Loving the endurance I'm getting on the IGF-2. It's great! I can actually get through full-body, fasted workouts.

curious about the neovar pre weights. what kind of results do you get from dosing like that, i take it thats on an empty stomach? i normally dose first thing in the morning and post gym. sometimes pre gym but thats like 2 hours pre gym with food.

I always dose creatine pre-weights. I get the same results that I always get. With NeoVar Recomped I get a little hypo sometimes as well. I do all my morning training sessions on an empty stomach (and prefer it that way).

Sleep - Time and Quality: ~2200-0559 (waking at 0030, 0200, 0400, and 0530), so nearly 8 hours sleep (interesting). Out like a light; so tired that couldn't stay up as I had planned. Sleep was deep. Took quite a while to 'wake up' as well. Dreams definitely...

Mental Alertness/Focus: There all day...

Energy: Like the energizer bunny...

Motivation: Great.

Mood/Aggression: Pretty good mood; got out and about and prepped myself for everything come Monday, so fine...

Stress: A 7 on the 1 to 10 'stress scale'.

Libido: Not a lot.

Joints: Left wrist still causing quite a bit of pain, and the dull ache even more pronounced after the heavier BB deadlifts (NOT cool at all)...

Numbness/Tingling in Fingers: None.

Endurance: Excellent.

Strength: Used 155-165lb for BB DL, so doing ok.

Quality of Training: HIIT was ok; used a hill this session, to make it just that little bit harder. Resistance session was great; strength is getting back there...

Pump and Vascularity: Pump not much during the resistance session; but during HIIT yes...Vascularity awesome, as always, all day...

Muscle Hardness/Density: Arms.

Body Composition and Look: Got told that my after my runs you can see the definition strongly in my arms; that they are hard; and that they look pretty good whilst I'm resistance training as well.

Appetite: Strong in the morning...

Overall Sense of Feeling: Making a few changes to supplements from Monday for the next 30 days: More effective stacks for my goal at the moment. Training is also going to start HARDCORE again...
 
Day 219

0602 - 3 mile Run.

Sleep - Time and Quality: ~1700-0130 (waking at 1925, 2007, and 0030), so just over 8 hours sleep (2 days with 8 hours [almost straight] sleep; definitely interesting). Passed out cold when closed my eyes for the first time (wasn't supposed to go to bed until at LEAST 2200) and stayed that way. Deeply shattered (not sure WHY though); must have needed the sleep. Had a huge migraine and pain in my temples on waking (didn't go away until almost 0545) and, although awake, couldn't open eyes until ~0159 (when I actually got UP). Dreams were vivid and 'real'...

Mental Alertness/Focus: Have been fine since my migraine went away this morning...

Energy: Absolutely shattered during my run (and my pace showed it; slowest run I have done in almost 2 years!) Energy was there for the resistance session; migraine returning though, and several times when I thought that I was going to pass out...

Motivation: There.

Mood/Aggression: A little bit of a rollercoaster, but settling past the twists and bends...

Stress: A 7 on the 1 to 10 'stress scale'.

Libido: Some.

Joints: Left wrist has been quite sore since the last few sets of Push-Ups this morning...

Numbness/Tingling in Fingers: None.

Endurance: Excellent.

Strength: Reasonable.

Quality of Training: Run was pretty much 'recovery'. Resistance session was ok; REALLY feeling it during the last few sets of Push-Ups, tempo slow, to make the burn last longer, and making sure that I was working HARD...

Pump and Vascularity: Pump for sure during resistance session...Vascularity strong blue all day...

Muscle Hardness/Density: Arms.

Body Composition and Look: Interestingly enough my chest is looking leaner, as well as through my shoulders...

Appetite: It's no holds barred for another couple of days before the lock is clamped down...

Overall Sense of Feeling: I have been better, but will be ok. Can't wait to be back in training properly again; then everything will be fine! Going to have 8 days this week, and start my week on the US Monday (instead of going by my dates as if I were in NZ, as I have been until now re my weeks). After that, will be into the swing of things...

