    hey whats up man. so i wrote up a meal plan and submitted it to fitday.com..its like a nutritional website, anyways do u think these totals for someone with my stats will help me lose weight? calories 2700..fat 118g..carbs 130g..protein 288g....now obviously these are daily intakes. any help would be appreciated, thanks.
