with a mood/energy enhancer it would have been better as well, maybe amp or HEAT. Just
to counteract the feelng of badness.