Only closed my eyes, planning on getting up in 30 minutes and going to bed ~2030, but passed out and stayed out cold. Unusual for me to be sleeping so long and for me to be passing out so early. Sleep was deep and dark. Dreaming a little. Woke alert and ready...

Mental Alertness/Focus: Have been great since got up. Going to feel myself start slipping ~1800 though methinks...

Energy: There for training. Time passed quickly, actually; could have kept going...

Motivation: There.

Mood/Aggression: Fine...

Joints: A few creaks and crackles in left wrist, as well as the occasional twisting pain in right wrist...

Quality of Training: HIT was great. Definitely need that different kind of cardio once a week. Didn't feel like I was going for 20 minutes; barely seemed like anything and it was over...

Pump and Vascularity: Pump in my legs from the first minute (not often that I get that); painful, and the Squat Jumps just made it worse. Pump in arms as well...Vascularity pretty awesome; I have blue lines all over my skin all the time, becoming more strong in my chest and through delts as well too...

Muscle Hardness/Density: Upper body.

Body Composition and Look: Chest is definitely looking leaner. Upper back also looking lean. Delts and arms continue to look more defined. Aside from lower belly and upper legs, you wouldn't think I had gained as much weight as I have over the last few weeks...

Appetite: Not really in the mood for eating today (although given a 'trigger' I might)...Thirsty as; been drinking well over a galleon every day...

Overall Sense of Feeling: Good.

Really interested to see what kind of results you get from Alpha-X plus the new product! backdraft gave me headaches the first couple days, but only after my 2nd dose of the day. quite strange but it has cleared up now :)

I have been having bad migraines on waking lately, and again when I know that I am getting tired and ready for sleep. They're such a regular occurrence for me now, even at other times, that I'm used to them; it's amazing what you can learn to live with.

Feeling exhausted and as if I had been asleep for hours each time I woke (when it had hardly been anything). Major migraine on waking finally. Took some time to really 'wake up' this morning, and not really too with it much. Dreams taking some interesting turns...

Mental Alertness/Focus: Not there today; feel like I am going to pass out or collapse pretty much every time I am on my feet or doing anything (which was NOT cool during training or when had to go and get groceries)...

Energy: Did am training. Had no energy for anything else; feeling completely shattered and fatigued and not able to explain it...

Motivation: I REALLY need to be doing TWO cardio sessions a day!!!

Mood/Aggression: Not the best...

Joints: Left wrist aching pretty bad, especially during resistance training (but gritting teeth and working through the pain). Not sure WHY the pain has returned either, since it was all gone for the majority before my week off training...

Quality of Training: 5km Run was slow and not very well done (humidity perhaps affecting me some?)...Resistance training I felt like piking out after the second superset and did NOT want to be doing it. Kept pushing myself, despite getting way overheated and feeling like passing out during most of Superset B...

Pump and Vascularity: Pump excellent, especially in biceps; even getting painful from the third set of Superset B onwards...Vascularity nothing but strong blue lines on the gold...

Muscle Hardness/Density: Upper body.

Body Composition and Look: Noticing the muscle in my back strongly. As well as delt separation and arm definition more.

Appetite: Have not felt like eating at all today...Usual thirst. I had drunk 4 litres of water within 4 hours of being up!...

Overall Sense of Feeling: Not in the best shape today. Nauseous during training (and for some reason the Anadraulic State taste made me feel like being sick) and throughout the day. Migraine most of the day. Feeling like going to pass out whenever up. Eyes have also been bloodshot for several days now. Fingers crossed that it's just a day thing and that I can be back to 'normal' tomorrow and able to train HARD!

Because of the way I was feeling this morning, improvised, and made TODAY my day off (yeah, I hate taking them; messes with my head too much) this week...


Sleep - Time and Quality: ~2300-0415, so ~4.25 hours sleep. Broken yet again (didn't pay attention to the times though); still waking every 30-60 minutes, shattered every time, almost feeling as if I was dreaming, but not, making sense of the noise in the room. Sleep was deep and dark and full of dreams, changing. Wasn't able to sleep on going to bed last night, so watched a few episodes of Angel until I passed out. Absolutely shattered on waking, stumbling out of bed and up the stairs, feeling like I was going to pass out (morning migraines are NO fun).

Mental Alertness/Focus: Have not felt like doing anything: Migraine was bad this morning, and afternoon/evening have just felt BLAH...

Energy: I felt drained through infinite times on waking, and kept on feeling exhausted; the only place where I felt ok was in bed, when I wasn't moving. So 'tired' and fatigued, but not able to go to sleep; just lying there...

Motivation: There. Needs to be STRONGER (go out and train, no matter HOW you feel; you USED to!!!)

Mood/Aggression: Rollercoaster ride...

Stress: An 8 on the 1 to 10 'stress scale'.

Libido: Little...

Joints: Left wrist still in pain, mostly during the morning or later at night...

Numbness/Tingling in Fingers: Actually experienced tingling AND numbess in my fingers last night ~25 minutes post-Mystery Product dose, which lasted ~5 minutes.

Endurance: N/A.

Strength: N/A.

Quality of Training: N/A...

Pump and Vascularity: No pump...Vascularity strong, even though feeling so COLD this morning that I was shaking and going numb...

Muscle Hardness/Density: Upper body.

Body Composition and Look: Moving on...

Appetite: I have had no appetite, mostly due to the nausea I have been experiencing since my 'first thing in the morning' supplement doses (found the culprit causing it too: Alpha-X; not only does it smell foul, but it tastes nasty AND leaves my tummy turning somersaults). However, I HAVE been thinking about food a lot, not wanting to eat, but wanting to eat; if that makes any sense...Thirsty as anything still. Close to 2 galleons and I have NOT been active and am nowhere near finished my day...

Overall Sense of Feeling: Nausea this morning lasted well into the afternoon (in fact, still not gone). Sleeping has been erratic at best. I preferred sleeping for 1-3 hours at once in weird shifts; at least then it was deep and relaxed and I woke refreshed and was bouncing off the walls within minutes of waking. The last week I have been feeling so shattered and as if I have been running on empty (and that is FAR from reality); not sure what it affecting me so. Think it may be the Mystery Product...
 
Once you ditch the products making you sick have Sean go out and buy you a ready to drink Muscle Milk...I know they are not the best for you but I swear they make my migraines go away. And this is from a person thats been hospitalised from migraines on I.V's

And if it does not work for you at least its protein and only costs $4, its worth a shot.

I can get him to do that now (well, tonight or in the next day or so)...Since I am not stopping any product that I am using now for another 4 weeks...You know, I never used to get migraines until 2004 and since then they have been monstrous...

I know what you mean. I have alarms set for all my supplement dosages throughout the day. Sometimes the rest of your life gets shoved aside for training (usually I don't mind, since training has been the priority in my life since I was 15). Finding the balance is the hard part. I am starting to...

Same here! I'm starting to find the balance, and I enjoy it. :)
 
For me it is harder to find the balance. When I wake up in the morning its dealing with the kids for school or the babysiter and then doing RPN work. We work all day until its gym time and then its dinner and getting the kids homework done and bed.

When you have kids you have a harder time balancing it because you have to drag them to the gym with you. They tend to hate being in childcare for an hour so I can train. So the balance between my kids needs and RPN's needs and my needs is a delicate balance.

I'd really have to make sacrifices in that case. I'm lucky all I have to worry about is work, school, and training...and school is almost over! :18:

True; when you have children that's something else altogether. I have much respect for what you do; I know that it's not something I would want to be doing!

I think this is why you wake up a bunch of times during the sleep. You also catch 3 hours here and 3 hours there, and that definitely does not allow your body to go through all the proper cycles of sleep. Im no expert but I think that has got to be affecting how well you train and especially how well you recover. I hope you can workout a sleep schedule because that could help with some of your daily struggles.

Actually, the stress and way I am feeling has nothing to do with my sleeping patterns (if you have followed my journal/s since I started logging you will have noticed that I am a highly stressed individual in general; and that I rarely go through the full cycles of sleep when I AM "normal", since "normal" for me is 4-5 hours of sleep daily). The going to sleep at different times has only occurred since I have been in the US, and only will occur until I get back into my normal routine again. I know my body and I know why I am waking up more often than usual (as I have mentioned; a supplement that I am using is causing this). Thanks for the concern, but I know what affects me and what doesn't and what works best for my body.
 
How are your headaches today? I hope you are feeling better!

Had one on waking. Not too motivated to train earlier in the day; but yeah, feeling better. Definitely the new product that I am testing is having some effects.

Mental Alertness/Focus: Got a lot of things sorted today...

Energy: The high humidity makes it quite exhausting to be training outside in the heat, especially between 0800-1900 (definitely prefer to train OUTSIDE this time if outside). Energy was not the best until ~1930; then bouncing off the walls for ~2 hours afterwards...

Motivation: Dig DEEPER!!!

Mood/Aggression: Pretty good...

Lean AND Curvy? :D - That's perfection.

I'm curvy enough when I am not lean. Curves stay when I am lean (albeit breasts a little smaller, but still there). It can be done (and NATURALLY, withOUT having to resort to implants).

ANOTHER Day OFF (GRRR)...


Sleep - Time and Quality: ~0200-0800, so ~6 hours sleep. Only took 2 caps of the Mystery Product pre-bed last night (or this morning), and the lower dose has meant no disturbances in sleep. Absolutely fatigued on waking though and not in the mood for training of any kind. Dreaming in sleep...

Mental Alertness/Focus: Not a lot; sore stomach made it hard to concentrate on much, and was so fatigued that I passed out at 1500-1800 and again at 2130-2215, adding a further ~5.25 hours sleep to my daily total...

Energy: Had none. Sore stomach did not make me want to move from the feotal position (with a hot pack on it almost the entire day)...

Motivation: None...

Mood/Aggression: A smile when given into and allowed 'naughty' food. But generally not the best...

Stress: An 8 on the 1 to 10 'stress scale'.

At least the nausea from the Alpha-X has gone; must have just needed a few days to get used to it (still smells and tastes horrible). But the fatigue and desire to do absolutely nothing is the LAST thing I need (or want); I need a KICK to hell to get my fire running again re motivation and training!

Sleep - Time and Quality: ~2230-0725 (waking at 0620 and 0630), so nearly 9 hours sleep. Passed out while watching a movie last night (so yes, did not dose Mystery Product, as had not planned on falling asleep and going to bed AFTER the movie). Passed out on the lounge floor, and stayed there until the household became alive. Shattered, with an extreme migraine on waking (took some time to pass). Slept like the dead. No dreams...

Mental Alertness/Focus: Not a lot; just been watching movies all day (and eating)...

Energy: Going outside drains me almost as fast as the way I feel on waking (so very NOT cool). Not a lot of energy today anyways, since sore stomach (not sure what from; maybe too much junk) persisted sharply today (and I had the hot pack on it almost all day again)...

Motivation: My brick wall of discipline was nowhere to be seen today...

Mood/Aggression: Starting to get a little depressed with what I am doing to my body re not training and binging (it's been 5 weeks now pretty much since I have not been doing anything properly; FAR from ok)...

Joints: Not as much pain as yesterday left wrist in, but still enough that leaning on it causes PAIN (stop being such a fcuking BABY!)...

Appetite: The food here is not all as great as back home, especially the pizzas; I like the Chicago Deep-Dish Style pizzas, but I miss the authentic Italian chicken/cranberry sauce/pine nuts pizza; and I miss being able to get white chocolate and raspberry ice-cream; and I miss REAL bakeries, as all 'bakeries' have here are donuts, cookies and sometimes bread...Considering no training and no exercise, thirst has been extreme...

Overall Sense of Feeling: I'll feel better when I am back to being the determined, disciplined, fighting machine that I am accustomed to being!

Sleep - Time and Quality: ~0800-0900 and 1300-1530, so ~3.5 hours sleep. Sleep each time was deep and dark; no dreams. Woke shattered each time, but soon full of 'perk' (think I was/am overtired)...

Mental Alertness/Focus: Been weird; had complete focus between 1000-1300 and after 1615...

Energy: Run was ok re energy. A ball of 'pizazz' from 1000-1300...

Overall Sense of Feeling: I took 2 caps of Mystery Product at 0110 (yesterday's dose)and could NOT fall asleep, despite being tired as hell and just being ready to; eyes stayed open. So, went for a run and came back; started feeling shattered not long afterwards, so stretched, had a shower, breakfast, and closed my eyes and slept for an hour. Since I was so shattered on waking at 0900, ready to go back to sleep (but not being able to for some reason) decided to go to bed and had another 2 caps of Mystery Product at 0939 (today's dose). However, did NOT fall asleep, and started coming alive; got told that I started having energy and bouncing around like it was unbelieveable. Felt great until ~1315 when closed eyes and passed out...Experienced a warming sensation in my abdomen ~1000; lasted quite some time. Thermogenic; much like what I feel when I use Lipotrophin-PM standalone pre-bed, but stronger...NOT very happy that I have not trained properly for the last two weeks. I was supposed to have been back into the swing of things THREE weeks AGO, and am struggling to even get the bare minimum (and have not managed to this week) done. THREE days off this week; that's more days off than I would usually have in 6-8 weeks! NOT good; not good at all...
 
Sometimes two weeks off is the key.You get soft but adrenal glands reload.Good luck.

You don't understand about me and time off. Training is what keeps me as I am. It is still very much a lifestyle and when I cannot do it...Let's just say that I am not the person you want to talk to when I am like that...Time off is NOT an option. I just need to start kicking myself again, whether my body likes it or not!

Day OFF (getting real SICK of those; I haven't had so many since I was FORCED to take time off after breaking my left scaphoid). However, want to do things right, and starting off on a FRESH slate is the best way to do that. So, with a new and improved supplement dosing/timing schedule and sleeping/training pattern decided, things should be all systems forward from now on...


Sleep - Time and Quality: ~1220-0320 and ~0515-0310 (waking at 1200 and 1430), so ~13 hours sleep. Passing out at ~1220 was UNintentional; as was doing the same thing at 0515 and sleeping for 10 hours! Took no Mystery Product between 0320 and 0515, as I ate from 0400-0500. Sleep was deep as death. Woke with a massive migraine and not wanting to open my eyes. Dreaming only a little...Dosing of Mystery Product today will be 2 caps pre-bed (tonight) standalone...

Mental Alertness/Focus: Good from ~1630; had a huge migraine and feeling shattered as before that...

Energy: NOT wanting to do ANYthing (hence the day OFF today)...

Until now I have been dosing it first thing in the morning when I wake up and last thing at night pre-bed; times have been changing lately. However, since it is causing some unpleasant effects when dosed with the Mystery Product I am changing the pre-bed dosing to sometime in the afternoon. As for the actual time that I use, that changes on a daily basis, depending on when I wake and go to bed these days. However, if on the schedule that I normally use first thing in ~0330-0430 and the mid-afternoon dose would be ~1330-1400.

Review of RPN's Entice

Pheromones are not something that I have ever used or been interested in using, since I believe that using them does not make one any more attractive to the opposite sex, nor more likely to get a response if they have not already 'come into their own' and are confident and know what they want. However, I have an open mind and after noting males' experiences with such products as Renegade and Axcite, etc, a small curiosity as to whether or not there was any mettle to them arose...I was one of the lucky few selected to test RPN's Entice...


What is it?

A Pheromone soap designed by RPN for females.

* Potent, long lasting change in own attitude.
* Potent and long lasting change in receptiveness of those around you.
* Boost in focus, confidence and workout intensity (used preworkout).
* Long lasting, skin soothing formula.


Look: Entice is a cream coloured cake of soap shaped like a miniature upside down BOSHU ball.

Fragrance: Entice has a delicate scent; almost a faint hint of vanilla tinged with something floral like jasmine. It is fresh and light.

Effects on Skin: Entice lathers on well. For some reason I used Entice on my face once (I do NOT use soap on my face EVER) and, not only did it NOT cause a reaction (I have sensitive skin, especially around my face and neck) or my skin to become dry, but it acted as a moisturizer. It moisturized the other areas of my skin where I used it as well.

Using Entice: I used Entice over a mix and match of application sites: Face/neck, neck/shoulders/chest/arms, and full-body...I used Entice in a variety of situations/settings, including at my First Aid Refresher course, a 21st party, the gym when I was training, when I was traveling (i.e. NZ to USA), and just around in general (i.e. the house, shopping, etc.)...The people that I was around in each situation/setting varied, from males (and females) that I did and did not know, to males that I had been and/or was intimate with. Each time no one around me knew that I was using Entice...

Effects on Wearer: Initially I did not notice that using Entice made me feel any different. Coincidentally, when I used it on a more daily basis, instead of sporadically, I noticed that my mood did not seem to fluctuate as much as it did on the days that I used it to the days that I did not, and that I seemed to be in a better mood and more 'accepting' of myself...In the gym I did not notice that I was any more focused or confident than I usually am, and my training intensity was as hard as it always is. I DID notice that I was less tolerant than usual of other females when I was in the gym, though...Where or how much area I covered with Entice did not make a difference to my 'reaction' to it.

Effects on Others: In the situations/settings where I was around those that I had never met until that day/place (i.e. First Aid, 21st, traveling, etc.) I did not notice that their 'reactions' to me were any different than what they might usually have been (i.e. the males were chatty and friendly and some even approached me to talk, but that is nothing out of the ordinary)...In the gym, where I was around people that I saw almost every day (but did not know) the reactions were different again. The first time I 'wore' Entice to the gym a couple of the regulars watched me through my sets more than the normal "a girl is doing that exercise and lifting heavy!" The next time I definitely noticed that I was being watched more than usual by the regular males in there; and even got talked to again today by one, who asked if I "play touch rugby", because I "look like a girl on tv that does". I also noticed that I was less tolerant than usual of other females when I was in the gym and had used Entice pre-gym...I noticed that my ex was more irritable than usual when I wore Entice on a more regular basis (i.e. to the gym, during the day, etc.), and that for some reason he got pissed off a lot easier...My partner was more physically affectionate on the days that I used Entice than the days I did not (this could also have to do with my moods on said days)...When I used Entice full-body (including face) I noticed that I had more 'response' from males compared to just using on face/neck or neck/shoulders/chest/arms.

Durability: A single cake of Entice lasts quite a long time. I still have some left, and it has been 6 weeks since I started using it, using it daily for 4 of those 6 weeks.

Overall: As a pheromone product I know that for different individuals Entice would have different effects; but overall my mood is better on the days that I use it if I use it consistently; and others are more 'receptive' of me if I use it over my full-body. As a skincare product Entice is great, especially for those with sensitive or dry skin.

Would I use again? Yes. Usually I use bodywash (i.e. NO soap) since my skin is so sensitive and soap leaves it dry or causes a reaction. However, next to Java Lather, Entice is the ONLY soap (or bodywash) that moisturizes my skin. The fragrance is not strong either, like some bodywash scents can be.

Would I recommend? As a soap that moisturizes and soothes the skin exceptionally well, yes. For any other reason, that would be up to the individual user to decide.
